Abstract

The Nagan Raya coal-fired power plant in Aceh, Indonesia, serves as a major supplier of electricity to the region's power grid. However, the power generation unit of the plant, which supplies reactive power to the subsystem, often experiences disturbances that cause voltage values in the Banda Aceh substation system to decrease. This decrease in voltage can be detrimental to the quality of power supplied to the consumers. To address this issue, a capacitor bank with a capacity of 25 Mvar was installed at the end of 2016. The capacitor bank was successful in increasing the voltage value at the substation and proved to be an effective solution. However, with the anticipated growth in load in the coming years and the possibility of future disturbances in the power generation unit, it has been proposed that an additional capacitor bank unit with the same capacity be installed to further enhance the voltage quality at the Banda Aceh substation. To assess the feasibility of this proposal, simulations were carried out using ETAP 12.6.0 software. The simulation results show that the addition of a 25 Mvar capacitor bank unit would lead to an increase in the substation voltage value of around 5-6 KV. This increase in voltage would help to maintain the quality of power supplied to the consumers and ensure that the power grid remains stable even in the event of disturbances in the power generation unit. Overall, the proposed installation of an additional capacitor bank unit would be a cost-effective solution to enhance the voltage quality at the Banda Aceh substation and ensure the stability of the power grid. This solution could be adopted by other power plants facing similar issues in maintaining voltage quality in their power grid systems.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the performance of the voltage system at the Nagan Raya Steam Power Plant (PLTU) by installing capacitor banks. Capacitor banks are integrated into the system to increase voltage stability, reduce power losses, and increase energy efficiency in PLTUs. The research method involves analyzing the existing voltage system, designing the capacitor bank installation, and evaluating the system performance after installation. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution in improving the performance of PLTU Nagan Raya and overall energy efficiency.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing power losses due to load imbalance in the medium-voltage distribution network in Pasar Aceh. The aim is to determine the magnitude of power losses that occur at the distribution substation in Pasar Aceh. The research method involves analysis, calculations, and simulations using the ETAP 12.6 software. The results of the analysis indicate that load imbalance in the Pasar Aceh substation leads to power losses. The Trafo Samping Pasar Aceh experiences power losses of 0.77% with a load imbalance of 16.33%. The second transformer in the BNI 46 area incurs power losses of 0.98% with a load imbalance of 30.33%, and the transformer in the BLKG KOTTY area has power losses of 1.17% with a load imbalance of 50.33%. These findings affirm that the greater the load imbalance, the higher the resulting power losses in the electrical distribution network.

Abstract

Keterampilan menulis lawan kata dalam bahasa Makassar merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam upaya pelestarian bahasa daerah. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Kelas V SD Inpres Bangkala III Makassar, diketahui bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menulis lawan kata bahasa Makassar masih kurang. Siswa merasa kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi dan menuliskan lawan kata, sehingga mereka tidak mampu menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Daerah melakukan kegiatan pelatihan untuk melatih siswa Kelas V SD Inpres Bangkala III Makassar dalam menulis lawan kata menggunakan metode media gambar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan menulis lawan kata dalam bahasa Makassar pada siswa Kelas V SD Inpres Bangkala III Makassar mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil post-test yang menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis lawan kata, yaitu berada pada kategori mampu. Penggunaan media gambar terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa memvisualisasikan konsep lawan kata dan meningkatkan minat mereka dalam belajar bahasa Makassar.

