Abstract

Test and analyze the influence of Work Environment, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Raja Putra Manggala is the aim of this research. The quality of Human Resources contributes to maximizing the results in the success of a company. The work environment is one of the other factors that affect employee performance because of the place where employees do their work. In addition, motivation also plays an important role in fostering employee morale, without motivation given to employees it can reduce employee performance, and a lack of discipline can lead to poor time management and will affect employee performance. A total of 175 employees are the population and 121 employees are the sample in this study. Multiple linear regression analysis is a technique in this research method. In testing this hypothesis, the calculation results obtained a value of tcount < ttable (1.890 < 1.980) and a significant value of 0.003 > 0.05 partially, the value of tcount < ttable (0.816 < 1.980) and a significant value of 0.021 > 0.05 partially, the value of tcount > ttable (2.052 > 1.980) and the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05 partially, the Fcount (39.387) > Ftable (2.68) and 0.000 < 0.05 for the probability of significance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.490 is obtained from the coefficient test results which means that the variation in the dependent variable is 49.0% as explained from other variables such as compensation, promotion, training, leadership, and so on which were not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the Operating Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio of manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector from 2016-2018. The independent variables in this study include the Operating Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio, and the dependent variable is the Stock Price. Companies operating in the manufacturing sector of the consumer goods industry are companies with good prospects and are targeted by the public as investment targets. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with 41 companies sampled using a quantitative method, descriptive research type, explanatory research characteristics, and secondary data type. The population of this study is 51 manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 - 2018. In hypothesis testing, this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the hypothesis testing in this study, it can be concluded that the Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR), which are independent variables, do not significantly influence the Stock Price of consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018, which is the dependent variable. In addition, the partial hypothesis testing results in this study show that the Operating Profit Margin (OPM) does not significantly affect the Stock Price of consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2018, whereas the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) do not significantly affect the Stock Price of consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna memberikan bantuan pada investor pemula ataupun investor yang telah berinvestasi dalam pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi dalam pasar modal dengan melakukan analisis efek rasio keuangan suatu perusahaan pada harga saham yang terkait. Ketika menganalisis, terdapat beragam rasio keuangan dengan peran yang berbeda-beda yang dapat diterapkan. Pada penelitian ini rasio yang digunakan, diantaranya yakni Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) menjadi variabel independen serta harga saham menjadi variabel dependen. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling pada total sampel yang didapatkan 10 perusahaan dari total populasi sebanyak 16 perusahaan di sektor institusi keuangan yang terdaftar BEI pada rentang tahun 2018-2022. Dalam pengujian hipotesis yang diaplikasikan yakni menganalisis regresi linear berganda, uji t serta uji F. Maka diperoleh hasil yakni secara simultan (bersamaan) ROA, DER, dan CR yang merupakan variabel bebas memengaruhi harga saham pada sektor institusi keuangan yang tercatat di BEI dengan rentang tahun 2018-2022 yang menjadi variabel dependen. Selain itu, adapun hasil uji hipotesis parsial pada riset ini diperoleh hasil bahwasannya secara parsial ROA memengaruhi harga saham dalam sektor institusi keuangan yang terdaftar pada BEI tahun 2018-2022, sedangkan DER tidak memengaruhi harga saham di sektor institusi keuangan yang tercatat pada BEI tahun 2018-2022 dan CR memiliki pengaruh pada harga saham di sektor institusi keuangan yang tercatat di BEI  periode 2018-2022.

Abstract

In the world of banking, there are each other dependency between application Good Corporate principles Governance, Leverage and Company Size, but not individually direct seen. Good Corporate Governance relates to the system that consists from structure and process. The better the implementation system manage company, then system GCG will give protection Which effective to company, Financial leverage is defined as use asset or liability to upgrade performance or profit something business or investment, meanwhile size company reflect total asset of company. Investigate governance influence good company, Leverage and Company Size against Performance Finance company food and drinks public in Indonesia. Type this research is approach quantitative. The sample used in this study was obtained based on that criteria has determined through purposive sampling on the company manufacturing in industry food and drink. From total sample 72 company, there is 31 observations balance sheets of 72 companies. which method used in this research is analysis multiple linear regression using the SPSS program version 22. The results of this study show that GCG variables have an effect positive to performance finance, meanwhile influential leverage variable negative to financial performance and size company influential negative to financial performance. Variable the influential positive to results performance finance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE) on stock prices in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In conducting the analysis, there are various types of ratios with different functions that can be used. Of the numerous ratios, the financial ratios used in this study are ROA, DER, and ROE as independent variables, and the Stock Price as the dependent variable. The sample collection technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 30 companies selected as samples from a population of 54 food and beverage sector industries for the 2019-2021 period, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method in this study uses a quantitative approach and the data source in this study uses secondary data sources that include documentation studies. This method is used to gather data from companies related to the variables under study. In testing the hypothesis, this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the hypothesis testing in the study, it was found that, simultaneously, ROA, DER, and ROE, which are the independent variables, influence the Stock Price of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on IDX for the 2019-2021 period, which is the dependent variable. In addition, the results of partial hypothesis testing in this study found that, partially, ROA, DER, and ROE do not affect the Stock Price of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period.

