Abstract

The development of the citizen management information system (SIMWARGA) at the RT level will be carried outin stages. For initial development, what is considered very important is the processing of citizen data so that itgreatly affects the accuracy of population data globally. This is a challenge for the group of participants in thereal work lecture through a community empowerment program carried out in groups at the Puri Cendana 1Housing location, especially in RW 008. The purpose of this training is to increase knowledge and insight foradministrators, as well as provide training to be able to manage citizen data. The material provided in thistraining is in the form of, Addition of Population Data, Family Card Data, Birth Data, Death Data, Migrant Dataand Move Data, Management awareness in the use of population data applications is expected to reduce datainput errors. The methodology of implementing this activity begins with site preparation and design of informationsystem applications and supporting equipment, literature studies and making training materials. Next is theimplementation. As a result of this training, there was an increase in understanding of the use of the Applicationby 52%. This training also provides new experiences and insights into the use of technology in the populationdata collection process, so that it can improve the quality of RW administrators in managing citizen data. In thefuture, activities like this should continue to be carried out with various kinds of innovations and currenttechnological developments for the development of knowledge in the management in RW.

Abstract

The rise of digital invitations has transformed how people create and share event information, with many platforms now offering online invitation services. One such platform, which serves as the object of this study, provides invitation catalogs through its website but faces issues related to user interface (UI) design and inefficient template selection that negatively impact user experience (UX). This research aims to redesign the interface of the digital invitation platform to enhance usability and user satisfaction by applying the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The study followed the four stages of UCD: (1) understanding the user context, (2) specifying user requirements, (3) designing solutions, and (4) evaluating the design. The context analysis identified two primary user groups—engaged couples and general users. In the requirement specification stage, low-fidelity wireframes were developed to visualize preliminary design ideas. The solution design stage produced high-fidelity prototypes with more refined visual elements, including colors, typography, icons, images, and interactive components such as buttons and navigation using Figma. Finally, the evaluation stage was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicated that engaged couples achieved a SUS score of 84, while general users scored 83.5. Both results fall into Category A (Excellent), suggesting that the redesigned interface is highly usable, easy to learn, and provides a satisfying user experience. These findings highlight the effectiveness of the UCD approach in optimizing digital platforms, particularly those aimed at event and invitation services.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran penting dalam membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, banyak pekerja UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai masalah dalam mengelola keuangan. Mereka sering kesulitan mencatat transaksi, tidak memiliki rencana keuangan yang baik, dan sering mencampur keuangan pribadi dengan keuangan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM di Mustikajaya, Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Dalam penelitian ini, sampelnya terdiri dari 30 pekerja UMKM yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada dampak positif dari manajemen keuangan terhadap kesuksesan UMKM dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) yang mencapai 0,81 atau  81% dari kesuksesan UMKM dipengaruhi oleh penerapan manajemen keuangan, sementara 19% lainnya disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar ruang lingkup penelitian ini. Pengusaha yang memperlakukan pencatatan keuangan, pengelolaan arus kas, serta pengontrolan biaya dengan baik cenderung mempunyai tingkat keberhasilan yang lebih.

Abstract

This study analyzes sentiment from user Reviews of the FLO app, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), and public comments on infidelity cases on Instagram, using Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. FLO, an app that helps users track reproductive health, was analyzed based on 1,393 Reviews on Google Play Store. Of these, 796 Reviews expressed positive sentiment, while 597 were negative. Although both Naïve Bayes and SVM achieved an accuracy of 74%, SVM performed better in recall (74%) and precision (71%). For TMII Reviews, the analysis involved 1,616 Google Reviews, with 1,263 showing negative sentiment, indicating complaints about facilities and services, and 353 expressing positive sentiment. SVM outperformed Naïve Bayes, achieving an accuracy of 85% and an f1-score of 87%, compared to Naïve Bayes’ 82% accuracy and 83% f1-score. Additionally, the analysis of 1,200 public comments on Instagram accounts @lambe_turah and @awreceh.id revealed 918 negative comments and 282 positive ones. SVM once again demonstrated superior performance with an accuracy of 91%, precision of 87%, recall of 96%, and an f1-score of 92%, surpassing Naïve Bayes, which achieved an accuracy of 86%. These findings confirm that SVM is more effective for sentiment classification across various digital Platforms, including social issues and service evaluations. The results can be applied to develop public opinion analysis systems that support strategic decision-making and enhance service quality based on user feedback.

