Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of coordination, work enthusiasm, work quality and work ability individually and collectively on job satisfaction of employees of the Lahat Regency Education and Culture Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality testing using validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained a regression equation, namely: Y = 0.903 + 0.541 (X1) + 0.292 (X2) + 0.351 (X3) + 0.409 (X4). The constant value is 0.903, this means that if the variables Coordination (X1), Work Spirit (X2), Work Quality (X3) and Work Ability (X4) are assumed to be zero or considered non-existent, then the value of the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.903. The magnitude of the influence of the Coordination variable (X1) on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.541 or 54.1%. The magnitude of the influence of the Work Spirit variable (X2) on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.292 or 29.2%. The magnitude of the influence of the Work Quality variable (X3) on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.351 or 35.1%. The magnitude of the influence of the Work Ability variable (X4) on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) is 0.409 or 40.9%. Research conclusion: Coordination, work enthusiasm, work quality and work ability have a significant influence, individually and collectively, on the job satisfaction of employees of the Lahat Regency Education and Culture Office.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, job placement and work ethic both individually and collectively on the work performance of employees of the Agricultural Service of Empat Lawang Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality testing using validity tests, reliability tests and normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficients of determination. The results of the study obtained job satisfaction significantly influence the work performance of employees of the Agricultural Service of Empat Lawang Regency. Work motivation significantly influence the work performance of employees of the Agricultural Service of Empat Lawang Regency. Job placement significantly influence the work performance of employees of the Agricultural Service of Empat Lawang Regency. Work ethic significantly influence the work performance of employees of the Agricultural Service of Empat Lawang Regency. Job satisfaction, work motivation, job placement and work ethic significantly influence the work performance of employees of the Agricultural Service of Empat Lawang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, human resource development, and job satisfaction, individually and collectively, on the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality was tested using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The analysis used descriptive and inferential analyses using statistical calculations using multiple regression formulas, partial and simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that leadership significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. Human resource development significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. Job satisfaction significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency. Leadership, human resource development, and job satisfaction simultaneously significantly influenced the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Lahat Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of leadership and motivation on work engagement with competence as an intervention variable (a case study of a teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat). This research method uses a quantitative approach. The research respondents were honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat as many as 39 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire on honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. The results of the study showed that leadership has a significant effect on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Motivation has a significant influence on the work engagement of honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Competence has a significant influence on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Leadership, Motivation, and Competence have a significant influence jointly on honorary teachers' Work Engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether the use of information technology affects the quality of financial reports at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency and to find out and analyze whether the competence of human resources affects the quality of financial reports at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach using SEM analysis, namely Lisrel, data collection through questionnaires, interviews to confirm research results, and documentation and data analysis. 1) The results show that the effect of Information Technology Utilization on the quality of Financial Reports is significant, and has a positive influence on the quality of Financial Reports, this means that the higher the Utilization of Information Technology, the higher the quality of Financial Reports, 2) The results show that Competence Human Resources has a significant effect on the quality of Financial Statements, this means that the research hypothesis which states that the higher the Competence of Human Resources, the higher the quality of the Financial Statements is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of religious values and work culture as well as strategies for implementing religious values in the work culture of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency. Types of qualitative research. Analytical descriptive, data collection through documentation, observation and interviews with 10 key informants, namely civil servants who understand and master what will be studied, are easy to find and are willing to share information. Data analysis techniques use the stages of condensing data, presenting data, making and verifying conclusions. To obtain in-depth information and get a complete picture of religious values in the work culture of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, 8W+ 1H+1I analysis was also used; Input-Process-Output-Outcome-Benefit and SWOT Analysis The research results obtained 1. The implementation of religious values at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency has not been implemented optimally from the aspects of work discipline, cooperation, the principle of division of tasks and ukhuwah Islamiyah. 2. The implementation of work culture at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency has not been carried out optimally from the aspects of integrity, professionalism, responsibility and exemplary. 3. The strategy for implementing religious values in the work culture of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency is using the SO strategy in which researchers combine various strengths with opportunities owned by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work attitude, emotional intelligence, work productivity and work motivation on the work effectiveness of employees of the Muara Enim Regional Revenue Agency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that work attitude has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Work productivity has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Work motivation has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Muara Enim District Revenue Agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the implementation of organizational development policies for the Muara Enim Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service and to find out and analyze what factors are obstacles in the organizational development of the Muara Enim Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service.. The results of this research can be explained, the implementation of organizational development policies for the Muara Enim Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service, seen from the objectives, organizational structure, leadership, work procedures mechanisms, is in the good category. Meanwhile, organizational development is seen from the relationship management and reward system with not good category. There are several inhibiting factors in implementing organizational development policies for the Muara Enim Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service, namely: Internal organizational factors, loss of orientation, lack of focus, unclear accountability and incompetence

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work skills, morale, work ability, and workload on the quality of public services at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City. This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, totaling 41 respondents. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the study show that work skills, work enthusiasm, work ability, and workload have proven to have a significant effect on the quality of public services at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Pagar Alam City, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

In the implementation of performance-based budgeting, an implementation strategy is needed so that it can achieve optimal results. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the process of implementing performance-based budgeting, to find out and analyze what factors influence the preparation of the 2022 budget by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency in implementing the Performance-Based Budgeting system and to find out and analyze strategies in implementing performance-based budgeting at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation as well as data analysis. The results of the study show that 1) Implementation of performance-based budgeting at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency has not achieved optimal results 2) Factors that influence the implementation of performance-based budgeting at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency include: Communication, Resources People, Attitudes and Bureaucratic Structure and 3) Strategy in implementing performance-based budgeting for the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency using the Strengths – Opportunities strategy approach. Improving Human Resources (HR), especially in the Planning section, having regular internal meetings, and in preparing the budget should be guided by the Standard Operating Procedures that have been established so that the implementation of performance-based budgeting can run optimally.
