Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini membahas mengenai kebijakan Negara terkait perkembangan dan revitalisasi Industri Pertahanan Indonesia dari masa ke masa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif, tipe penelitiannya menggunakan kajian komprehensif analitis dan pendekatannya normatif analitis. Pemerintah memberikan perhatian kepada industri pertahanan dalam negeri dengan membentuk tim, dewan dan badan yang pada prinsipnya untuk mempercepat pembangunan industry pertahanan nasional. Pembentukan tim, dewan, dan badan dilakukan dengan beberapa Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 40 Tahun 1980 tentng Tim Pembina Industri Hankam, Nomor 6 Tahun 1984 tentang Dewan Pembina Industri Strategis, Nomor 44 Tahun 1989 tentang Badan Pembina Industri Strategis, Nomor 56 Tahun 1989 tentang Dean Pembina Industri Strategis, Nomor 64 Tahun 1998 tentang Badan Pengelola BUMN dan Penetapan PT BPIS. Perjalanan industry pertahanan Indonesia mengalami pasang surut sampai akhirnya terjadi krisis pada tahun 1998 seiring dengan krisis eknomi yang melanda Indonesia. Dengan terjadinya krisis, maka pada tahun 2001 dengan memperhatikan banyak BUMN yang tumbang, maka PT BPIS dibubarkan. Kebijakan revitalisasi Industri Pertahanan di awali dengan pembentukan Komite Kebijakan Industri Pertahanan (KKIP) melalui Peraturan Presiden Nomor 42 Tahun 2010 disusul dengan lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2012 tentang Industri Pertahanan. Salah satu amanat Undang-undang terseut adalah pembentukan KKIP yang kemudian dikukuhkan dengan Keppres nomor 59 tahun 2013.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), and open unemployment rate on public welfare, with the Human Development Index (HDI) as a moderating variable. The main topic discussed is how these macroeconomic variables affect public welfare as measured by the achievement of HDI as an indicator of quality of life. This study uses a quantitative approach with moderated regression analysis to test the interaction between independent variables and moderating variables. The data used are sourced from the official report of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) consisting of panel data with a time series for the period 2020-2023 and cross-sectional data from 34 provinces in Indonesia. Data processing was carried out using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) through Eviews 12 software. The results of the study show that economic growth has a negative and significant effect on public welfare, GRDP has a negative and insignificant effect on public welfare, while the open unemployment rate has a positive and insignificant effect on public welfare. The Human Development Index can moderate the relationship between economic growth and public welfare, but cannot moderate the relationship between GRDP and the open unemployment rate on public welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Risk taking Propensity, Internal Locus of Control, Perceived Barriers, and Received Support influence Entrepreneurial Intention through Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship on students in Banjarmasin. In In this research, the method used is a quantitative method with SEM-PLS analysis to determine the phenomenon being studied. This research questionnaire was built based on a literature review and modified from previous research. The respondents for this research were 310 active students at universities in South Kalimantan. The research results reveal that Risk Taking Propensity and Internal Locus of Control contribute positively and significantly to Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship. Then Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship, RTP, and RS contribute positively and significantly to Entrepreneurial Intention. Meanwhile, Internal Locus of Control and Perceived Barriers do not contribute positively and significantly to Entrepreneurial Intention. This is the first step for students to realize that PB needs to be watched out for, students also need to be aware of the presence of Internal Locus of Control and Perceived Barriers and Internal Locus of Control need to be reconstructed so that they have an impact on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM di Kelurahan Gambut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 48 UMKM di Kelurahan Gambut, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menyebarkan kepada para pelaku umkm serta dan dokumentasi dengan mengambil referensi dari buku, jurnal dan sumber relevan lainnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan secara positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM di Kelurahan Gambut. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persamaan regresi linear berganda adalah Y= 3,836 + 0,277X1 + 0,515X2 + e. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diketahui nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 25,194 > Ftabel 3,20, dan dipeorleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,507 (50,7%). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama atau simultan berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM di Kelurahan Gambut.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Diketahui bahwa tidak semua UMKM di Indonesia mampu mengubah pola pemasaran konvensional menjadi pemasaran digital. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan rendahnya volume penjualan pada UMKM. Sistem pemasaran digital dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas tanpa berbatas ruang dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan digital marketing terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan UMKM kuliner di kota Banjarmasin. