Abstract

Pembangunan pariwisata bahari berkelanjutan di Pulau Tidung, bagian dari Kepulauan Seribu, membutuhkan integrasi yang seimbang antara pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dan konservasi lingkungan. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat ini, fokus diberikan pada peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat setempat dalam upaya pelestarian lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penelitian tindakan partisipatif (Participatory Action Research) dengan pendekatan program tindak partisipatif (Participatory Action Program) yang melibatkan 14 siswa di Pulau Tidung. Inisiatif ini telah berhasil menumbuhkan budaya aksi peduli lingkungan yang sejalan dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di masyarakat Pulau Tidung. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam partisipasi masyarakat dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya konservasi lingkungan dalam konteks pariwisata berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal, 1) describe the procedures for implementing the recitation of the Al-Qur'an at each graduation at SDN 4 Tengguli, 2) describe the teacher's strategy in improving the religious character of students at SDN 4 Tengguli, 3) describe the views and experiences of students Al-Qur'an recitation activities and understanding of students' religious character. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and decommentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that; 1) The process of carrying out the recitation of the Al-Qur'an at every graduation at SDN 4 Tengguli is a custom (custom) carried out by the SDN 4 Tengguli school at every graduation as a sign that students have finished reading the holy verses of the Al-Qur'an. The implementation of reciting the Al-Qur'an includes 3 processes, namely as follows: preparation process, core activities and closing, 2) The teacher's strategy in improving the religious character of students at SDN 4 Tengguli is to choose and determine the method that the teacher will use to improve the religious character of students. habituation methods and story methods which are usually used by teachers which are considered the most effective in improving religious character values, 3) The teacher's perception of reciting the Al-Qur'an in improving character is reciting the Al-Qur'an which is an effective method which can improve Religious character for students in reciting the Al-Qur'an can increase students' understanding of religious teachings, beliefs, foster a sense of love for the Al-Qur'an and can increase discipline in students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of religiosity values on consumer behavior among Muslim consumers in Palopo City. Using a quantitative approach and survey methods, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of Muslim consumers in Palopo City. Linear regression analysis is used to test the relationship between religiosity variables and consumer behavior. The research results show that there is a significant influence of religiosity values in reducing consumptive behavior among Muslim consumers in Palopo City. The implications of this research provide a deeper understanding of how religiosity values can influence consumer behavior, as well as providing useful insights for marketers and business practitioners in developing marketing strategies that are in accordance with the religious values of Muslim consumers

Abstract

The increasing number of digital information technology users reaching 79.5% in Indonesia in 2024 has great potential to be utilized in helping to increase the realization of ZIS DSKL collection, distribution and reporting activities at BAZNAS institutions digitally. This study aims to analyze, measure and identify the digital readiness of BAZNAS in the Luwu Raya region based on the Digital Readiness Index of Zakat Management Organizations. This study uses a mixed method approach using the MultiStage Weighted Index technique. The subjects of this study were four BAZNAS throughout the Luwu Raya region. There are three dimensions in calculating this index, namely the dimensions of collection, distribution and reporting. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there are three BAZNAS that are included in the highest level of readiness category (Digital Native), namely, BAZNAS North Luwu with a value of 0.93; BAZNAS East Luwu with a value of 0.84 and BAZNAS Luwu with a value of 0.81. Meanwhile, BAZNAS Palopo City is at a fairly good level of readiness (IT-Developing) with a value of 0.58. Thus, BAZNAS's digital readiness in Luwu Raya is very good, it only needs to be improved in certain indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strengthening of the Al-adl principle in the resolution of economic disputes in reducing non-performing financing at PT. BPRS Dana Monetary Branch Palopo. The research method used is qualitative which analyzes data from arguments, or respondents' answers related to the object of study. The research approach used a case study on several cases of sharia economic disputes that occurred between customers and PT. BPR Syariah Dana Monetary Branch Palopo. The number of respondents was taken from 3 debtors who fell into the default category. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis with the steps of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the resolution of sharia economic disputes at PT BPR Syariah Dana Monetary Branch Palopo was carried out through internal mediation and litigation, adjusted to the debtor's condition. Debtors experiencing business decline were given restructuring, while bankrupt ones were given leniency up to voluntary liquidation. For debtors with indications of moral hazard, the bank takes legal action to uphold justice, including the execution of collateral according to court decisions. Strengthening the Al-Adl principle in dispute resolution at PT BPRS Dana Monetary Palopo Branch is carried out through four main steps: a fair approach tailored to the debtor's circumstances, transparency in the resolution process, deliberation for the mutual benefit, and ongoing evaluation to prevent recurrence of disputes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using crossword puzzle media on students' learning interest in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 5 Ajangale. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 5 Ajangale with a total of 30 students. The sampling technique was a saturated sampling technique so that the sample in this study was all students of class VIII totaling 30 students. The research instruments were in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets to determine students' learning interest. Data analysis included descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed a significant difference in the use of crossword puzzle media on students' learning interest. This is evidenced by the results of the paired samples t-test which showed that the calculated t value> t table (6.799> 2.045) and the significance test α = 0.05 showed a p value <α (0.000 <0.05). This is also proven by the results of observations of students' learning interests after using crossword puzzle media which showed an increase in the average student learning interest from the first meeting to the third meeting. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of crossword puzzle media (crossword puzzles) based on puzzle maker is effective for students' learning interests in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMP Negeri 5 Ajangale.

