Abstract

When writing final assignments or theses, many students still have difficulty processing existing citations, this is also experienced by students at Amikom University, Purwokerto. Mistakes in taking citations such as text that does not match the thesis guidelines, text fonts and spacing are not paid attention to even though you have used tools such as using applications for citations. When the student's report was checked by the supervisor, there was still a note of improvement. When reports are submitted to the library, the reports will also be checked again to see whether they comply with the library format. The majority of student reports are returned by the library for correction. This also applies when students make journals, there are still many errors in writing citations. The aim of the training is to reduce student errors in taking citations. The activity implementation method consists of the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The result of this training is a reduction in student errors in citing scientific articles, books and so on.

Abstract

Impact of COVID-19 is very influential in various fields, one of which is the field of education with online learning through government regulations. The implementation of the learning from home policy will be implemented starting in mid-March 2020. With home learning, a teacher is still required to administer the daily agenda of learning activities. Currently the teacher's daily agenda is still in the form of books, with learning from home this makes it increasingly difficult for principals to check and supervise learning activities carried out by teachers, homeroom supervision of students is increasingly difficult. So there needs to be a breakthrough in the online learning process, one of which is through the website. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based teacher activity agenda information system. the system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model. the results of this study have created a web-based teacher activity agenda information system, after the Alpha test with the blackbox method got the results that the existing features were running well in accordance with their functions

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to identify the factors that influence users in the implementation of the GTK (Teachers and Educational Staff) Room System among elementary school teachers in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Methods: This study employed the HOT-Fit (Human, Organization, and Technology Fit) Framework approach, with the addition of the 'Behavioral Intention to Use' variable on the Human dimension and the 'Organizational Culture' variable on the Organizational dimension. The sample consisted of 147 elementary school teachers from Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS to identify the variables that influence user behavior. Result: The results of this study indicate that certain relationships between variables do not have a significant influence on others. Specifically, User Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention to Use do not significantly affect Net Benefit. Additionally, Information Quality does not have a significant effect on System Use. Furthermore, System Quality does not significantly influence User Satisfaction or Behavioral Intention to Use. Meanwhile, other variable relationships were found to significantly impact the successful implementation of the GTK (Teachers and Educational Staff) Room system. The model’s goodness-of-fit shows an NFI (Normed Fit Index) value of 0.632, indicating that the proposed model explains 63.2% of the variance in the data. Novelty: This research presents several significant novelties that contribute to the evaluation of the implementation of the GTK (Teachers and Education Personnel) Room System in primary education. The traditional HOT-Fit (Human, Organization, Technology-Fit) model was enhanced by adding two new variables, Behavioral Intention to Use and Organizational Culture, resulting in a more comprehensive and contextually relevant evaluation framework. The study was conducted within a specific local context, focusing on primary school teachers in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, thereby providing empirical insights into the implementation dynamics at the local level, which have been rarely explored in previous research. The findings reveal that system success is influenced not only by technical factors but also by behavioral dynamics and social contexts, such as organizational culture.

Abstract

Student service center merupakan sistem terpusat yang berperan sebagai layanan-layanan untuk mahasiswa seperti proses belajar mengajar, berita kampus, kontrak perkuliahan, rincian nilai, agenda akademi, materi perkuliahan, Skripsi, KRS dan history pembayaran. mayoritas proses belajar mengajar diakses melalui student service center. Menu layanan dapat diakses melalui alamat situs kemudian masuk menggunakan nomor induk mahasiswa, namun dalam penggunaanya banyak kendala yang dialami oleh mahasiswa seperti seringnya terjadi server error pada saat melakukan pengisian KRS online. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pengguna sistem pelayanan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah UTAUT 3 dengan tujuh hipotesis. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif dengan batas kesalahan 0,1 sehingga diperoleh angka responden 97 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  terdapat  5  variabel  yang berpengaruh terhadap niat pengguna student service center yaitu variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort expectancy, Hedonic Motivation habit dan, Behavioural Intention. Seadngkan 2 variabel tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan adalah variabel Social Influence dan Facilitating Conditions.

Abstract

Website kemahasiswaan berisi tentang informasi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kemahasiswaan seperti kegiatan UKM, kegiatan senat mahasiswa, kegiatan BEM, informasi kompetisi mahasiswa, informasi beasiswa, informasi lowongan pekerjaan, informasi prestasi mahasiswa, kegiatan mahasiswa dan lainya. masih ada beberapa mahasiswa yang kesulitan   dalam melihat informasi pada menu yang ada diwebsite seperti aktivitas mahasiswa, informasi kompetisi, proses pengajuan beasiswa yang belum dijelaskan detail tentang alur pengajuanya. Banyak informasi dari kemahasiswaan yang belum tersampaiakan dengan jelas kepada mahasiswa melalui website sehingga berdampak pada minat dan kemauan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan kemahasiswaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui tingkat kepuasaan pengguna terhadap website kemahasiswaan universitas amikom purwokerto. Metode yang digunakan adalah End User Computing Satisfaction (UECS). Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan  ada tiga  variabel yaitu variabel easy to use, accuracy dan timeliness yang tidak  berpengaruh  terhadap  kepuasan  pengguna  website kemahasiswaan, sedangkan variabel yang lain yaitu variabel content, format dan semua variabel bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap  kepuasan  pengguna  website kemahasiswaan.

