Abstract

ABSTRAK Kabupaten Ciamis merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang memiliki 10 prioritas rencana pembangunan, dimana salah satunya adalah pembangunan di sektor pariwisata oleh karena itu, sarana akomodasi berupa jasa penginapan pun semakin dibutuhkan. Keberadaan alam Ciamis yang masih asri, perancangan resort dengan tema ekowisata dibutuhkan , dimana diharapkan mampu memberikan kesadaran kepada pengunjung akan pentingnya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, budaya setempat, dan hubungan sosial .Perancangan ini menampilkan bentuk bangunan yang mencirikan ciri khas bangunan di Kabupaten Ciamis.Tidak hanya pada bentuk bangunan, ciri khas Kabupaten Ciamis pun diperlihatkan pada penggunaan material batu kali bulat dan material yang menjadi potensi alam disana seperti bambu dan kayu.Hasil studi ini diharapkan pembaca dapat memperoleh informasi dan pengetahuan terutama mengenai penerapan tema ekowisata pada resort. Abstract

Abstract: This research was initiated by the factors of poor indoor air quality conditions. So that it can cause Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) or sick building syndrome. The purpose of this research is to measure the picture of air quality conditions in non-slum rooms. The sample in this study was Pasteur Village RW6, Sukajadi District which was selected based on criteria, namely including non-slum areas, as well as high community participation. The research method used was cross-sectional. The results showed an overview of indoor air quality in non-slum dwellings, humidity was above the required standard, thus triggering fungal growth rates that exceeded normal limits. The temperature parameter is in the required category, but based on the findings, some people are uncomfortable with the room temperature in the house. The Formadehilda and VOC parameters are within normal limits, this is indicated because most people do not use chemical products, rarely smoke in the house, and rarely start motorized vehicles in the house.Keywords: Indoor Air Quality, Sick Building Sindrome (SBS) Abstrak: Penelitian ini diawali oleh faktor kondisi kualitas udara di dalam ruangan yang buruk. Sehingga dapat menyebabkan terjadinya Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) atau sindrom bangunan sakit. Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengukur gambaran kondisi kualitas udara di dalam ruangan non kumuh. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Kelurahan Pasteur RW6, Kecamatan Sukajadi yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yaitu termasuk kawasan non kumuh, serta partisipasi masyarakat yang tinggi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran kualitas udara di dalam ruangan pada rumah tinggal non kumuh, kelembaban berada di atas standar yang dipersyaratkan, sehingga memicu tingkat pertumbuhan jamur yang melampaui batas normal. Parameter suhu berada dalam kategori yang dipersyaratkan, namun berdasarkan hasil temuan sebagian masyarakat kurang nyaman dengan suhu ruang pada rumah tinggal. Parameter Formadehilda dan VOC berada pada batas normal, hal tersebut diindikasikan karena sebagian besar masyarakat tidak menggunakan produk-produk kimia, jarang melakukan aktivitas merokok di dalam rumah, serta jarang menghidupkan mesin kendaraan bermotor di dalam rumah. Abstract

The design of Parahyangan Office Rental Space and Apartment is intended to create offices and residential areas that accommodate business and residential functions with the concept of smart building applied to various aspects of architectural design. Parahyangan Office Rental Space and Apartment is the offices and residential areas that accommodate the needs of community in Kota Baru Parahyangan, not only in business activities but also in residence. In this area, the offices become a place for business and economic activities for the people of Kota Baru Parahyangan and its surroundings. Moreover, the offices also become the biggest business center and office center in Kota Baru Parahyangan and/or Bandung Regency and its surroundings. Meanwhile, the residential areas are the place for the emergence of vertical residential needs in Kota Baru Parahyangan. The Smart building concept is chosen because of the need for efficiency in activities. Living in urban areas requires a high level of mobility and movement, which can be supported using the smart building concept. The system of buildings, in which the occupants live and do their activities, can be set through the intelligent building, so that residents can allocate their time and energy to other things. Smart building can also generate comfortable, productive, and simpler life for residents of the building.Keywords: Smart Building, Office, Residence

