Abstract

The banking world currently dominates the economic growth of a country, both in developed and developing countries. The increasing industrial growth also occurs in the Indonesian Islamic banking industry. The purpose of the study was to see the effect of Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding on the interest in becoming a customer of Bank Mega Syariah KC Mataram. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling. The sample used as the object of research is customers who have registered at Bank Syariah Indonesia, so that 55 respondents were obtained. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding partially influenced the interest in becoming a customer at Bank Mega Syariah KC Mataram. The results of the study obtained an R2 value of 0.876 (87.6%), this means that the interest in becoming a customer is influenced by Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding by 87.6%, the remaining 12.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Financial Distress dan Growth Opportunities terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis SMART PLS. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2017 - 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Growth Opportunities memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi, Financial Distress menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih kecil terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa perusahaan dengan peluang pertumbuhan yang lebih besar cenderung memilih kebijakan akuntansi yang lebih konservatif. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa kebijakan Konservatisme Akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti : Growth Opportunities. Namun, penelitian ini juga memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal pengukuran Financial Distress dan tidak mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal seperti kondisi ekonomi makro.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of profitability variables (ROA), and company size (SIZE) on earnings management. This study uses data obtained from the annual financial statements of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2013 totaling 197 companies. At the purposive sampling stage, the number of samples that are suitable for use is 18 Manufacturing Companies. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test to partially test the variables, as well as the F-test. The results of the analysis show that partially profitability (ROA) affects earnings management. But company size (Size) has no effect on earnings management. Then the results of the regression analysis detected that simultaneously profitability (ROA) and company size (Size) showed an influence on earnings management (Earning Management) of 54.8%, the remaining 45.2% being influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Electronic learning (E-learning) is essentially an educational learning medium through the use of computer or internet technology, namely web-based learning technology (Web Based Instuc- tion). the implementation of e-learning is one part of alternative technology in helping to run the learning curriculum during the Covid 19 pandemic. aimed at knowing the process of implement- ing Blended Learning learning with google classroom XI-TKJ material class, to find out the per- ceptions of teachers and students towards the implementation of the COVID19 pandemic era google classroom learning. This research uses a qualitative method approach, the data sources in this study include primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using credibil - ity, transferbility, dependability, and confirmability.

Abstract

Electronic learning (E-learning) pada hakikatnya merupakan media pembelajaran pendidikan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi komputer atau internet yaitu Teknologi pembelajaran berbasis web (Web Based Instuction). Adanya implementasi e-learning menjadi salah satu bagian teknologi alternatif dalam membantu berjalannya kurikulum pembelajaran secara during di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran LMS dengan google classroom materi kelas II-B, untuk mengetahui persepsi guru dan siswa terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran google classroom era pandemi COVID 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data model alir “Miles dan Huberman”. Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan credibility (keterpercayaan), transferbility (keteralihan), dependanility (ketergantungan), dan confirmability (kepastian).

Abstract

Al-Azhar Jaya Indonesia Integrated Islamic School is one of the educational institutions that has elementary and junior high school levels. So far, the school payment system has not been integrated into the system. This causes errors in the process of recording data and making reports. The purpose of this research is to build an integrated school payment system so that it can facilitate the administration in carrying out their duties. The development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD). making applications using the TypeScript and SqLite programming languages with the Visual Studio framework as a text editor. The results of this study can be implemented in the form of a school payment system application.

Abstract

Kindergarten. Bina Mulia Cibitung is a school engaged in early childhood education. Customer satisfaction survey is certainly needed to know the response of parents / guardians of students to the quality of service. But during this kindergarten. Bina Mulia has not conducted a survey on the satisfaction of parents of students to the services performed by teachers and administrative personnel. In anticipation of things that the school did not want during this pandemic, the survey was done not directly but online. Respondents to this survey are all parents / guardians of students both still active in school and who have graduated. This research is planned on an ongoing basis with the aim of knowing the level of satisfaction of parents / guardians to school services. In addition, this research aims to produce an online survey application that is integrated with the survey management information system, while the CSI method to measure customer satisfaction. Analysis of survey results is calculated using customer satisfaction index (CSI) method. CSI is a quantitative analysis in the form of a percentage of the number of parents / guardians of students to this service satisfaction survey.

Abstract

The standard setting of wage rates based on the ability of business entities or agreements between workers and business entities as well as the average wage of workers in the past, efficiency standards are set by looking at the actual performance of a worker. The research methods used in this research are descriptive with a quantitative approach. The research data used in this study is secondary data. Data sources that do not directly provide data to data collectors, The difference in direct labor costs that occur in PT Masaiki is profitable. Although variance is beneficial in controlling direct worker costs is not necessarily a maximal profitable variance, But if the business entity uses the budgeted costs with continuous difference analysis in controlling direct worker costs, the direct worker costs that must be used by business entities will be small and small costs will increase profits so that optimal profits will be obtained by business entities.

Abstract

Pangkalan Sudiawati is one of the shops engaged in the sale of LPG Gas products domiciled in Harapan Indah, North Bekasi. The goods sold at the Sudiawati base are 3 Kg and 12 Kg LPG Gas. These problems can be solved by using one of the techniques in data mining, namely the K-Means Clustering algorithm. This research is intended to assist Pangkalan Sudiawati in selling 3 Kg and 12 Kg LPG gas to consumers, to group sales data in order to maximize stock management. The data is processed by manual calculations using the K-Means algorithm and using Microsoft Excel 2019 Software. These results can be used to improve stock managementand sales strategies at Pangkalan Sudiawati.

Abstract

SMPN 290 SMP level schools in Marunda DKI Jakarta. Based on interviews conducted with informants, there is currently no data archiving system for incoming and outgoing letters. This can lead to several aspects of error both on the part of the school and the administration, such as being effective in recording incoming and outgoing letters. To facilitate data collection ofincoming and outgoing mail, an administrative information system application was designed. With this application, this administrative information system can make it easier for the archive staff at the school and can minimize the loss and damage of letter archiving data.
