Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of zakat and infaq on mustahik education in Depok City by focusing on the Zakat Success Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ). This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data obtained through interviews with LAZ Zakat Success administrators, observation and documentation. The results of this research also show that LAZ Zakat Sukses has distributed zakat and infaq funds for educational programs such as remote caregivers, scholarships, open high schools, educational assistance for state children, school equipment assistance, Wisma Achievement, and tahfidz houses. These programs have helped mustahik access education and improve their quality of life. This research concludes that zakat has an important role in improving the quality of mustahik education in Depok City. LAZ Zakat Sukses has succeeded in managing and distributing zakat and infaq funds for educational programs that have a positive impact on mustahik.

Abstract

The Gereja Kristen Jawa (GKJ) Semarang Timur is located in the East Semarang area, with approximately 350 registered members, though average weekly worship attendance is only around 100 people. Member data is still recorded manually in printed books, while information on church activities, offerings, finances, inventory, and other updates is shared through WhatsApp groups or the printed Church Bulletin, which is only distributed during Sunday services. This limits access for members who are absent and makes data recording and retrieval inefficient. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to facilitate member data management, dissemination of worship information, and provide a platform for members to evaluate church services. The system includes features for member records (including transfers and deaths), event schedule management, evaluation forms, and regularly updated announcements. The system design follows the waterfall method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. Primary data was obtained from the GKJ Semarang Timur Church Council and administrative staff, while secondary data came from journals and books related to web-based information system development. The resulting website features a simple, user-friendly interface tailored to the church administration’s needs. The implementation of this system is expected to improve data search efficiency, expand the reach of church information, and serve as an effective communication medium between the church and its members. its congregation.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program sosial di Desa Sibonu, Kabupaten Sigi. Program yang dikaji meliputi pengecatan taman pengajian anak, penanaman pohon, kerja bakti, senam pagi bersama, dan majelis taklim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan warga, tokoh masyarakat, serta perangkat desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat tergolong rendah, terutama pada kegiatan penanaman pohon dan kerja bakti, sedangkan kegiatan bernuansa keagamaan seperti majelis taklim mendapat respons lebih baik. Faktor penghambat utama adalah kurangnya komunikasi dan sosialisasi, rendahnya kesadaran manfaat kegiatan, serta keterbatasan waktu warga. Diperlukan strategi komunikasi yang lebih efektif dan pelibatan tokoh masyarakat dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan agar partisipasi warga dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi program pengabdian masyarakat selanjutnya di Desa Sibonu.

Abstract

kelelahan pada awak kapal (ABK) menurunkan kewaspadaan dan meningkatkan risiko kesalahan operasional, sehingga berkontribusi pada kecelakaan kerja di koridor pelayaran pesisir sungai Balikpapan Samarinda.Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan tingkat kelelahan kerja dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja pada ABK klotok di Pelabuhan Klotok Balikpapan dan Pelabuhan Sungai Kunjang, Samarinda. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan sampel anak buah kapal penyeberangan. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner alat ukur perasaan kelalahan kerja (KAUPK2) dan pertanyaan kejadian kecelakaan kerja selama 12 bulan terakhirData dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik kuesioner.Hasil: Mayoritas responden mengalami kelelahan sedang (55,9%), diikuti ringan (36,0%) dan berat (8.1%), dimana sebanyak 67.6% responden pernah mengalami kecelakaan kerja. Kesimpulan: hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan kelelahan dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja pada awak kapal penyeberangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri di Kabupaten Indramayu. Dimana prestasi guru belum maksimal diduga penyebabnya karena manajemen sarana prasarana yang belum optimal dan karena motivasi kerja yang dimiliki guru beragam dan berubah-ubah sesuai dengan kondisi masing-masing individu. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi manajemen sarana prasarana dan motivasi kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap motivasi kerja guru IPS Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri di Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dan informasi melalui angket skala Likert kepada 68 responden yaitu guru IPS SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Indramayu. Pengolahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi, uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-F. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisa data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Terdapat kontribusi positif manajemen sarana prasarana terhadap prestasi kerja guru. (2) Terdapat kontribusi positif motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru. (3) Terdapat kontribusi positif manajemen sarana prasarana dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja guru. Adanya kontribusi manajemen sarana prasarana dan motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru IPS Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri di Kabupaten Indramayu dalam penelitian ini menguatkan atau sejalan dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa prestasi kerja guru banyak dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan manajemen sarana prasarana dan motivasi kerja guru itu sendiri. Penulis menyarankan bahwa upaya perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan prestasi guru, dapat dilakukan dengan: 1) Kepala sekolah hendaknya dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja guru dengan cara memperbaiki manajemen sarana prasarana dan mendorong motivasi kerja guru, 2) Guru menggunakan manajemen sarana prasarana lebih optimal dan lebih meningkatkan motivasi kerjanya sehingga diharapkan prestasi kerjanya lebih maksimal dan memuaskan. Abstract

The increasing reliance on information systems in higher education requires effective information technology (IT) governance to ensure system reliability, security, and alignment with institutional objectives. One of the critical systems in universities is the digital payment system used for managing student financial transactions. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the COBIT 4.1 and COBIT 5 frameworks in evaluating IT governance within the X Payment System at YZ University based on user perceptions. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to 82 student respondents who actively use the system. The evaluation applied the Deliver and Support (DS) and Monitor and Evaluate (ME) domains of COBIT 4.1, as well as the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) and Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MEA) domains of COBIT 5. The analysis results indicate that the average maturity level of the system based on COBIT 4.1 reached 3.87, categorized as Level 4 (Managed and Measurable), while the COBIT 5 capability assessment obtained an average score of 3.83, categorized as Level 4 (Predictable Process). The highest performance scores were observed in data integrity and system security processes, indicating strong user trust in the accuracy and protection of financial data. These findings demonstrate that the payment system has been consistently managed, monitored, and evaluated. The study concludes that COBIT 4.1 is effective in mapping operational procedures and control structures, whereas COBIT 5 provides a more comprehensive governance perspective by integrating operational performance with organizational value creation. Recommendations include implementing automated real-time monitoring and strengthening infrastructure capacity to maintain system stability during peak transaction periods.