Abstract

Program magang mandiri Kampus Merdeka di Rumah Baca Rakit Gowa bertujuan meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan membaca anak-anak. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan 12 peserta dengan rata-rata usia 6-12 tahun. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan, yakni pemilihan bacaan sesuai minat dan usia serta pendekatan kreatif berupa lomba mendongeng. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa (1) anak-anak lebih termotivasi untuk membaca dan menganggapnya sebagai sesuatu yang menyenangkan; (2) anak-anak merasa relevan dengan buku yang ia baca; dan (3) mampu memahami cerita, mengimajinasikannya, dan menceritakan kembali dengan cara yang unik.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah telah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran. Namun penerapannya belum optimal sesuai dengan harapan semua pihak. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka peneliti tertarik untuk lebih mengetahui lebih mendalam tentang penerapan merdeka belajar dalam meningkatkan kreativitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di SMPN 1 Mempawah. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1. Perencanaan merdeka belajar pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik di SMPN 1 Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah sudah dilakukan guru dengan cara a) menganalisis hasil belajar (CP) untuk mengembangkan tujuan pembelajaran dan proses tujuan pembelajaran, b) merencanakan dan melakukan penilaian diagnostik, c) mengembangkan modul ajar, d) penyesuaian pembelajaran dengan tingkat pencapaian dan karakteristik siswa, e) merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan memproses penilaian formatif dan sumatif, f) pelaporan kemajuan belajar, dan g) penilaian dan evaluasi pembelajaran. 2. Pelaksanaan merdeka belajar pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik di SMPN 1 Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah meliputi tiga tahap yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan berisi salam, sapa, dan apersepsi, kegiatan inti berisi penyampaian materi, dan kegiatan penutup berisi penilaian atau asesmen. Begitu juga dengan model, metode, dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan modul ajar. 3. Evaluasi merdeka belajar pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar peserta didik di SMPN 1 Mempawah Hilir Kabupaten Mempawah dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu asesmen diagnostik, asesmen formatif, dan asesmen sumatif, yang mana ketiganya memiliki tujuan masing-masing dalam proses penilaian pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, guru sudah menerapkan ketiga asesmen tersebut, namun hanya terfokus pada tes lisan dan tes tertulis.

Abstract

Kegiatan pemulihan ekosistem terumbu karang di Desa Sampuabalo, Kabupaten Buton, Sulawesi Tenggara, bertujuan untuk mengatasi degradasi terumbu karang yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk praktik penangkapan ikan yang merusak dan perubahan lingkungan. Proyek ini menggunakan metode longline, dengan ukuran tinggi 80 cm dan lebar 400 cm, untuk transplantasi sebanyak 200 fragmen karang pada kedalaman 4 meter di bawah permukaan laut. Hasil monitoring satu bulan pasca-transplantasi menunjukkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup karang mencapai 90%, dengan sebagian besar fragmen menunjukkan tanda-tanda pertumbuhan yang baik. Program ini juga melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat lokal melalui pelatihan dan sosialisasi, yang memastikan keberlanjutan kegiatan konservasi ini. Monitoring dan evaluasi bulanan dilakukan untuk menilai keberhasilan program dan melakukan penyesuaian yang diperlukan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diterapkan efektif dalam pemulihan terumbu karang dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kelestarian ekosistem laut di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) states that those who commit, order, and participate in committing the act are convicted as perpetrators of criminal acts. This includes the Master and Crew of Boath in Illegal Fishing related to fishing without a permit, using fake permits, using prohibited fishing gear, and catching species of fish that do not comply with the permit.    The research problems in this study are: 1) What is the legal system in fisheries crimes? 2) How is the law enforcement against Article 55 of the Indonesian Criminal Code in the supervisory function in marine and fisheries resources? 3) What is the criminal liability for boat crews who commit fisheries crimes? This study is normative legal research with a statute approach in conducting the study. The data collection techniques used were library research.    Based on the results of the study, data on illegal fishing in the fishing sector handled regarding the evidence of boats being burned, sunk, and/or destroyed in Marine and Fisheries Resources Surveillance (PSDKP) of Batam City of 2022, 2023, dan 2024 show that there are eighteen (18) units of boats with Malaysia, Myanmar, and Vietnam flags that have been sunk with other supporting facilities and equipment in committing illegal fishing, such as purse seine, trawl, fishing lights, hand line, GPS Samsung, HF Transceiver VX-1700, Radio Sea Eagle 6900, Compass Express, and navigation and communication tool. Tanjung Pinang District Court of 2024 with Case Number: 1/Pid.Sus-PRK/2023/PN TPG dan No. Case: 2/Pid.Sus-PRK/2023/PN TPG. The verdict has been a permanent legal force by prosecuting the Master and Crew of the Boat as the Defendant of Fisheries Crimes.

Abstract

This study aims to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Islamic Education Through the Problem Based Learning Model. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data for this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to improve student learning outcomes in developing a character of mutual respect and observation is used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that Learning through the Problem Based Learning Model can improve learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of completeness of improving student ability results in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 45.54%, the first cycle 78.57% and in the second cycle increased to 89.57%. Thus, learning through the Problem Based Learning Model can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning using the Problem Based Learning Model. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data for this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that the Problem Based Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 40.89%, the first cycle 68.87% and in the second cycle increased to 90.32%. Thus, the Problem Based Learning Model can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning
