Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of commitment and emotional intelligence on the turnover intention of married couples at the District Office of Religous Affairs (KUA) in the Muara Enim Regency area. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, with a descriptive approach. The data collection method uses questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale. This study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique, with the LISREL (Linear Structural Relation) tool verson 8.7. The result of the study concluded that commitment has a significant effect on the turnover intention of married couples at the District Office of Religous Affairs (KUA) in the Muara Enim Regency area with a regression coefficient of 1.00 and t-value = 7,34, and emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the turnover intention of married couples at the District Office of Religous Affairs (KUA) in the Muara Enim Regency area with a regression coefficient of 1.00 and t-value = 5,15.

Abstract

The author conducted research with the aim of finding out how the Health Services Utilization of Participants in the Family Hope Program in the Work Area of the Wanaraya Health Center, West Kikim District, Lahat Regency. The type of research used by the author is a form of field research which is qualitative research. Data processing and analysis techniques using Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Verification and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study explain that the Family Hope Program (PKH) is very helpful for underprivileged people in utilizing and using health facilities through the Wanaraya Health Center, West Kikim District, Lahat Regency. For people in the category of elderly, pregnant women and toddlers, they are required to check themselves regularly every month in the context of eradicating malnutrition/stunting at health service facilities, both direct health centers and posyandu-posyandu which are spread across 7 (seven) villages under the working area of the Wanaraya Health Center. Many people who use or take advantage of health services through the Family Hope Program (PKH), are more dominant in utilizing health service facilities for childbirth, while the use of other health service facilities is not dominant.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership, supervision, firmness, punitive sanctions, and allowances on employee discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This study used a quantitative research method with respondents namely employees of the office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, totaling 44 employees and Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in Muara Enim Regency, totaling 20 people. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that leadership, supervision, firmness, punitive sanctions, and allowances affect employee discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency both partially and simultaneously. In this study, leadership has the highest influence with a regression coefficient value of 0.257, while the lowest is Punishment with a regression coefficient value of 0.081.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Education, Training, Personality, and Years of Service on the Competence of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City. This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, totaling 41 respondents. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that Education, Training, Personality, and Years of Service have proven to have a significant effect on the competence of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work experience, work welfare, and workload, individually and collectively, on employees' work productivity in the PT Unit Maintenance Department. Satria Bahana Sarana. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, and normality tests. The descriptive and inferential analysis used statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, education, work planning and supervision individually and jointly on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency DPRD Secretariat. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that leadership, education, work planning, and supervision have a significant influence, individually and collectively, on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency DPRD Secretariat

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis atribut layanan yang menjadi prioritas untuk diperhatikan, dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan serta rekomendasi yang tepat dalam pengembangan produk layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan BLUD Puskesmas Muara Enim. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey analitik. Sedangkan metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah Metode Kano. Penelitian ini  diawali dengan survey pendahuluan untuk menguji validitas dan reabilitas kuesioner, lalu pengambilan data dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner ke pasien pengguna jasa BLUD Puskesmas Muara Enim selanjutnya di Analisis menggunakan metode Kano. Hasil penelitian didapat atribut layanan pada BLUD Puskesmas Muara Enim berdasarkan Kategori Model Kano berada di Kategori Must Be, One Dimentional, Attractive dan Indiferrent, Berdasarkan penilaian better and worse Dokter bersedia mendengarkan keluhan dari pasien (dimana penurunan tingkat kepuasan pasien mencapai 68 % jika pihak BLUD Puskesmas Muara Enim  tidak dapat memenuhinya). Atribut pelayanan yang perlu untuk terus dipertahankan adalah Dokter melakukan pemeriksaan dengan sungguh sungguh (dimana kenaikan kepuasan pasien mencapai 84% jika terpenuhi). Pelayanan yang perlu untuk terus ditingkatkan salah satunyaKetanggapan pegawai medis dalam melakukan pemeriksaan sedangkan rekomendasi yang tepat dalam pengembangan atribut pelayanan dan Kepuasan pasien pada BLUD Puskesmas Muara Enim diantaranya Puskesmas bisa mengembangkan media komunikasi pendaftaran pasien BPJS melalui sms atau telepon untuk mempercepat pelayanan.

The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis explain that work planning has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Empat Lawang Regency Education and Culture Service.
