Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh program MBKM dalam peningkatan soft skills, hard skills, dan kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja bagi mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei, dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan secara online melalui google form. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 116 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPN Veteran Jakarta yang sedang dan sudah melaksanakan MBKM. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memilih bahwa program MBKM memberikan peningkatan yang sangat baik terhadap soft skills, hard skills dan kesiapan memasuki dunia bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

The banking industry certainly has a role to play in the success of this initiative through a sustainable finance program. Sustainable finance is a global trend that represents a new paradigm in the world of banking and other financial institutions that help implement sustainable development. Sustainable development is a development effort based on three directions: benefits, society, and protection of natural resources and the environment. In this study, the authors use traditional methods and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) to assess the impact of corporate governance, intellectual capital, and financial performance on sustainable financial practices in the Indonesian Islamic financial services industry. 2017-2021 (5 years). The sample of this research is processed from the annual report data of Islamic banks in Indonesia by using the panel data regression analysis method. Based on this research, the influence of corporate governance, intellectual capital, and financial performance using traditional methods and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) is shown in the practice of sustainable finance. The independent variable, GCG, is determined by the composite self-assessment score of each Islamic bank, value added intellectual capital (VAIC), financial performance and return on investment (ROA), net funding (NPF), and the Makassid Shariah Index (MSI) and the dependent variable, sustainable financing, is approximated by the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). A study of Islamic banks in Indonesia also shows that the GCG, VAIC, ROA, NPF, and MSI variables all have a positive effect on the FSR variable, with an R-squared model value of 0.9959. variables in this study.

Abstract

Teachers play a central role in curriculum development, determining the direction and quality of education. As the forefront of the learning process, teachers act not only as implementers but also as designers, developers, and evaluators who ensure that the curriculum is effectively applied according to students’ needs. Curriculum development requires teachers to interpret the national curriculum, adapt it to local contexts, and create creative and innovative learning experiences. Teachers are also responsible for instilling moral, spiritual, and character values, ensuring that education shapes holistic personalities rather than focusing solely on cognitive aspects. Moreover, teachers must be adaptive to technological advances and social changes to maintain the relevance of learning in modern times. Collaboration among teachers, school leaders, parents, and the community serves as a vital factor in building a dynamic and responsive curriculum system. Therefore, teachers are considered the primary agents of educational transformation who play a key role in achieving national education goals by fostering students who are faithful, knowledgeable, creative, and virtuous.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of ZEP Quiz digital media in Informatics learning based on the Merdeka Curriculum at SMP Islam Nurussalam Al Khoir. The main focus of the research is to examine how the use of ZEP Quiz can enhance students’ motivation, participation, and learning outcomes in student-centered learning. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach involving one Informatics teacher and twenty-three eighth-grade students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that ZEP Quiz is able to create an interactive and enjoyable learning environment, increase student engagement, and assist teachers in conducting real-time assessment of learning outcomes. Supporting factors include teacher readiness, school facility support, and continuous evaluation. Meanwhile, the obstacles encountered relate to limited devices and internet connectivity. This study contributes to the development of digital learning practices aligned with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum and supports the formation of adaptive and digitally literate learners.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Students (P5RA) at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Jamsaren Surakarta, including the supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the outcomes of the program in developing students’ character. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through documentation and interviews with the Vice Principal for Curriculum Affairs as the coordinator of P5RA implementation, an Akidah Akhlak teacher, and tenth-grade students. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through triangulation. The findings show that the implementation of P5RA includes the planning stage (formation of a team, development of themes and project modules), implementation stage (one-week block-based activities with themes of entrepreneurship, local wisdom, and sustainable living), and evaluation stage (assessment through observation and rubrics). The program is supported by the school’s policy and teachers’ active roles but faces obstacles such as limited time, heavy academic workload, and the influence of social media.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bagi siswa tunadaksa di sekolah luar biasa masih cenderung menitikberatkan pada aspek akademik, sementara penguatan kemandirian dan kesiapan hidup belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dalam strategi pembelajaran yang holistik dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SLB YPAC Surakarta serta kontribusinya terhadap pembentukan kemandirian siswa secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek yang diteliti yaitu siswa dan guru kelas SLB YPAC Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi diterapkan melalui asesmen diagnostik, penyesuaian konten, proses, dan produk pembelajaran, serta pengelompokan siswa berdasarkan kebutuhan, tingkat kemampuan, dan minat masing-masing peserta didik. Strategi ini diperkuat dengan integrasi program vokasional, kelompok literasi, dan kegiatan kerohanian yang berperan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan hidup, kepercayaan diri, dan kemandirian siswa. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan program vokasional, literasi, dan kerohanian dalam konteks SLB tunadaksa, yang masih jarang dibahas dalam penelitian sebelumnya, serta memberikan kontribusi pada penguatan praktik pembelajaran yang menekankan aspek akademik dan non-akademik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan strategi guru dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo. Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan kebijakan baru yang menekankan pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik dengan memberikan kebebasan bagi guru dalam merancang proses belajar sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru yang terlibat langsung dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap konsep kurikulum baru, kurangnya sarana pendukung, serta kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan penilaian autentik. Adapun strategi yang dilakukan meliputi mengikuti pelatihan Kurikulum Merdeka, melakukan kolaborasi antar guru, serta menerapkan model pembelajaran yang kreatif dan kontekstual agar sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dan efektivitas penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo.