Abstract

This study critically analyses the implementation of murābaḥah contracts in contemporary Islamic banking through the lens of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah theory. Murābaḥah has long been recognised as one of the dominant financing schemes in Sharia banks, particularly in Indonesia, where it plays a central role in meeting customer needs ranging from consumption to investment. However, in today's context of rapid financial innovation and global competition, questions remain regarding its alignment with the broader objectives of Islamic law beyond mere technical compliance. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilising in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation studies. The primary object of inquiry is Sharia banks in Indonesia, with informants drawn from banking practitioners and customers. This dual perspective provides a more comprehensive understanding of how murābaḥah is designed, implemented, and perceived in practice within the dynamics of modern Islamic banking. The findings indicate that although murābaḥah contracts are generally implemented in line with formal sharia procedures, the embodiment of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah values remains partial. Elements such as justice, fair profit, social welfare, and mutual assistance are evident but fragmented and lack institutional standardisation. As a result, the spirit of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah is not yet fully realised in contemporary practice. This study concludes that there is an urgent need to reformulate the strategy and design of murābaḥah products to reflect the holistic objectives of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah better better. This involves preserving wealth and prohibiting usury and safeguarding life, intellect, and lineage. The research contributes by exposing the gap between formal compliance and substantive realisation, offering novelty in reframing murābaḥah as a contemporary instrument for promoting justice, welfare, and sustainable Islamic finance.

Abstract

Hukum keluarga Islam memegang peranan penting dalam mengatur hubungan rumah tangga, mencakup pernikahan, perceraian, warisan, dan tanggung jawab orang tua. Artikel ini mengkaji implementasi hukum keluarga Islam di era digital, dengan menyoroti tantangan dan peluang yang muncul akibat transformasi teknologi informasi. Era digital menawarkan kemudahan akses informasi, efisiensi proses administrasi, dan transparansi dalam peradilan agama, sehingga masyarakat lebih mudah memahami dan menerapkan hukum keluarga secara adil. Di sisi lain, tantangan yang muncul meliputi penyebaran informasi yang salah, keamanan data, ketimpangan akses digital, dan adaptasi hukum terhadap bukti digital. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif normatif, sosiologis, dan teknis-prosedural untuk menganalisis bagaimana hukum keluarga Islam dapat tetap relevan, efektif, dan responsif terhadap perubahan sosial dan teknologi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dengan regulasi yang tepat dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara bijak, hukum keluarga Islam tidak hanya dapat menjaga keadilan, tetapi juga berperan sebagai sarana pendidikan moral, etika, dan pencegahan kekerasan dalam keluarga.

Abstract

Di era digital ini, internet sudah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi banyak orang. Jaringan internet memerlukan sistem kerja yang terintegrasi antara komponen perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak agar dapat digunakan secara bersamaan. Pentingnya pemantauan jaringan internet disadari dengan adanya Administrator Jaringan. Salah satu teknik monitoring Unifi Access Point adalah dengan menggunakan Unifi Network Management Controller. Penelitian ini merespon permasalahan pada Unifi Access Point pada BPR X Batam yang mengalami lemahnya sinyal dan keterbatasan dalam berselancar di internet. Dengan dirancangnya sistem hotspot captive portal Mikrotik yang terintegrasi dengan UniFi Controller, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa administrator dapat dengan mudah mengatur pengelolaan hotspot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unifi Network Management Controller memudahkan pengguna hotspot dengan captive portal, memungkinkan admin memantau aktivitas pengguna, serta mengelola dan memantau perangkat nirkabel. Selain itu penelitian ini memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan lemahnya sinyal dan terbatasnya akses internet pada Unifi Access Point.
