Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and compensation on employee performance at Singular Digital Printing Surabaya. The object of this study is Singular Digital Printing employees, with a population consisting of 60 employees. Due to the limited population, all employees with various statuses are used as samples with a saturated sampling technique. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique. Overall, the relationship in the analysis, namely incentives on employee performance, incentives on motivation, motivation on employee performance, and incentives through motivation on employee performance, shows a significant effect with a T-Statistic of more than 1,96 and a P-Value of less than 0,05. the results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance.WordsCharactersReading time

Abstract

            This study investigates the influence of relational marketing dimensions trust, commitment, and communication on customer loyalty at Saat Kopi café in Surabaya, within the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry context. The research aims to understand how these dimensions foster customer retention in a competitive market. Data were collected through a survey of 30 customers who visit the café at least twice monthly, reside in Surabaya, and have a minimum high school education. Research techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires, with variables measured using a five-point Likert scale. Data quality was ensured through validity tests (Pearson correlation, significance < 0.05) and reliability tests (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.6). Analysis procedures comprised descriptive statistics to summarize responses, multiple regression analysis to assess the simultaneous impact of relational marketing dimensions on loyalty, and T-tests to evaluate individual variable significance. The regression analysis incorporated classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), with F-tests confirming the model’s overall significance and R² indicating the proportion of loyalty variance explained. Results reveal that trust, commitment, and communication positively and significantly influence customer loyalty, highlighting the effectiveness of relational marketing strategies in enhancing customer retention. These findings suggest that café management should prioritize building trust, fostering commitment, and maintaining effective communication to strengthen customer loyalty in the F&B sector. This study provides actionable insights for businesses aiming to improve customer relationships and loyalty.

Abstract

Amid disruption and constant change, the ability to respond with flexibility, often referred to as strategic agility, has become vital in helping MSMEs remain competitive. This is especially true for the handicraft sector, which continues to feel the effects of the pandemic alongside increasing pressure to adopt digital and sustainable practices. This research explores how strategic agility directly influences organizational performance, while also examining whether digital transformation and green innovation play mediating roles in that relationship. The study builds upon the resource-based view (RBV) and natural-resource-based view (NRBV), which underline the importance of internal strengths and sustainable approaches as key drivers of advantage. Data were gathered from 50 MSMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta through a Likert-scale questionnaire. The analysis was conducted using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Results indicate that strategic agility contributes positively to performance, both on its own and by facilitating green innovation and digital transformation. Moreover, the presence of green innovation appears to reinforce the effect of digital transformation on business outcomes, emphasizing the value of environmentally responsible practices. This research enriches current literature by presenting an integrated framework and offering insights that can assist MSMEs in aligning their innovation strategies with both technological and ecological shifts. In conclusion, strengthening strategic agility along with developing digital capacity and sustainability focus can be a valuable direction for MSMEs. The findings offer useful input for practitioners and policymakers seeking to formulate long-term, resource-based strategies for business resilience in evolving markets.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the interaction effects of gibberellin concentrations and compost application on the growth and yield of the mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) variety Vima 4. The experiment was conducted from August to October 2021 at the Agricultural Complex of the Ma'had Al-Zaytun Campus, Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency, West Java Province. The site is situated approximately 50 m above sea level, on Latosol–Regosol soils, under a Type D rainfall pattern. The research employed a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with three replications. The first factor was gibberellin concentration (5 ppm/plant, 10 ppm/plant, and 15 ppm/plant), while the second factor was compost dosage (10 tons/ha, 15 tons/ha, and 20 tons/ha). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by Duncan’s multiple range test, and correlation analysis was conducted using the product-moment correlation coefficient. Results showed that there was a significant interaction between gibberellin concentration and compost application on plant height and leaf area index (LAI). The treatment combination of 10 ppm gibberellin with 15 tons/ha compost yielded 0.67 kg of seeds per plot, which was not significantly different from other treatments. A significant positive correlation was observed between plant height and number of leaves at 35 days after planting (DAP) and between plant growth at 21 DAP with seed yield per plot. The correlation between plant growth traits and yield was categorized as moderate.