Abstract

Abstract - This research is motivated by the poor air quality in the room at home that can cause Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). The purpose of this research is to increase public awareness of the environment through indoor air quality workshops, with a Pre-Experimental method and One Group Pre-Test Post-Test research design. The sample in this study was Pasteur RW6, Sukajadi District at Bandung City, which was selected based on criteria including non slum areas, as well as high community participation. The results showed that the level of public awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and actions on air quality in the room before the Workshop was in the medium category. Then it increased after the Workshop, which was on a relatively moderate increase in knowledge. This can be seen from the majority of people who already know the importance of indoor air quality, but the knowledge of specific components that affect indoor air quality is still not understood. Whereas attitudes and actions experienced a relatively small increase due to the knowledge gained in the Workshop not being implemented in the form of real attitudes and actions in daily life because people's habits are difficult to change. Keywords – Environmental Awareness, Indoor Air Quality, Workshop, Community Awareness

Abstract

Abstract - The use of cutting-edge technology is appropriate for business development based on an established entrepreneurial spirit that will optimize the process as well as the results of the developed business unit. This is what is called technopreneurship: a collaboration between the application of technology as an instrument and an independent business spirit as a necessity. In an era of intense global competition, business innovation must be accompanied by various kinds of technological engineering in order to multiply the performance of the business. Technopreneurship is an integral character between competency in applying technology and the spirit of building a business. From here, a technological business unit grows: a business unit that utilizes applied technology in the process of innovation, production, marketization, etc. Communication and information technology or telematics technology (information and communication technology (ICT) has been recognized by the world as one of the means and the main infrastructure to tackle the world's problems.The Community Service Program with the title Technopreneur Training in Building an Entrepreneurial Spirit for Prospective Architects in the Field of Consulting Services and Construction Services at the University of Education of Indonesia is implemented to provide entrepreneurial skills for students to have entrepreneurial mentality and skills (entrepreneurship) and form a Campus business incubator unit. This program selects and guides 21 students to become independent micro entrepreneurs. The method used in this program is practical learning based on business projects by training and assessing the ability of students to start and run a business based on 4 assessment criteria which include: personality, cooperation, leadership and online marketing skills to increase competitiveness and overcome constraints of limited production funding. The implementation of this KDP includes 4 stages consisting of recruitment, approach, implementation, and monitoring evaluation of 20 prospective tenants for 8 months. From these activities, it is expected that 10 tenants will become independent entrepreneurs and 5 people are still not successful.

