Abstract

PT Raja Ampat Indotim adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang merupakan perusahaan akan menerapkan perbaikan pada fasilitas kerjanya untuk meminimalisir tingkat cidera pada teknisi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan kuesioner pada teknisi diperoleh informasi bahwa rasa sakit pada pinggang dan punggung terjadi akibat sikap kerja yang kurang baik yang dikerjakan secara berulang-ulang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Recommended Weight Limit, Cardiovasculair Load dan Mannequin, untuk menganalisis beban kerja pada teknisi dalam mengangkat atau memindahkan beban tanpa menimbulkan cidera meskipun aktivitas teknisi bekerja dilakukan dengan cara yang sama dan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pada perhitungan RWL didapatkan nilai 1,40, maka dilakukan perbaikan fasilitas kerja dengan mengusulkan pallet sebagai tempat teknisi mengambil terpal didapatkan nilai RWL sebesar 0,90 sehingga dikategorikan aman, untuk perhitungan CVL diperoleh beban kerja fisik pada proses persiapan dan pengangkatan terpal mendapatkan nilai %CVL sebesar 26,48 % dan 28,02 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results and interest in learning Procedure text through team quiz learning. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research method. The samples in this study were 16 students of class VII of Mts Islamiyah Petangguhan Galang. Data to measure the level of student learning completeness is taken from test questions given directly to students. So it can be seen in the pre-cycle action before the implementation of the team quiz learning strategy, out of 16 students there were 4 students who obtained a complete score with a percentage of 25% obtained an average score of 55. While in cycle II the application of the team quiz learning strategy has increased again from 16 students there are 13 students who get a complete score with a percentage of 81.2% and get a score of 78.8. So it can be concluded that the results and students' interest in learning Indonesian language subjects with Procedural Text material have increased greatly with the use of Team Quiz learning strategies.

Abstract

Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis wacana publik dan sentimen yang muncul dalam komentar-komentar pada video berbagi Willy Salim di TikTok. Studi ini menerapkan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui web scraping menggunakan perangkat web Apify untuk menambang data dari platform TikTok. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi like, komentar, share, serta username dari pengguna yang berinteraksi dengan video tersebut. Metode analisis positif 29,67% dan negatif 23,08%. Analisis toksisitas menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar komentar tidak mengandung unsur kekerasan atau kebencian yang signifikan, terdapat sejumlah kecil komentar dengan skor toksisitas tinggi yang mengindikasikan adanya elemen penghinaan dan kebencian. Signifikansi temuan  ini memberikan wawasan yang penting bagi para pembuat konten, pengelola platform media sosial, dan peneliti dalam memahami bagaimana audiens berinteraksi dengan konten yang viral, serta dampaknya terhadap opini publik dan wacana sosial. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bagaimana teknik analisis otomatis dapat digunakan untuk menggali insight mendalam tentang perilaku pengguna di media sosial. Abstract. This article aims to analyse the public discourse and sentiments that appear in the comments on Willy Salim's TikTok video sharing. In this endeavour, the research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through web scraping using Apify software to mine data from the TikTok platform. The data collected included likes, comments, shares, and usernames of users who interacted with the video. The sentiment analysis methods used were VADER and TextBlob, while Perspective API was used to measure toxicity in Communalytic.org comments as a tool to analyse the data. The results showed that the majority of comments had a neutral sentiment with a small proportion of positive and negative comments. The toxicity analysis showed that while most comments did not contain significant elements of violence or hatred, there were a small number of comments with high toxicity scores indicating the presence of insulting and hateful elements. These findings provide important insights for content creators, social media platform managers, and researchers in understanding how audiences interact with viral content, as well as its impact on public opinion and social discourse. This research also demonstrates how automated analysis techniques can be used to gain deeper insights into user behaviour on social media

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tokoh dalam novel salah asuhan karya Abdoel Moeis. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi dan analisis data pada tokoh Hanafi dalam novel salah asuhan. Data penelitian dikaji berdasarkan filsafat eksistensialisme yaitu dilihat dari segi aspek tokoh dari berbagai ahli filsafat yaitu (1) Krisis identitas dan kebebasan memilih, (2) Konflik batin dan keterasingan (alienasi) , (3) Pertanggungjawaban atas keputusan, (4) Makna hidup dan absurditas. Hasil analisis yaitu memberikan gambaran kepada pembaca untuk menerima absurditas kehidupan sambil tetap menjalani hidup dengan kesadaran penuh. Individu diharapkan memahami bahwa kebebasan selalu disertai dengan tanggung jawab atas setiap keputusan yang diambil. Selain itu, penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan identitas budaya dengan tetap menghormati serta mempertahankan nilai-nilai tradisional. Dengan demikian, seseorang dapat mempertahankan identitasnya tanpa merasa terasing, serta menghindari sikap yang menganggap suatu budaya lebih unggul atau lebih rendah dari yang lain. Eksistensialisme menekankan bahwa makna hidup harus ditemukan dari dalam diri sendiri, bukan hanya berdasarkan standar atau nilai eksternal. Oleh karena itu, pembaca dianjurkan untuk tetap bersikap kritis terhadap perubahan budaya, agar tidak kehilangan jati diri dalam menghadapi dunia yang terus berkembang. Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of sentences in online news texts published by Antaranews.com in the March 2025 edition through a syntactic analysis approach. The main focus of the study is to analyze how the syntactic structure of sentences affects the clarity and accuracy of information delivery in news texts. The background of this study is based on the widespread use of long and complicated sentences in online news that can hinder readers' understanding. The purpose of this study is to find ineffective sentence forms and to formulate the characteristics of syntactic structures that are able to convey information clearly and communicatively. The method used is qualitative descriptive with content analysis techniques on 20 news texts from various fields, namely politics, economics, social, and culture. The results of the analysis show that although most sentences use complex compound structures, not all of them are able to convey messages effectively. Some of the problems found include inconsistencies in the relationship between parts of the sentence, structural ambiguity, and excessive use of elements. These findings indicate the importance of constructing sentences that are denser, more straightforward, and easier to understand in writing online news.