Abstract

An-Najah Student Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution domiciled in Purwokerto, Central Java. Throughout its development, this Student Islamic Boarding School has strived to continuously innovate in providing learning for students that is relevant to the needs of the times. Specifically in terms of technology application, An Najah strives to improve students' skills in managing web-based information and education portals as a way for students to play an active role in cyberspace by disseminating useful information in accordance with Islamic values. In managing the portal as an information and education center, there are obstacles that urgently require immediate solutions. Portal managers, consisting of students who have been equipped with media development and content creation skills, face difficulties in creating portal content intensively and routinely. The difficulty lies more in how to find content ideas, inspiration, and then create content based on contemporary journalistic principles that suit the tastes of Generation Z. This difficulty impacts the long broadcast period of content due to constant changes and out-of-date content. As a solution, portal managers need to be equipped with knowledge of content creation and digital journalism skills through training activities. The digital journalism training aims to provide students with an understanding and skills in digital journalism, from news writing and content creation to managing social media as a means of preaching and education. This activity includes training, mentoring, and evaluation. The training is expected to enable portal managers to maintain the intensity of content distribution by creating content intensively and creatively based on the principles of digital journalism.

Abstract

Abstract: The PPKS task force at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto has been established and is actively implementing various programs. However, complaints regarding cases of sexual violence are currently managed through WhatsApp, with limited guidance on the complaint procedures. As a result, many students are unaware of the PPKS task force or how to report incidents, creating obstacles for both the task force in identifying cases and for students seeking to file complaints. This study aims to provide students with an effective and accessible way to report incidents of sexual violence on campus. To develop the complaint information system, the Scrum methodology was used, involving team collaboration to easily adapt to changes throughout the development process. The resulting complaint information system for the prevention and handling of sexual violence has been successfully implemented and tested with students at Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. This system enables students to submit complaints seamlessly online. Testing results indicate that the system functions as intended and meets the expected outcomes.            Keywords: information system; PPKS; complaint; student; scrum  Abstrak: Satuan tugas PPKS Universitas Amikom Purwokerto sudah berjalan dan membuat program kerja, namun dalam proses pengaduan kasus kekerasaan seksual saat ini hanya menggunakan whatsapp dan kurangnya penjelasan tentang prosedur pengaduan yang ada. Banyak mahasiswa yang belum mengetahui adanya satgas PPKS di kampus dan cara pengaduan kasus. Hal tersebut menjadi kendala bagi satuan tugas PPKS dalam mengetahui kasus yang ada dan mahasiswa saat ingin melakukan pengaduan kasus. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sarana yang efektif dan mudah diakses bagi mahasiswa untuk melakukan pengaduan kasus apabila mahasiswa mengetahui tentang adanya kekerasaan seksual di lingkungan kampus. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk membantu memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melakukan aduan tentang adanya kasus kekerasaan seksual di lingkungan Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. Metode dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode Scrum. Metode Scrum melibatkan keseluruhan tim yang ada di organisasi. Dengan adanya keterlibatan ini maka mudah dalam mengantisipasi perubahan yang terjadi selama pengembangan sistem. Sistem informasi pengaduan pencegahan dan penanganan tindak kekerasan seksual berhasil di terapkan dan diujikan kepada Mahasiswa Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengaduan ini mahasiswa dapat dengan mudah dalam membuat aduan berbasis sistem. berdasarkan daftar uji yang dilakukan terhadap sistem yang dibuat maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa skenario yang diujikan sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapan. Kata kunci: sistem informasi; PPKS; pengaduan; mahasiswa; scrum

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of IT governance and IT risk management at Rumah ITSHOP Purwokerto using the COBIT 5 framework focusing on the EDM03 and APO12 domains. A descriptive qualitative method was applied through interviews, observations, and documentation. The result show that ITSHOP has implemented basic controls such as daily data backups, access restrictions, data encryption, and periodic security audits, however risk management practices are not yet formally documented. The maturity level indicates Level 3 (Established Process) reflecting consistent processes that require further echancement through formal policies, documentation, and measurable risk indicators.

Abstract

Female members of Fatayat NU still lack confidence in making strategic decisions due to a lack of knowledge about the principles of leadership and organizational management. Unmaximized Potential Fatayat NU has great potential to be an agent of change in society, but this potential has not been fully maximized due to limited leadership and management capacity. One effort that can strengthen the Fatayat NU organization is to improve the leadership and management skills of its members. Based on the results of interviews with the Chairperson of Fatayat NU Sirampog, several obstacles encountered in the organization are the core administrators in each branch do not understand effective leadership in building good communication and in making the right decisions, in addition, the lack of managerial knowledge in organizational management to some extent hampers the process of organizational development. The stages of the activity include data collection, activity preparation, training, mentoring and monitoring and evaluation of activities. The results of the activity are increased knowledge about leadership and organizational management among the Fatayat NU Sirampog Brebes administrators.

Abstract

One element in student activities is secretarial work or popularly known as the duties of a secretary. This field is very synonymous with administrative matters. In practice, data administration by the management of the Student Activity Unit (UKM) at Amikom Purwokerto University still makes many mistakes, such as when making incomplete proposals, final reports that do not comply with existing guidelines. . This resulted in a long time because they had to submit 2 times, make data corrections so that it hindered the work of the UKM administrators themselves. The aim of UKM data administration training is to help UKM administrators to be more orderly in administration and in accordance with existing guidelines. The methods used in socialization and training are the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The result of the research is that the training participants' knowledge of the basic administration of UKM increases before the training is carried out, the errors in making proposals and other procedures are reduced.
