Abstract

The rapid growth of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia is driven by several factors, including increased availability of internet access and changing consumer behavior. As a local shoe factory, LeePoure faces the challenge of developing and transforming its e-commerce platform to improve customer experience and increase online sales. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and design an effective interaction design for LeePoure's independent e-commerce platform with a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research process involves user interviews to understand user needs and expectations, persona analysis to represent key user characteristics, prototyping, and usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of the proposed design. The results show that an interface design that emphasizes intuitive navigation, responsive display, and security of the transaction features can significantly enhance user convenience and satisfaction. These improvements are expected to support higher user engagement, increase online sales performance, and strengthen LeePoure’s competitiveness in the increasingly competitive e-commerce market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work supervision, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Iskandar Muda Medan Branch. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, utilizing SPSS version 26 for statistical analysis. The population comprised 79 permanent employees, sampled via census (non-probability saturated sampling) due to size under 100. Partial t-test results indicate significant positive effects: work supervision (t = 4.390 > 1.992), organizational commitment (t = 4.955 > 1.992), and job satisfaction (t = 2.238 > 1.992). Simultaneous F-test shows F = 69.885 > 2.73; thus, H1 accepted, H0 rejected. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 72.6%, with 27.4% explained by other unexamined variables.

Abstract

Non-ASN personnel have an important role in supporting public services at the sub-district level, but often face various challenges related to irregular employment status and limitations in career development. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and training on the job satisfaction of non-ASN personnel at the Medan Helvetia Sub-district Office, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The research population is all non-ASN personnel at the Medan Helvetia Sub-district Office which totals 144 people. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% so that a sample of 59 respondents was obtained which was selected using the incidental sampling technique. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.  The results of the study show that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) Motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (4) Leadership style, motivation, and training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. An R² value of 0.929 indicates that all three independent variables are able to explain 92.9% of the variation in job satisfaction, while the remaining 7.1% is explained by other variables outside the research model