Abstract

Peran penting media massa dalam pengembangan bahasa Indonesia merupakan kepastian Berdasarkan peran tersebut, media perlu memperhatikan penggunaan bahasa dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Akan tetapi, saat ini masih ditemukan surat kabar yang melakukan kesalahan penulisan bahasa dari tingkat ejaan sampai pada tataran paragraf. Berdasarkan hal itu, tujuan penelitian adalah adalah untuk menganalisis kesalahan Bahasa Berita Utama Harian Padang Ekspres edisi Juni sampai Agustus 2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi. Analisis ini digunakan untuk menganalisis isi media, baik cetak maupun elektronik. Data dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah berita utama pada surat kabar Harian Padang Ekspres edisi Juni sampai Agustus 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kesalahan ejaan dan kata yang ditemui sebanyak 409 dari keseluruhan sampel terpilih. Selanjutnya, kesalahan bahasa jurnalisistik yang ditemukan adalah sebanyak 84 kesalahan. Berdasarkan hal itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih banyak ditemukan kesalahan berbahasa pada surat kabar dan untuk ke depannya diharapkan agar tidak ditemukan kesalahan berbahasa lagi.

Abstract

One of the transportation options in the city of Bogor is the Trans Pakuan Bus, sometimes referred to as the Ragit Transit Bus. It began operations on June 3, 2007, travels 14 kilometers in roughly 45 minutes, and serves the Baranangsiang Bubulak corridor. This line has 16 stops total. Instead of using dedicated lanes, this city bus operates Type 34 buses. The term "literature review" refers to a group of tasks or actions associated with library data collection techniques, such as gathering and organizing sources used in earlier studies. The implementation of the Trans Pakuan Bogor Bus policy is discussed in this study utilizing a research measurement tool made up of six indicators. These indicators include the scope and goals of the policy, available resources, the traits of agents and implementers, the attitudes of implementers, the organizational communication between implementer activities, and the external social, economic, and political conditions. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the concept of kafa'ah from the Sumberbendo community's perspective and its relevance to Islamic law. In accordance with the theory that the author took from the agreement of the madzab scholars about the concept of kafa'ah, namely in terms of religion, wealth, lineage (descendants), profession or work, independence, and not being disabled. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the concept of kafa'ah is from the Sumberbendo community's perspective and its relevance to Islamic law. The purpose of this study is to describe the perspective of the concept of kafa'ah with life and harmony in the household in Sumberbendo Village and to explain the relevance of the concept of kafa'ah with household harmony to Islamic law. As for the results of the study, it was found that the concept of kafa’ah is harmony between husband and wife with the aim of reducing problems that arise. The majority of the people of Sumberbendo only one or two concepts. Although of kafa’ah as a whole, namely focusing on the criteria of religion and or wealth, the community is able to adapt to social differences between couples. And its relevance to islamic law is that although Islam has properly regulated the concept of kafa’ah or equivalence, in it is not fully guided by Islamic provisions. This study uses field research with collection, interview sessions, and documentation. The method uses is a qualitative descriptive method thah describes systematically, actual, and accurately the carefully on documents with the aim of being able to assist in strengthening the analysis. Abstract

ABSTRACT For John Locke no one can have political power without the consent of the people. This means that essentially all people's activities will be determined by the people's approval. However, only free humans (not slaves) who agree to think and act in one sovereign government are referred to as civil society. It is this government that then has the duty to protect life, freedom, and people's property. The relationship between politics and law is very intimate, law is a statutory regulation which is actually the crystallization of political wills that interact and influence each other. Legal politics is defined as the official line of state policy to make and stipulate laws and regulations in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the state as contained in the preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, paragraph IV. One of the manifestations of the state's alignment is realizing the mandate of the constitution into regulations that are pro-people. Islamic boarding schools have an important role in various aspects of national life. 18 of 2019 are: State access and recognition of Islamic boarding schools, maintaining national commitment, recognition of Islamic boarding schools' academic traditions, maintaining the uniqueness of Islamic boarding schools, maintaining the independence of Islamic boarding schools. This research is a qualitative research with a juridical analysis approach. This objective aims to understand the direction of State policy and the State's alignment with Islamic boarding schools in terms of Jean Jacquess Rousseau's social contract which was passed in UU.No.18 of 2019. Abstract

Currently, it is not only tetanus that we need to be aware of, but now many dangerous infectious diseases have emerged for which no cure has yet been found, such as HIV/AIDS which has claimed many lives. The medical world has made recommendations to prospective brides and grooms who want to get married to carry out a premarital health check-up first. Carrying out a health check before marriage is a form of prevention to maintain health, especially for its impact on offspring. The type of research used in this research is field research, namely research carried out directly on events and data in the field, in this case the author conducted research at the KUA and Pare District Health Center, Kediri Regency. This research includes empirical normative research, namely research conducted by examining the implementation or implementation of legal provisions which are conceptualized as norms or rules that apply in society and become a reference for everyone's behavior. Premarital check-ups or pre-marital health checks have actually been implemented through Tetanus Toxoid Immunization. Its implementation is carried out based on the Joint Instructions of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance and Hajj Affairs, Department of Religion and Environmental Health, Department of Health No: 02 of 1989 concerning Tetanus Toxoid Immunization of Prospective Brides and as the basis for the implementation of Law No. 1 of 1974, as well as Presidential Instruction No. 1 of 1991 concerning the Compilation of Islamic Law
