Abstract

The Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) is a non-formal education unit that teaches reading and writing Al-Qur'an letters to children from an early age and instills the morals contained in the Al-Qur’an. The Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) aims to make students able to read the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly and use it as a guide to life. The aim of this research is to determine Asatidz's efforts to improve the Al-Qur'an reading and writing skills of students at TPA Al-Istiqomah central market. The subject of this research involves the head of the TPA and the TPA teacher. The methodology for writing this research uses qualitative, data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that Asatidz's efforts to improve the ability to read and write the Al-Qur'an in students have been maximized by teaching the science of tajwid, providing motivation about the virtues of reading the Al-Qur'an and encouraging them later in the learning process using various methods, namely introducing Hadiyah letters, providing examples of reading, giving assignments and asking questions.

Abstract

This exploration is expected to describe the internal and external elements apart from the reason for the low language skills in PAUD KB DURRATUL HIKMAH Balantak Area. This exploration is a fascinating test. The test subjects consist of superiors and subordinates. Data collection techniques are equipped with perceptions, interviews. The research results show that 1) the factors causing the low reading ability of teenagers include: a) Understanding of teaching staff and training in relation to the development of school education. b) students. 2) External factors that cause students' low reading ability include: a). the family climate is less stable, especially interest in reading in the family is still low and most parents rarely take their students to the bookstore h. b) less creative experts. c) the child himself. d) the impact of sitting in front of the TV and using a cell phone.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has become a means of various activities in our daily lives.Technology can provide many conveniences that have penetrated various aspects of life, including economic, social, cultural and educational. In general, technology is developed to meet human needs and desires to make it easier to interact in their lives. The purpose of this research is to describe digital communication in driving the culture of society through social change in Luwuk District, Banggai Regency In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive methodology in which researchers tried to review digital communication in driving societal culture through social change by using data collection that had been determined through literature review, observation and interviews. In this study, researchers try to see digital communication through social change.

Abstract

Teacher strategy is how teachers instill discipline in children. This research uses a qualitative approach. The aim of this research is 1) to find out teachers' strategies for instilling disciplined character in the Joint Development Early Childhood Education in Lalong Village. 2) To find out the character of discipline in preschool children developed in Lalong Village. The methodology for writing this thesis uses a qualitative approach; data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Teacher's Strategy for Instilling Disciplinary Character in Early Childhood Development Education with Lalong Village. The research results show that strategies that should be implemented are: 1) teacher examples. 2) maximize school regulations. 3) pursue moral and religious values. From the results of implementing several strategies above, positive results are quite satisfactory in the development of children's discipline, such as: a) increasing children's awareness of the existence of God; and b) children becoming more enthusiastic when teachers provide material about religion (reading and memorizing short prayers). b) Children increasingly appreciate time; they don't want to be late. c) Feel comfortable and happy when you are at PAUD Bina Bersama. d) Always appear neat, clean, and modest, and have awareness of personal and environmental cleanliness. e) Respect others and elders.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada anak usia dini harus dengan cara yang asyik dan menyenagnkan sehingga anak bisa belajar dengan baik. Maka dari itu dengan adanya program meningkatkan efektivitasn dan kreativitas anak usia dini membuat para guru bisa mengevisienkan waktu pembelajaran dengan baik. sebagai seorang guru atau pendidik dalam mengajar atau membawakan materi sesuai dengan waktu yang telah di tentukan agar tingkat keberhasilan yang di capai dari suatu metode pembelajaran terpenuhi sesuai dengan pembelajaran yang di rencanakan sehingga apa yang kita ajarkan kepada anak-anak bisa tercapai dengan baik sehingga dapat menyesuaikan antara materi pembelajarna dan jam pemeblajaran yang kita ajarkan kapada anak-anak.sama dengan meningkatkan kretivitas anak dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat membantu meningkatkan kretivitas yang ada dalam diri anak sehingga anak dapat mengenali apa yang menjadi kelebihan yang ada dalam diri anak.kreativitas juga bisa mendorong minat belajar anak melalu kretiitas anak banyak belajar hal-hal yang belum perna mereka lihat