Abstract

The Islamic Cultural History (SKI) subject in junior high schools is often perceived as boring and gains low student interest due to its emphasis on memorizing historical figures, dates, and events. Integrating LCD projector-based learning technology is expected to make learning more visually engaging and thereby increase students’ interest. This study aims to examine the influence of using LCD projector media on students’ learning interest in SKI at SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta in the 2025/2026 academic year. The research employed a quantitative correlational approach. A sample of 69 eighth-grade students was selected via proportional random sampling from a population of 222 students. Data were collected using questionnaires on the frequency and quality of teachers’ LCD projector usage (independent variable X) and on students’ interest in learning SKI (dependent variable Y). The results showed that the level of LCD projector usage was in the moderate category (on average 63.77% of the maximum score) and students’ learning interest was also moderate (63.77%). Pearson product-moment correlation testing yielded r = 0.976 with p = 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a very strong and significant positive relationship between LCD projector use and students’ learning interest. The use of LCD media accounted for 95.2% of the variance in learning interest (R² = 0.952). In conclusion, the utilization of LCD projector-based learning technology has a positive and significant effect on enhancing students’ interest in learning SKI. Teachers are advised to further innovate in using LCD media with varied and active learning methods so that learning becomes increasingly engaging and participatory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi dan strategi pengembangan Kurikulum Merdeka di MITQ Qoryatul Qur’an, sebuah madrasah yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan kurikulum nasional secara adaptif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah yang diperkuat dengan observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MITQ Qoryatul Qur’an menerapkan model kurikulum integratif yang terdiri atas tiga komponen utama, yaitu: (1) kurikulum pokok yang berfokus pada pembentukan karakter Islami, (2) kurikulum pendamping yang mengadaptasi Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai standar nasional, dan (3) kurikulum pengembang yang menitikberatkan pada program tahfidz serta pengembangan prestasi akademik dan non-akademik. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dilakukan secara bertahap dengan mendorong guru untuk berinovasi dalam menyusun Modul Ajar sebagai perangkat pembelajaran utama. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi guru, minimnya fasilitas digital, serta kendala kedisiplinan kehadiran guru. Meskipun demikian, penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan dampak positif berupa meningkatnya fleksibilitas pembelajaran, perencanaan pembelajaran yang lebih sistematis, kreativitas guru, serta pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, termasuk kecerdasan buatan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan integratif yang diterapkan MITQ Qoryatul Qur’an dapat menjadi rujukan bagi madrasah lain dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka tanpa menghilangkan identitas pendidikan Islam.