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini populasi berjumlah 60 UMKM kuliner yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan digital marketing dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan UMKM, thitung variabel X (5.629) > ttabel (1,697) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hasil uji R square sebesar 0,446 artinya peningkatan volume penjualan UMKM bergantung pada efektivitas pelatihan digital marketing sebesar 44,6%, sedangkan sisanya dipegaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini. Temuan dalam penelitiam ini menunjukkan bagaimana pelatihan digital marketing dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan volume penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the impact of compensation (C), work discipline (WD), and work motivation (WM) on the employee performance (EP) students who work in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. This study used a quantitative method with SEM-PLS to determine the results under study. The questionnaire used in this study uses a research questionnaire that has been used in previous studies. The questionnaire was responded to by 121 students who were studying while working in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, compensation has no effect on employee performance. This shows that the current compensation received by students has not been able to influence students to improve performance, because the compensation received has not been in accordance with the workload carried out by students.Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee PerformanceDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v6i1.71-82

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyse the behaviour of the economic aspects of distribution, showing the rivers of the Banjar people and the role of river utilisation in the economics curriculum of class. The type of research used was qualitative phenomenological, with the research subjects being the Banjarmasin riverside community. This research uses interview and documentation methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a taxonomic analysis using the Spradley model (Ethnography). The results of the research show that 1) Banjar people still use rivers for distribution activities, 2) Utilization of rivers as distribution activities can be used as a supplement source for local teaching materials in schools, especially in economic learning, 3. There are differences in the use of rivers in the past and present.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between good corporate governance, leadership style, and Islamic work ethics through work motivation on the performance of Cassava Cheese D-9 Salatiga employees. using quantitative methods, the object of research taken was employees of Cassava Cheese D-9 Salatiga with a total of 50 respondents and processed using SPSS Version 20. Research findings show that work motivation is not able to influence employee performance, but corporate governance, leadership style, and Islamic work ethics are able to influence employee performance, whereas. GCG, leadership style, and Islamic work ethics are not able to influence work motivation. Corporate governance (GCG), leadership style, and Islamic work ethics influence employee performance through work motivation. This research is intended for academics and companies as information, reference, and evaluation related to employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of cash holding, corporate social responsibility and operating capacity on financial distress with cash flow as a moderating variable. The subject of this study is manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Sharia stock index for the period 2020 to 2023. The data collection method uses a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 35 companies was obtained with a total of 140 studies. This study uses secondary data with a quantitative approach and the data is analyzed by Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of Eviews software version 12. The theoretical basis used in this study is Signaling Theory. The results showed that cash holding had a significant negative effect on financial distress, while corporate social responsiveness and operating capacity did not have a significant effect on financial distress. Then, the results of the study also show that cash flow as a moderation variable is able to strengthen the influence of cash holding on financial distress. Cash flow as a moderation variable is not able to strengthen the influence of corporate social responsiveness on financial distress. Cash flow as a moderation variable is not able to strengthen the influence of operating capacity on financial distress.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment in Indonesia continues to be a difficult problem to solve. With the increasing unemployment rate, higher education as an educational institution is expected to be able to prepare and equip students to become prospective entrepreneurs by building entrepreneurial character in students through entrepreneurship courses and students who already have their own businesses. This study aims to analyze the effect of risk propensity, entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial behavior in college students. The population in this study were students at Lambung Mangkurat University with a total sample of 114 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). the results of the study show that risk propensity have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Risk propensity has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial intention has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial behavior.