Abstract

When it comes to a country's economic development and stability, banking, the beating heart of the global economy, plays a crucial role. Therefore, many existing and potential investors are attracted to invest in this industry. But before jumping into the capital market, investors need to pay attention to several factors, including a thorough examination of the company's financial statements. This study will examine the relationship between profitability, solvency, and market ratios seen in banking businesses' financial statements and stock prices. Purposive sampling was utilized to acquire data from 47 of the financial institutions included in the IDX for the years 2018-2021. The hypotheses were evaluated by a battery of tests employing linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing reveals that profitability, solvency, and market ratios all have an impact on the stock prices of Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed banking businesses from 2018 to 2021. (simultaneously). Then, throughout the 2018-2021 time, the market ratio to stock prices of IDX-listed banking firms has a positive and substantial influence on stock prices, while the profitability and solvency of IDX-listed banking companies have a negative and large effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose study was to examine the effect of promotion, price and product quality on purchasing decisions on the Effect of Promotion, Price and Service Quality on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Qubic Ball Dot Com, Medan. The population in this study amounted to 167 customers and the sample in this study amounted to 118 customers. The sampling method is simple random sampling method. The research method used is using quantitative research methods, the type of research is descriptive, the type of data is the answer to the questionnaire. This research was conducted with validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this study indicate that partially the promotion variable obtained the value of t count> t table or 3.218> 1.98099 and significant 0.002 <0.05, the price variable obtained the value of tcount> t table or 2.610 1.98099 and significant 0.010 <0.05, The product quality variable obtained a tcount> ttable value or 2.266> 1.98099 and a significant 0.025 <0.05, the coefficient of determination test results show 36.1% of the explained variables, while the remaining 63.9% is explained by other variables not used in this study. The conclusion of this study is that promotion has a negative and significant effect on buyer decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on buyer decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on buyer decisions. Promotion, price and product quality have a simultaneous effect on buying decisions on the Effect of Promotion, Price and Service Quality on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Qubic Ball Dot. Abstract

In this modern era, the success of companies in business competition and adapting to rapid business changes has become very dependent on the superior performance of employees. In a global market full of competition, every employee is expected to provide their best performance. Employees' ability to adapt to changes in technology, organizational structure, and business environment has been the key to company growth. The aim of this study is to identify the factors that Work Discipline, Occupational Safety and Health, and Position Promotion have an influence on employee performance at PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Medan. Employees who are highly disciplined tend to contribute consistently and this can influence their overall performance. Safe and healthy working situations and conditions can also improve employee performance, because they can focus on their tasks without worrying about the risk of work-related injuries or illnesses. The hope of getting a promotion can also motivate employees to work harder, improve the quality of their performance, and influence productivity levels. These three factors provide valuable insights for companies in developing more productive human resource policies. Researchers used quantitative methods in this research with a sample of 109 respondents. This research found that employees at the company PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Medan will produce good performance if the work discipline and position promotion factors are also good. Specifically, this performance is influenced by discipline and promotion factors, but is not influenced by occupational safety and health factors of PT employees. Abstract

Kelurahan Belawan Bahari merupakan daerah pesisir yang kaya dengan hasil laut salah satunya kerang. Pemanfaatan kerang masih terbatas pada konsumsi dagingnya sedangkan cangkang kerang belum dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat karena dianggap tidak berguna dan tidak bermanfaat sehingga banyak berserakan dan menjadi limbah di lingkungan masyarakat. Agar dapat bernilai ekonomis salah satu pemanfaatan yang dilakukan dengan membuat souvenir dengan tujuan agar mengurangi limbah, membuka lapangan kerja dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, bahwa masyarakat mampu membuat barang-barang kerajinan (souvenir) dengan memanfaatkan cangkang kerang yang ada di lingkungan mereka.

Abstract

Kinerja Usaha Mikro dinilai sebagai salah satu motor penggerak berkembangnya negara-negara seperti Indonesia, yang perekonomiannya telah memperoleh manfaat besar dari kontribusi Usaha Mikro. Beberapa faktor kunci keberhasilan adalah dukungan pemerintah dan pengalaman. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah ada hubungan antara dukungan pemerintah, pengalaman dan kinerja usaha Mikro yang beroperasi di kota Medan, Indonesia. Dua Ratusan responden pengusaha perempuan telah dipilih dalam studi lapangan dari tiga kecamatan di Medan, Indonesia; Kecamatan Medan Belawan, Kecamatan Medan Marelan dan Kecamatan Labuhan. Kuesioner yang disebarkan terdiri dari tiga variabel, dimana ada dua variabel bebas dan satu lagi variabel terikat. Dengan menggunakan korelasi Spearman diketahui bahwa masing-masing variabel independen mempunyai korelasi yang kuat dengan variabel tunggal. dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan pemerintah dan pengalaman pengusaha Perempuan skala Mikro memiliki hubungan yang signifikan.