Abstract

Elnatan Garage merupakan usaha rental motor yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan dan pemesanan, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan data dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi rental motor berbasis web untuk mempermudah proses pemesanan dan digitalisasi layanan. Metode pengembangan menggunakan model SDLC Waterfall dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek, serta teknologi PHP CodeIgniter dan MySQL. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan memungkinkan customer melakukan pemesanan online, dan admin mengelola data motor, tipe, customer, transaksi, dan laporan secara real time. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperlancar proses pemesanan, meskipun pengujian lebih lanjut pada berbagai perangkat masih dibutuhkan untuk memastikan implementasi yang optimal. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong lembaga pendidikan beradaptasi melalui digitalisasi administrasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data. Di LKP Cendekia Dwi Putra, proses administrasi sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan absensi dan nilai dicatat dalam satu buku fisik serta jurnal mengajar pada dokumen terpisah, sehingga berisiko kehilangan data, kesalahan pencatatan, dan keterlambatan akses informasi. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Odoo ERP sebagai solusi digitalisasi administrasi siswa, mencakup pencatatan absensi, pengelolaan penilaian, dan dokumentasi jurnal mengajar. Perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML), sedangkan modul Employees, Attendance, dan Documents dikustomisasi sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi, akurasi, serta integrasi antarmodul, sehingga Odoo ERP terbukti efektif mendukung transformasi digital administrasi pendidikan di LKP Cendekia Dwi Putra.  Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi Administrasi, Odoo ERP, LKP Cendekia Dwi Putra.

Abstract

This research investigates the complex interactions between consumer trust, social norms, and economic factors in shaping purchase decisions of sustainable products in Bandung City. Using quantitative analysis, a sample of 250 participants was surveyed, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The Measurement Model confirmed the reliability and validity of the latent constructs, and the Discriminant Validity analysis highlighted the distinctiveness of the variables. Hypothesis testing showed significant relationships between Agricultural Policy, Infrastructure, Market Quality, and Crop Farm Sustainability. The Coefficient Model showed strong explanatory power (R Square = 58.8%), and the Model Fit Test confirmed the adequacy of the model. Our findings contribute nuanced insights for policy makers, businesses, and researchers interested in promoting sustainable consumer behavior in urban areas.

Abstract

Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis 1) pengaruh implimentasi kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap minat belajar siswa; 2) pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap minat belajar siswa; 3) pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 4) pengaruh langsung implimentasi kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 5) pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 6) pengaruh tidak langsung implimentasi kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui minat belajar siswa; 7) pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SDN 25 Bathin Solapan, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 21 orang guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan file riset. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengolahan data digunakan paket program SmartPLS, serta pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implimentasi kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap minat belajar siswa; 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel motivasi kerja guru terhadap minat belajar siswa; 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 4) tidak terbukto ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dari implimentasi kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 5) terbukti terdapar pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 6) terbukti ada pengaruh tidak langsung implimentasi kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui minat belajar siswa; 7) terbukti ada pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui minat belajar siswa

Abstract

Seventy-two percent of the Muslim population in Indonesia is illiterate in Arabic script, thus requiring early childhood education. Young children often struggle to directly learn Arabic script, necessitating the role of instructors. However, most instructors in madrasahs do not teach Arabic script intensively, prompting the need for interactive and engaging learning media for children. Therefore, the development of an Android application for teaching Arabic script to young children is crucial. By employing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, an Android application can be developed, incorporating gamification for interactive learning and the AI Life Cycle for developing a 3D Arabic script object detection model useful for automatic correction systems. The AI model is developed using SSD MobileNet v2 FPN Lite 640x640. Sixteen trials are conducted for separate letter modeling and two for connected letters. The separate letter modeling yields the best result in the 8th trial with a total loss of 0.182882 out of 1, using parameters of 16 batch size, 30,000 num steps, and checkpoint from the 7th trial. Connected letter modeling yields the best result in the 2nd trial with parameters of 8 batch size, 14,000 num steps, and checkpoint from the 1st trial. The output is an offline Android application integrating gamification and AI technology, featuring two categories of questions, each with 20 items.
