Abstract

Komposit merupakan gabungan material yang terdiri dari dua atau lebih bahan dengan sifat yang berbeda untuk menghasilkan material baru dengan sifat yang lebih unggul dari sifat asli material dasar. Salah satu yang sering dijumpai komposit serat alam dimana komposit ini gabungan antara serat yang dapat dari alam dan digabungkan dengan resin. Komposisi serat sangat berpengaruh terhadap sifat yang dihasilkan maka tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kekuatan tarik dan struktur mikro pada komposit serat aren dengan menggunakan empat variasi campuran resin polyester dan serat aren dengan perbandingan (100% : 0%, 75% : 25%, 65% : 35%, 55% : 45%) dan konfigurasi susunan serat acak. Pengujian spesimen menggunakan mesin uji tarik dan mesin uji struktur mikro. Dari hasil pengujian tarik didapatkan kekuatan tegangan tarik tertinggi pada variasi campuran resin polyester 55% : 45% serat aren dengan nilai 11,60 N/mm2. Dengan penambahan volume serat aren dapat meningkatkan kekuatan tarik komposit serat aren bermatrik resin polyester. Setelah dilakukan pengujian struktur mikro dapat dilihat bahwa dengan bertambahnya volume serat aren maka dapat menurunkan/ meminimalisir terjadinya rongga atau cacat pada spesimen.

Abstract

Aluminium merupakan material untuk membuat sebuah produk yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat, namun karena sering menjadi limbah ketika sudah mengalami kerusakan, maka limbah dari aluminium akan mengalami penumpukan yang akan merugikan, karena limbah aluminium tidak mudah terurai maka diperlukan penangan. Pengecoran ulang bisa menjadi upaya alternatif untuk mengurangi limbah. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan aluminium dari panci dan wajan yang tidak terpakai dan tembaga serbuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pembuatan spesimen dengan variasi Al 500 gr Cu 0 gr, Al 500 gr Cu 10 gr, dan Al 500 gr Cu 15 gr. Proses pengecoran menggunakan cetakan pasir, serta pengujian tarik dan pengujian struktur mikro. Kekuatan tarik menurun seiring dengan penambahan tembaga, di mana spesimen dengan varasi Al 97% Cu 3% memperoleh nilai terendah dengan nilai rata-rata 78,328 Mpa, dan kekuatan tarik tertinggi diperoleh spesimen dengan variasi Al 100% Cu 0% dengan nilai rata-rata 100,769 Mpa. Analisis struktur mikro menunjukkan perubahan struktur butir pada setiap spesimen, dimana aluminium yang belum dipadukan dengan tembaga memiliki butir yang lebih rapat daripada aluminium yang sudah dipadukan dengan tembaga. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan tembaga berpengaruh pada pengecoran ulang aluminium limbah rumah tangga karena dapat menurunkan hasil pada coran, dari segi kekuatan tarik pada pengujian tarik, dan berpengaruh terhadap struktur butir pada pengujian struktur mikro.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze children's natural intelligence improvement through nature-based learning management at RA Al Khodijah Probolinggo. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. Researchers conducted observations, interviews with principals and teachers, and documentation. Data analysis in this study begins with data collection and reduction and continues with concluding. The results show that nature-based learning effectively increases the natural intelligence of early childhood through nature-based learning, which is an introduction to forms of love for nature or the surrounding environment, such as visiting the zoo, planting trees, and others. Nature-based learning uses nature as teaching material, a place to learn and learn objects, with the concept of a natural school. Students are expected to be able to learn with nature and be able to connect and apply the knowledge gained in real, everyday life.

Abstract

Youth need to form their identity as the nation's successor, one of which can be done by participating in a self-development activity, both within the internal scope of the youth group and outside the youth group. The Jinontro Youth Group has several activities, one of which is called the Youth Creativity Improvement Program, which can shape the basic character of youth, namely the character of leadership, solidarity, loyalty, kinship, education, and responsibility. In order to improve character building, a training is proposed for the Jinontro Youth Group entitled "Training on the Use of 3D Sketchup Software to Increase the Creativity of Jinontro Youth" so that Jinontro Youth have creative, educational, and responsible characteristics. The hope is that this will not only be applied within organizations or within the community but can also develop in the environment and in the world of work later and will result in quality human resources (HR) for the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

This Research In analyzing the design of a single-passenger electric vehicle chassis using the Finite Element Method (FEM) with Autodesk Inventor Professional 2021 (Student Version), the chassis plays a critical role in reinforcing the vehicle's frame to withstand greater loads. The design was modeled in Autodesk Inventor and analyzed using FEM to assess stress distribution, deformation, and the safety factor. The objective of the analysis was to ensure optimal strength, stiffness, and weight efficiency. The results showed a reduction in chassis weight from 15.726 kg to 12.517 kg using the same material, stainless steel type 201, without significantly compromising structural strength. Overall, the study demonstrates that the chassis design has been well-optimized in terms of strength and weight efficiency. Despite some areas exhibiting more pronounced deformation, the chassis remains safe for use.Keywords: Chassis, Finite Element Methode, Autodesk Inventor, Stainless Steel 201, Design Analysis

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology demands a transformation in mathematics education to develop higher-order thinking skills. This study investigates the effectiveness of deep learning approaches in improving mathematical flexibility (MF) and mathematics self-regulated learning (MSRL) among grade 8 junior high school students in Indonesia. Employing a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, this quasi-experimental study involved 99 students (68 experimental, 31 control) who completed pre-tests and post-tests measuring MF and MSRL. Quantitative data were analyzed using ANCOVA, t-tests, and regression analysis, followed by qualitative interviews and classroom observation to explain the findings. Results revealed that the deep learning approach significantly improved students' mathematical flexibility (t = 14.92, p 0.05), with an average gain of 4.27 points, but did not significantly improve MSRL (p = 0.165). Regression analysis demonstrated a significant positive relationship between MSRL and MF (r = 0.524, p 0.001), with MSRL accounting for 27.2% of the variance in mathematical flexibility. This study contributes to mathematics education research by providing empirical evidence that deep learning approaches effectively develop mathematical flexibility while highlighting the need for multifactorial interventions targeting affective and metacognitive dimensions to improve self-regulated learning.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase the capacity of the Plalangan Village community, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency, to process livestock waste into useful products, specifically organic fertilizer. The main problems faced by partners are the low understanding and skills of waste management, as well as poor environmental sanitation due to the accumulation of livestock manure. The implementation method is carried out through a participatory approach in the form of socialization, technical training, and ongoing mentoring. The results show a significant increase in community knowledge and skills, as evidenced by the implementation of waste processing into solid and liquid organic fertilizer by the PemudaMu Farm partner group. This program also encourages environmental awareness and new economic opportunities based on the utilization of livestock waste. Thus, this community service activity contributes to improving community welfare while supporting sustainable development in the livestock sector.