Abstract

The tumpe-based character education method is a strategy that is expected to be effective in instilling values ​​and character education in elementary school students. This approach is implemented at SDN Negeri 1 Toili, Banggai Regency with a focus on cultivating the character of Trustworthiness (Integrity). The Tumpe method is a participatory and experiential learning approach that involves students in the entire process. The aim of this research is to find out what the trustworthy character education strategy is using the Tumpe method at Toili 1 Elementary School, Banggai Regency. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a method that relies on observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the strategy of instilling character in school-age students is very important to become their educational capital in the future. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran orang tua dalam mengoptimalkan literasi Bahasa pada anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam menggambarkan peran orang tua dalam mengoptimalkan literasi bahasa pada anak usia dini.  Metode pengumpulan data selain menggunakan literature yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan juga dengan metode wawancara dengan orang tua yang menjadi objek penelitian . Teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan kemudian digunakan untuk menganalisis data, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keluarga sangat berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan dan membina literasi bahasa pada anak. Serta dapat memberikan pengalaman baru bagi orang tua dan anak mengenai kegiatan literasi dan bahasa pada anak di usia dini. Hal ini tergambar dari hasil penelitian bahwa 70%  orang tua yang mendampingi anak dalam proses belajar menghasilkan 80% anak yang mampu berbahasa dengan baik. Ini menggambarkan semakin baik peran orang tua dalam mendampingi anak maka akan semakin maksimal hasil literasi bahasa anak

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan  pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada sekolah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini  Madani Banggai. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, Guru Kelas dan peserta didik secara keseluruhan yang berjumlah 102 orang yang terdiri dari kelas Adan kelas B yang tersebar pada 4 rombongan belajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial pada anak usia dini sangat maksimal hal ini terlihat dari bagaimana guru mengenalkan pancasila dan lagu-lagu kebangsaan kepada peserta didik, selain itu mengajarkan anak untuk berbagi dengan sesama melalui program jum’at berkah atau

Abstract

Anak hiperaktif ialah anak yang mengalami gangguan tingkah laku yang ditandai dengan tidak mampunya fokus dalam mengikuti kegiatan atau pembelajaran, tidak bisa duduk dengan tenang dan sering menganggu teman. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam menangani anak hiperaktif di TK Negeri Luksagu kecamatan Tinangkung Utara Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan. Jenis pengabdian ini adalah pengabdian lapangan yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara langsung dilokasi pengabdian. Pengabdian ini termasuk pengabdian kualitatif. Objek dari pengabdian ini adalah guru dan kepala sekolah. Untuk memperoleh data dalam pengabdian, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengabdian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam menangani anak hiperaktif di TK Negeri Luksagu Kecamatan Tinangkung Utara Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan, hal itu meliputi: (1) Perilaku anak hiperaktif. Berlari dan berteriak, Bergerak cepat hingga menabrak, Bicara terus menerus, Sering mengganggu orang lain, Kesulitan untuk fokus dan duduk diam pada saat belajar. (2) Strategi guru dalam menangani anak hiperaktif. Memberi perhatian khusus kepada anak-anak yang mengalami hiperaktif, Menawarkan kegiatan dengan teman (kegiatan kelompok), Fokuskan kembali perhatian anak, Memberi reward pada saat proses pembelajaran, Menjalin komunikasi dengan orang tua.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of establishing BUMDesa is regulated in the Village Head Regulation, Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2015 concerning the Establishment, Management, and Dissolution of BUMDes. Village-owned enterprises were established with the aim of accommodating all economic activities, public services handled by the village, and/or collaboration between villages. The aim of BUMDes is to enable long-term economic improvement in rural areas. Methodology/approach: The stages of community service activities begin with outreach to the target community in Lauwon village, East Luwuk District. The method of implementing the activity is the socialization of BUMDes organizational management and BUMDes management training. Results/findings: As managers and members of BUMDes in villages, the community has an important role in the growth and progress of its economy through BUMDes. The problem that occurs is that the BUMDes established in Lauwon Village are not developing well. There are many factors that cause this, including irregular management of the BUMDes organization and inconsistent management and administration, as well as a lack of understanding of the BUMDes management itself, so that the village's potential is difficult to implement. Lauwon Village is one of the villages in the East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency, which has a BUMDes, but the management is not in accordance with the expectations of the village government and the community. This is due to the integrity of institutional management, as well as the absence of Articles of Association (AD) and Bylaws (ART), infrastructure, and no mapping of village potential. Contribution: This service is expected to improve the ability of village officials to manage business entities owned by the village. Limitation: Focuses on maximizing financial profits and improving the welfare of village communities
