Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an intelligent monitoring system to monitor CCTV installed on the highway using internet of things (IOT) technology. CCTV monitoring was previously used only for monitoring and recording events from objects caught by CCTV and can be accessed through an application provided by the supplier of the CCTV brand so that it is not difficult to configure according to the needs of the user. In this research designing CCTV smart power monitoring apart from monitoring and recording objects, this smart power system can find out time, address, code, voltage, electric current, total kwh and electricity costs which display variable values ​​that are measurable and can be controlled through an application that can and accessed using the internet and smartphones. The resulting data can be used as a reference..

Abstract

This research examines the relationships between education level, income level, financial behavior, and financial literacy among customers of BNI Pontianak. Findings indicate that education level significantly influences financial behavior and financial literacy, with customers having higher education levels tending to exhibit better financial behaviors and higher levels of financial literacy. Conversely, income level does not significantly affect financial behavior or financial literacy. Furthermore, financial behavior significantly impacts financial literacy, indicating a reciprocal relationship between the two. These findings underscore the importance of education and financial behavior in enhancing customer financial literacy, emphasizing the need for tailored strategies to improve financial understanding and practices for overall financial well-being.

Abstract

Along with the significant development of life progress, the competition that occurs requires people to follow the flow of adjustments as well as the world of education which now provides many alternative choices and levels of quality. Educational institutions need to develop their competitive advantage in order to survive, compete and sustain their survival properly. The resources needed to maintain its survival are not solely from traditional resources but must also come from intangible resources, namely knowledge. To benefit from the knowledge they have and what knowledge they must have, educational institutions / organizations must manage their knowledge through knowledge management. Consciously, educational institutions must know the knowledge they have and their benefits to improve performance and increase innovation and creativity. To achieve superior educational institutions, knowledge management is needed, namely the ability to create and maintain value that is greater than the competitiveness of the core institution. Knowledge and experience are able to create, communicate and apply knowledge about various things to achieve organizational goals, namely to become a superior educational institution.

Abstract

Tujuan Perbankan Islam didefinisikan dengan baik sebagai konsisten dengan Syariah, karakterisasi unik dan tujuan perbankan syariah mencakup penawaran bisnis yang selaras dengan hukum Syariah. Bank syariah menawarkan layanan yang melayani kepekaan agama, misalnya, menghormati kewajiban finansial dan moral kepada Tuhan dan pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan antara tujuan perbankan syariah dengan kepuasan nasabah, dan loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diperoleh sebanyak 270 responden. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia riil yang membuka rekening bank dan menjadi nasabah dengan cara menabung selama minimal 1 tahun, Dan teknik analisis menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah membutikan bahwa H1 tujuan perbankan syariah berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. H2 tujuan perbankan syariah berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan. Dan H3 kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. Kata Kunci: Tujuan Perbankan Syariah, Kepuasan, Loyalitas

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine consumer behavior based on customer transaction history. Analyzing consumer behavior can provide very useful information for businesses in making decisions, particularly business decisions toward customers, in order to survive in such intense competition.Companies are becoming faster and more precise in reading environmental conditions and predicting what conditions may occur as a result of machine learning technology.This technology can also assist companies in making decisions that are more targeted according to actual secondary data provided for research. One of the machine learning methods, unsupervised learning, can help explicitly identify hidden structures or patterns in data and determine correlations. This method uses the Exclusive Clustering method, using two algorithms, namely, K-Means and K-Medoids, to use the comparison method to get optimal segmentation results. The results obtained are expected to be a reference for making a change in the company's marketing policy in order to retain and gain customers who are constantly decreasing.

Abstract

Customers are the main goal of all business fields, without customers the company will not be able to continue or compete in the business field it is in, even though the company has brilliant products, if it does not have an increase in the number of customers the business will not be able to develop or even go bankrupt. Therefore, it is necessary to make observations and make applications that are able to predict customers who will subscribe so that companies can predict customers who will subscribe correctly without having to wait for confirmation from customers whose possibilities are still unknown. This can be very useful for any company because companies no longer need to look for random customers where it only takes time to find customers. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia with its product (Indihome) which is struggling to compete in the business world in the telecommunications and internet sector. Therefore research and development of this application are carried out so that PT. Indonesian telecommunications can get its customers quickly without having to spend a lot of money and effort. Making this application uses a classification method from machine learning technology based on customer historical data. The classification method has many strong algorithms for predicting variables that have more than 1 label. Some of the algorithms used are Logistic Regression, Random Forest Classifier, Support Vector Machine and Decision Tree which are provided by modules in the python programming language, namely SkLearn. The four algorithms will be tested with data balanced using the Oversampling method from the Smote algorithm to get optimal results in automatically predicting customers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Menyikapi kondisi yang berkembang saat ini, kendati Bank Sinarmas tidak sepenuhnya mengubah target pasar, namun ada sejumlah penyesuaian. Untuk menjaga tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap bank, maka bank Sinarmas harus dapat menjaga kesehatan kinerjanya, karena kesehatan bank menggambarkan sebagian faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan masyarakat. dari lembaga perbankan itu sendiri atau sebagai investor. Bank Indonesia selaku bank sentral dan regulator bagi perbankan di Indonesia mengeluarkan Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia No.6/10/PBI/2004 Tanggal 12 April 2004 mengenai penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank umum dengan menggunakan metode CAMEL (Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, Liquidity). Hasil analisis akan menunjukkan kondisi kesehatan bank yang digolongkan ke dalam peringkat komposit yaitu peringkat akhir hasil penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank. Hal ini menjadi daya tarik yang mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan analisis dari fenomena diatas selain bertujuan melakukan kajian empiris terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan perbankan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pada masing-masing faktor CAMEL secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bank Sinarmas dalam kondisi TIDAK SEHAT. Hal ini dikarenakan Manajemen belum mampu mengelola dana secara efisien, dapat dilihat dari laporan keuangan bank bahwa beban biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Sinarmas sangat besar kemudian penaganan kredit bermasalah pada bank ini juga masih terbilang cukup tinggi. Serta laba yang dihasilkan masih cukup minim baik yang dihasilkan dari pendapatan operasional mau pun dari feebase income. Kata kunci: Bank Sinarmas, Tingkat Kesehatan, CAMEL