Abstract

Noise is an undesirable sound from a business or activity in a certain level and time that can cause public health problems and environmental comfort. Noise occurs because there is a noisy source, a material delivery medium or air. The impact of noise in an area is of great influence to the health and well-being of people, animals and wildlife and disturbance to the natural ecosystem. For human health, noise can cause disturbances in the system of hearing and digestion, stress, headache, increased blood pressure and can reduce performance. Equipment used to conduct this research one of them is the Sound Level Meter which is the main tool in noise research. This tool is downloaded from the playstore app. SLM is used to measure noise intensity. The SLM used is a digital SLM capable of measuring effective sound pressure levels in decibels (dB). This tool measures noise with a scale between 30 ~ 100 dB. This research used qualitative method by conducting survey to Jl KH. Noer Ali West Bekasi to Jl. Wisma Asri Park Bekasi Utara. In this study using GIS with data collection method using Data Mining in Hierarchical clustering.

Abstract

STIKOM CKI Library is one of a small library in the environment STIKOM CKI. STIKOM CKI Library is a library that is used to support teaching and learning process conducted by STIKOM CKI. To facilitate and streamline tasks, STIKOM CKI has an Education Information System which can provide various kinds of knowledge that can be used as a basis for broad opening. However, in the passage of this Pendidikan Information system still has many shortcomings. Many process piping from a library that has not been executed. The purpose of this paper is to be able to run and streamline the process of borrowing in a library, among others, book online or ordering online.

Abstract

UBJ Employee Cooperative or commonly referred to as KP UBJ is an employee cooperative owned by University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya that serves savings and loan services and consumption cooperative shop units for its members. As for savings and loan activities because the funds managed are not so large and with the imposition of interest of only 5% per 10 months or 0.5 percent per month, the nominal benefits are not so large. Likewise with shop units, which for the time being have only served aqua gallons to work units at University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya with the current turnover, the benefits have not been too large, because of this KP UBJ has taken the initiative to develop business breakthrough, both on the business / capital capabilities of UBJ employee's own cooperatives by selling various kinds of Office Stationery or ATK and basic needs through an Android- based application by applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the application designed using the PHP and Java programming languages while for the database the application uses MySQL which can process store data, UBJ cooperative member data and user data and storage media in the database. With the sales application in the UBJ employee cooperative unit, it can simplify the buying and selling transaction process between UBJ's admin and cooperative members as well as the computerization of buying and selling transactions at UBJ Employee Cooperative Stores, making it easier for future data storage and search as well as a media campaign for store products.  Keywords: Application, Sales, Cooperatives, Android

Abstract

Fire disasters that are not immediately dealt with can certainly cause losses both property losses and loss of life. This happens because some are good from short circuiting, throwing cigarette butts at random, exploding and burning objects and delaying information obtained by firefighters or school officials SMK Mandalahayu Bekasi during incidents of fire disasters. In this study a fire source fire Monitoring System Was Built Based On SMS Gateway At using MQ-135 as a smoke sensor which functions to detect smoke from fire, DS18B20 as a temperature sensor that functions to detect the temperature in the surrounding room, Buzzer alarm as a sound warning and SIM Module GSM900A as an SMS sending media, which is used to provide information about the detection of fire sources as early as possible, so that fire disasters are handled as soon as possible and the risk of fire can be minimized and routinely dominate the room using a camera Keywords: Fire,  Buzzer, SMS gateway

Abstract

E-learning as a learning media in education that provides a very important role and a great function for the education world which has been charged with many shortcomings and weaknesses of education such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process emphasizing the efficiency of learning in order to get full teaching even though not must be face to face can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, in accordance with the assignments given by instructors are usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The philosophy of the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya in carrying out its function as a manager and organizer of higher education is essentially carrying out the function of public services. The motto of the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya is: "Service that never knows the end for the development of the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya in an effort to participate in educating and prospering the lives of the people, nation and state". The problem that arises is the limitations in the face-to-face traditional teaching process. Then comes e-learning as an alternative technology in learning. This research includes implementation research, which aims to produce e-learning media on the Algorithm and Programming 2 subject. The subject of this research is the second semester Inforrmatic Engineering students. The application used is Moodle. Keywords: E-Learning, Moodle, Learning Media.
