Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of promotion, price and product quality on buying decisions in PT. Bintang Agung Sukses, a company engaged in the distribution of consumer goods. This research uses the explanatory research method. The number of customer populations is 167 stores and individuals, with the calculation of the Slovin formula, a sample of 118 respondents was determined. The instrument used to conduct this research is a questionnaire which will first be tested for validity and reliability and then will test the quantitative sample data first using multiple regression. The results of processing simultaneously and partial promotion, price and product quality affect the buying decision at PT. Bintang Agung Sukses with the amount of variation that can be explained is 36.1% and the remaining 63.9% is explained by other factors

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the effect of Compensation, Leadership, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. The decline in the performance of PT Rongoh Abadi's employees is caused by unsatisfactory compensation, ineffective leadership and low employee discipline. The population is 138 employees of PT Rongoh and the number of samples is 103 employees of PT Rongoh. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results obtained tcount > ttable or 3.765 > 1.984 and significant obtained 0.000 <0.05, meaning that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. Partial test results obtained tcount > ttable or 2,533 > 1,984 and significant obtained 0,013 < 0,05, meaning leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. Partial test results obtained tcount > ttable or 4.029 > 1.984 and significant obtained 0.000 <0.05, meaning that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. The test results simultaneously obtained the calculated F value (22.672) > F table (2.70) and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that compensation, leadership, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rongoh Abadi. Employee performance that can be explained by variations in compensation variables.

Abstract

Peneliti mengambil objek penelitian pada PT. Samataga Panen Sejahtera, disebabkan terjadinya penurunan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja merupakan bagaimana proses pekerjaan berlangsung. Kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja merupakan salah satu penyebab menurunnya kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Maka sifat penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif eksplanatori. Populasi yang digunakan adalah berjumlah 97 orang yang didapat dari rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan didapat F hitung > F tabel yaitu 7,025 > 2,70, sehingga kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Adjusted R Square adalah sebesar 0.158 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah sebesar 15,8%, sisanya sebesar 84,2% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel independen lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh stress kerja, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pegadaian Kanwil I Medan. Pengumpulan data dengan simple random sampling dengan teknik slovin hingga mendapatkan sebanyak 124 orang responden atau sampel di dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dibantu dengan aplikasi pengolahan data SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil I Medan. kompensasi mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil I Medan. Gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil I Medan. Secara simultan menunjukkan stress kerja, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil I Medan. Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,686 hal ini berarti 68,6% dari variasi variabel terikat yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel bebas sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,4% (100% - 68,6%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini, seperti dukungan organisasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja, iklim organisasi dan sebagainya. Kata Kunci : Stress kerja, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas terhadap Harga Saham. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deduktif, jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel menjadi 10 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitasberpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018, dengan hasil Fhitung= 34,694>Ftabel= 2,81 dan signifikan 0,000< 0,05. Secara parsial 1) Struktur Modal berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, 2)Ukuran Perusahaanberpengaruhdan signifikan terhadapHarga Saham dan 3) Profitabilitas berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,674 yang artinya variasi variabel Profitabilitas yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitasadalah sebesar 67,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari di lakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berkurangnya kinerja karyawan PT Sabas Indonesia yang disebabkan oleh Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan. Adapun teori untuk mendukung penelitian yaitu dengan teori menurut para ahli yang berkaitan dengan Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan. 128 orang karyawan digunakan sebagai populasi dan 97 karyawan digunakan sebagai sampel yang di dapat dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dalam penelitian ini. Untuk uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan pada PT Sabas Indonesia dengan menggunakan 30 pekerjanya. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, pembagian kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi pengujian secara simultan (Uji-F) dan secara parsial (Uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 18,6% dan sisanya sebesar 81,4% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel independen lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti komitment organisasi, rekrutmen,dll.

Abstract

PT. Suriatama Mahkota Kencana is a company engaged in supermarkets located at Jalan Brigjen Katamso, No. 710 Kampung Baru, Medan. There were several things thatneeded to be considered in this company related to customer complaints such as dimensions of responsiveness and guarantees at PT. Suriatama Mahkota Kencana. This study used several theories related to responsiveness, assurance and customer satisfaction. This research used a  quantitative approach, this type of research was descriptive quantitative, and the nature of this research was descriptive explanatory. Data collection was performed by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis method used was multiple regression. The populations of this study were 175 respondents who were customers who did shopping individually. For the sample test, 122 respondents were selected based on the individual criteria, of which 30 respondents were taken from the rest of the population for the validity test. The results of the research on the hypothesis showed that partially, responsiveness and assurance had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and simultaneously the responsiveness and assurance had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The calculation of coefficient of determination was 0,502 which means customer satisfaction could be explained by the variables of responsiveness and guarantee reaching up to 50.2%. This study concludes that there was a significant effect simultaneously and partially (individually) between the responsiveness or assurance of on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Motivation, communication and work stress are elements that can affect employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, communication and job stress on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. This type of research is explanatory research. The research population that will be used in the study are all employees from each division who work at PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan during the period from January to December 2021 with a total population of 113 employees. Due to the total population of only 113 employees, the sampling technique that will be used is saturated sampling where the sampling is saturated in the research that will be divided into questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test and partial test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, motivation, communication and job stress have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of communication, discipline, motivation on job satisfaction at PT Alfa Scorpii. This research method is quantitative with the sample used is 147 people. The sampling method is simple random sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the t test on the communication variable with value (5.136> 1.976), discipline (3.742> 1.976) and motivation (6.836> 1.976). The results of the F test show a value of 40.189> 2.67. In conclusion, partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Alfa Scorpii. Simultaneously, the variables of communication, discipline and motivation show a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT Alfa Scorpii.