Abstract

Dalam rangka menyikapi era digitalisasi, Yayasan Bina Mulia Indonesia yang menaungi beberapa jenis usaha seperti Taman Kanak Kanak, Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran, Koperasi dan toko, agar semua jenis usaha dapat beradaptasi dengan era digital, mereka perlu membuat perubahan pada budaya organisasi, pemikiran strategis, dan keterampilan serta pengetahuan. Sebuah organisasi perlu menjadi lebih fleksibel, kreatif, dan terbuka terhadap keadaan teknologi yang terus berkembang. Keamanan data, integrasi sistem yang kompleks, pergeseran pasar dan dinamika persaingan hanyalah beberapa risiko dan tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh transformasi bisnis ini. Teknologi Informasi yang sudah banyak diimplementasikan ke dalam Model Bisnis menggambarkan bagaimana pergeseran model bisnis akibat dari berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi. Operasi organisasi, interaksi pelanggan, dan generasi nilai semuanya telah berubah secara mendasar oleh pengaruh teknologi informasi di jaman modern. Dari hasil temuan didapatkan bahwa semakin pesat perkembangan zaman maka semakin sengit persaingan antar lembaga, oleh karena itu pula semakin besar tuntutan suatu lembaga terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Dalam praktiknya, pada era digitalisasi ini pengembangan sumber daya manusia dapat dilakukan dengan efektif dan efisien melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan digital.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi semakin memudahkan manusia untuk melakukan aktivitas dalam berbagai bidang. Pada umumnya kegiatan yang dilakukan manusia di era perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan komputer.Toko Herbal Dan Madu Anugerah memiliki intensitas produksi yang tinggi tentunya memiliki resiko dalam pengelolaan data persediaan di gudang. Pengelolaan data persediaan merupakan salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan karena akan berdampak pada besarnya biaya yang akan dikeluarkan untuk keperluan produksi. Jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat terjadi kelebihan stok dan kekurangan stok akibat data informasi pengelolaan stok produk yang kurang akurat. Sehingga hal ini harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menentukan kebijakan terkait kegiatan produksi dan penjualan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Double Exponential Smoothing. Metode Pemulusan Eksponensial Ganda adalah salah satu dari algoritma yang memperkirakan hasil yang akan datang berdasarkan data data yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu peramalan untuk bulan Januari 2022- Desember 2022 dari masing – masing penjualan produk menggunakan konstanta alpha 0,5 dan beta 0,3 terdiri dari Produk Madu Hitam Pahit menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan sebesar MSE sebesar 9,97127 , MAD 2,5194 dan MAPE 0,08075874% dengan prediksi untuk bulan Januari 2023 sebesar 33,05. Produk Madu Anak Syamil menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan sebesar MSE sebesar 9,27022 , MAD 2,3465 dan MAPE 0,05673299% dengan prediksi untuk bulan Januari 2023 sebesar 42,21. Produk Herba Mojo menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan sebesar MSE sebesar 8,74227 , MAD 2,4018 dan MAPE 0,03399734% dengan prediksi untuk bulan Januari 2023 sebesar 72,83.

Abstract

This study analyzes sentiment from user Reviews of the FLO app, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), and public comments on infidelity cases on Instagram, using Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. FLO, an app that helps users track reproductive health, was analyzed based on 1,393 Reviews on Google Play Store. Of these, 796 Reviews expressed positive sentiment, while 597 were negative. Although both Naïve Bayes and SVM achieved an accuracy of 74%, SVM performed better in recall (74%) and precision (71%). For TMII Reviews, the analysis involved 1,616 Google Reviews, with 1,263 showing negative sentiment, indicating complaints about facilities and services, and 353 expressing positive sentiment. SVM outperformed Naïve Bayes, achieving an accuracy of 85% and an f1-score of 87%, compared to Naïve Bayes’ 82% accuracy and 83% f1-score. Additionally, the analysis of 1,200 public comments on Instagram accounts @lambe_turah and @awreceh.id revealed 918 negative comments and 282 positive ones. SVM once again demonstrated superior performance with an accuracy of 91%, precision of 87%, recall of 96%, and an f1-score of 92%, surpassing Naïve Bayes, which achieved an accuracy of 86%. These findings confirm that SVM is more effective for sentiment classification across various digital Platforms, including social issues and service evaluations. The results can be applied to develop public opinion analysis systems that support strategic decision-making and enhance service quality based on user feedback.
