Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work skills, morale, work ability, and workload on the quality of public services at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City. This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, totaling 41 respondents. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the study show that work skills, work enthusiasm, work ability, and workload have proven to have a significant effect on the quality of public services at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pagar Alam City, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

In the implementation of performance-based budgeting, an implementation strategy is needed so that it can achieve optimal results. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the process of implementing performance-based budgeting, to find out and analyze what factors influence the preparation of the 2022 budget by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency in implementing the Performance-Based Budgeting system and to find out and analyze strategies in implementing performance-based budgeting at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation as well as data analysis. The results of the study show that 1) Implementation of performance-based budgeting at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency has not achieved optimal results 2) Factors that influence the implementation of performance-based budgeting at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency include: Communication, Resources People, Attitudes and Bureaucratic Structure and 3) Strategy in implementing performance-based budgeting for the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency using the Strengths – Opportunities strategy approach. Improving Human Resources (HR), especially in the Planning section, having regular internal meetings, and in preparing the budget should be guided by the Standard Operating Procedures that have been established so that the implementation of performance-based budgeting can run optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work performance, education, training, and competence on career development at the Tebing Tinggi sub-district office, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Tebing Tinggi Sub-district Office, Empat Lawang Regency, a total of 33 respondents. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that work performance, education, training, and competence have proven to have a significant effect on employee career development at the Tebing Tinggi sub-district office, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Internally and externally, PT Sinar Mas Sungai Bungur Estate (SM SBE) faces a number of issues. Employee performance is impacted by this issue. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of career development, work environment, and compensation on the performance of PT Sinar Mas Sungai Bungur Estate Lahat personnel. This study uses the quantitative methodology and statistical analysis. Questionnaires, discussion focus groups, interviews, and secondary data were used to collect data. Multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing were applied in the data analysis. Career development variables (X1), work environment variables (X2), and compensation variables (X3) had no significant effect on performance, according to the findings (Y). As a result, the study's hypothesis that there is a significant impact on performance metrics has not been verified (Y).

Abstract

The author conducted research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of service quality, work ethic and discipline individually and collectively on community satisfaction at the Muara Enim District Office, Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Muara Enim District Office, Muara Enim Regency. Work ethic has a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Muara Enim District Office, Muara Enim Regency. Discipline has a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Muara Enim District Office, Muara Enim Regency. Quality of service, work ethic and discipline have a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Muara Enim District Office, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze whether there is an influence of human resource development on the work effectiveness of employees of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Muara Enim Regency and to find out and analyze whether there is a positive and significant relationship between human resource development and work effectiveness of employees of the Office of Cooperatives , Small and Medium Enterprises Muara Enim Regency. The sample in this study were all employees of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Muara Enim Regency, totaling 32 people. So the sampling technique used in this study using saturated sampling method. Sampling is saturated, namely the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population will be sampled in research or can also be called a census in a small scope. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used was descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with a simple linear regression formula, coefficient of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Muara Enim Regency. The results of the analysis show that human resource development has a fairly strong contribution to the work effectiveness of the employees of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring partially or simultaneously on the effectiveness of waste retribution services in Pagar Alam City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, coefficient of determination, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The research results show that planning has a significant effect on the effectiveness of waste retribution services in Pagar Alam City, organization has a significant effect on the effectiveness of waste retribution services in Pagar Alam City, implementation has a significant effect on the effectiveness of waste retribution services in Pagar Alam City, supervision has a significant effect on the effectiveness of waste retribution services in Pagar Alam City either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara sendiri – sendiri dan secara bersama – sama terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Uji kualitas data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan rumus regresi berganda, uji parsial uji simultan dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian didapat Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of leadership and motivation on work engagement with competence as an intervention variable (a case study of a teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat). This research method uses a quantitative approach. The research respondents were honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat as many as 39 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire on honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. The results of the study showed that leadership has a significant effect on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Motivation has a significant influence on the work engagement of honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Competence has a significant influence on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Leadership, Motivation, and Competence have a significant influence jointly on honorary teachers' Work Engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether the use of information technology affects the quality of financial reports at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency and to find out and analyze whether the competence of human resources affects the quality of financial reports at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach using SEM analysis, namely Lisrel, data collection through questionnaires, interviews to confirm research results, and documentation and data analysis. 1) The results show that the effect of Information Technology Utilization on the quality of Financial Reports is significant, and has a positive influence on the quality of Financial Reports, this means that the higher the Utilization of Information Technology, the higher the quality of Financial Reports, 2) The results show that Competence Human Resources has a significant effect on the quality of Financial Statements, this means that the research hypothesis which states that the higher the Competence of Human Resources, the higher the quality of the Financial Statements is accepted.