Abstract

Abstract: Al-Mishbah Mosque is an architectural work with unique contemporary ideas and symbolic meaning requirements so that its existence is interesting to study. The researcher who is also the architect of the Al-Mishbah Mosque aims to examine the visually identified symbolic signs and describe the meaning of the architectural philosophy behind the design of the Al-Mishbah Mosque. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and is analyzed using the theory of architectural semiotics (arsemiotics) to investigate signs which, according to Charles Sanders Peirce, are icons, indexes, and symbols. Based on the analysis of visually identified signs, the results of this study can be concluded that the signs and meanings of the architectural philosophy of the Al-Mishbah Mosque are as follows: (1) The black cube shape in the main building, is a symbolic idea of the Kaaba, which means as the center of the building. Qibla orientation of Muslim prayer, as well as a symbol of one direction and unity of Muslims. (2) The shape of the asymmetrical curved concrete hat is a symbolic idea of people prostrating, which means the main function as a mosque (a place of prostration), also has a meaning as a symbol of servitude to Allah. (3) The form of the text lafadz "Allah" on the facade of the upper building, is a symbolic idea of Baitullah, which means a place to glorify Allah, also means the mosque as "House of Allah". (4) The configuration of asymmetrical mass forms is a symbolic idea of Ijtihad, which means a genuine effort to find solutions to the problems of the people, also means not taking pre-existing general habits without understanding their essence (taqlid). (5) The shape of the mihrab wall with an open gap, from inside the mosque you will see the sky and the earth as a symbolic idea of the Kauniah verse which means that humans must see the verses of Allah have a balance between dhikr and thinking, also the existence of the universe and life is interpreted as evidence of existence almighty God. (6) The light that radiates out of the building resembles a person prostrating, is a symbolic idea of the light of prayer which means preventing heinous acts and evil deeds, and showing submission, obedience and obedience to Allah (taqwa).Keywords: Mosque Architecture, Semiotics, Arsemiotics, Symbolic Meaning, Al-Mishbah Mosque.Abstrak: Masjid Al-Mishbah merupakan suatu karya arsitektur dengan gagasan kontemporer yang unik dan syarat makna simbolik sehingga keberadaanya menarik untuk diteliti. Peneliti yang juga sekaligus arsitek Masjid Al-Mishbah bertujuan meneliti tanda-tanda simbolik yang teridentifikasi secara visual dan mendeskripsikan makna filosofi arsitektur dibalik rancangan Masjid Al-Mishbah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan teori semiotika arsitektur (arsemiotik) untuk menyelidiki tanda yang menurut Charles Sanders Peirce, sebagai ikon, indeks, dan symbol. Berdasarkan analisis tanda-tanda yang teridentifikasi secara visual, hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tanda dan makna filosofi Arsitektur Masjid Al-Mishbah adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Bentuk kubus hitam pada bangunan utama, merupakan gagasan simbolik Ka’bah, yang bermakna sebagai pusat orientasi qiblat shalat umat Islam, juga sebagai simbol satu kesatuan arah dan persatuan umat  Islam.  (2) Bentuk topi beton lengkung asimetris merupakan gagasan simbolik orang bersujud, yang bermakna fungsi utama sebagai masjid (tempat bersujud), juga bermakna sebagai simbol penghambaan kepada Allah. (3) Bentuk teks lafadz “Allah” pada fasad gedung bagian atas, merupakan gagasan simbolik Baitullah, yang bermakna tempat mengaggungkan Allah, juga bermakna masjid sebagai “Rumah Allah”. (4) Konfigurasi bentuk massa asimetris merupakan gagasan simbolik Ijtihad, yang bermakna upaya sungguh-sungguh untuk mencari solusi permasalahan umat, juga bermakna tidak mengambil mentah-mentah kebiasaan umum yang sudah ada sebelumnya tanpa memahami makna esensinya (taqlid). (5) Bentuk dinding mihrab dengan celah terbuka, dari dalam masjid akan terlihat langit dan bumi sebagai gagasan simbolik Ayat Kauniah yang bermakna manusia harus melihat ayat-ayat Allah memiliki keseimbangan antar berdzikir dan berfikir, juga adanya alam semesta dan kehidupan dimaknai sebagai bukti ada dan mahakuasanya Allah. (6) Cahaya yang memancar keluar dari bangunan menyerupai orang sujud, merupakan gagasan simbolis cahaya shalat yang bermakna mencegah perbuatan keji dan munkar, serta menunjukan sikap tunduk, patuh dan taat kepada Allah (Taqwa).Kata Kunci: Arsitektur Masjid, Semiotika, Arsemiotik, Makna Simbolik, Masjid Al-Mishbah.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to obtain a general description of the condition and fulfillment of the facilities and infrastructure of the computer laboratory for the Modeling and Building Information Design (DPIB) program at SMK Negeri 7 Baleendah based on the standards of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 34 of 2018. The purpose of this study is also to assess the compliance of health protocol facilities at SMK Negeri 7 Baleendah and to obtain a computer laboratory layout plan that is in accordance with health protocol rules during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is an evaluation research. Data collection techniques in this study by means of observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate the level of achievement of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Negeri 7 Baleendah based on the standards of Permendikbud No. 34 of 2018 reached 83% in computer laboratory room infrastructure, the achievement was included in the very feasible criteria and in the facilities it reached 72.91% including the feasible criteria. The results of the evaluation on health protocol facilities based on existing standards, the availability of disinfectant liquid has not been met, the sink near the computer laboratory room is not available for hand washing soap, and the layout of the computer laboratory room has not been given a distance of 1.5 meters. Design recommendations for the DPIB program computer laboratory room at SMK Negeri 7 Baleendah by changing the type of opening, the position of the sink placed next to the entrance to the computer laboratory room and the layout of the room spaced 1.5 meters apart from each seat. Abstract

Abstract – The Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia has issued a Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policy in the Emergency Period of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) that teaching and learning activities are carried out from home. Learning in distance is a solution from the government to execute learning activities then they can continue to run during the pandemic period, by utilizing the online media. Distance learning also occurs in productive subjects in vocational high schools, such as technical drawing subject. The technical drawing subject during distance learning is limited by time, even though this technical drawing subject requires a very long time because it requires quite high accuracy. Thus online assistance became one of the solutions to guiding students outside the technical drawing hour’s lesson during distance learning through online media such as computer, television, radio, telephone, internet, video, etc. Assistance usually with face-to-face, one of its aims is helping the learning process of students who are having difficulty of understanding the material and build students to achieve the learning goals, but during distance learning assistance is carried out online. The obstacles found in the online assistance, they are the students’ devices, teachers’ communication with students, teachers are difficult to drawing checking, and students are difficult to understand the material. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with a number of samples is 46 involve the class of first grade students in Modeling and Building Information Design Program (MBID) at PVHS 6 in Bandung. Data collection techniques use two ways, they are questionnaire techniques with a 39 number of questions grains on online assistance variables and documentation techniques on learning outcomes by referring to student’s value on the task of the technical drawing subject. Before data analysis, an instrument test was using the validity and reliability test. Then, perform the analysis of the level of respondents to find out the general description of the variables. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out by the normality test, correlation test, regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of the research obtained were known that the achievement level of online assistance with fairly good category. Also the achievement level of students learning outcome with fairly good category. While the acquisition of online assistance contribution to learning outcomes is 9% by determination analysis and the correlation coefficient is equal to 0.300 which means the relationship category is weak. Therefore, the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, there are positive contributions between online assistance to learning outcomes.Keywords – Online Assistance, Technical Drawing, Learning Outcome, Distance Learning.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of potential for nature tourism in the form of mountains, sea, and beaches. This is also an attraction for tourists to make Indonesia as the preferred natural tourist destination when on vacation. Especially West Java, West Java is one of the provinces that are in great demand by local and outside tourists.Besides being famous for its local culture and its unique culinary variety, West Java is also known for its cool air, especially in some parts that are still preserved in nature, the natural potential that is still good and is maintained as an attraction for West Java to attract tourists. One of the famous areas in the city of Bandung which is a tourist destination is the Lembang Region.From the last five years the lodging area in Lembang has increased, currently in Lembang sub-district itself has 13 lodging units in the form of resorts. The amount itself is influenced by the high demand for lodging accommodation especially when the holiday season arrives. But of that number, resorts that have complete and well-maintained facilities and conditions are still not completely even. Based on this fact, the purpose of designing this resort is expected to be the best tourist area in the region to be able to adjust to the conditions of the land conditions, be able to use and not damage the existing land on the design land.The study used in this design is based on the description that occurs today with the support of the literature that supports the theory and analysis that is done. Implementation analysis was carried out using macro and microanalysis methods. Macro analysis is an analysis on a regional scale. While microanalysis is an analysis of the design site, which includes activity analysis, function analysis, space analysis, site analysis, shape analysis, and display and structural analysis and utility.The concept of site and building in this design will produce a conceptual relationship that will later become a guideline in making a design. This concept includes the proposed concept of site design, form, structure, and utility.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mengembangkan industri pariwisata Indonesia, pemerintah Republik Indonesia menjadikan sektor industri pariwisata sebagai sektor unggulan yang dapat membantu mendorong perekonomian Indonesia. Pemerintah, khususnya Provinsi Jawa Barat, memfokuskan pada pengembangan industri pariwisata di Jawa Barat dengan membuat rencana besar destinasi wisata kelas dunia Provinsi Jawa Barat. Untuk mendukung rencana tersebut, diperlukan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang baik, salah satunya adalah sarana akomodasi penginapan (resor hotel) yang menjadi wadah untuk wisatawan domestik atau mancanegara untuk tinggal sementara. Peningkatan jumlah wisatawan yang menginap di Jawa Barat sebanyak 6,95% di tahun 2016 dan 2017, sehingga harus disertai dengan penambahan jumlah akomodasi penginapan. Maksud dan tujuan dari perancangan Green Hotel Resort ini adalah untuk mewadahi peningkatan jumlah wisatawan yang akan menginap di Jawa Barat sekaligus mendukung rencana pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam menciptakan destinasi wisata yang ramah lingkungan. Sehingga tema dari Perancangan Green Hotel Resort ini adalah tema arsitektur hijau, yang diharapkan mampu mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan akibat pariwisata dan akomodasi penginapan, karena adanya penambahan jumlah wisatawan ke Provinsi Jawa Barat. Produk desain yang dihasilkan pada perancangan ini berupa rancangan hotel resort yang bisa memaksimalkan potensi yang ada di dalam tapak sehingga bisa mengurangi penggunaan energi pada bangunan. Hotel resort ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai fasilitas akomodasi penginapan saja tapi juga dilengkapi wahana wisata edukasi kria dan budaya khas Tasikmalaya.
