Abstract

Scheduling is the act, process, and method of scheduling or entering schedule data involves preparingactivities for a specific period while considering a number of variables, including classes, teachers, and time.The scheduling procedure at Omah Sinau Tutoring is still done manually. This causes inefficient use of timeand will affect the standard of education received by students. Omah Sinau Tutoring uses genetic algorithmsas an optimization technique to create schedules in order to overcome this problem. Many optimizationproblems can be solved with genetic algorithms. The benefits of analogies between the mechanisms ofnatural selection and the mechanisms of interbreeding, mutation, and other features inherent in the geneticalgorithm process serve as the basis for genetic algorithm solutions, rather than mathematical calculations.Genetic algorithms are capable of handling complex problems that are challenging to tackle by traditionalapproaches. The number of populations, generations, crosses, and mutations that can be handled by thegenetic algorithm to solve the problem by generating optimal scheduling and reducing the time needed tocreate the schedule so that the process of creating it becomes effective and efficient are the parameters used,based on the results of the tests conducted.Keywords: scheduling, genetic algorithm, tutoring.

Abstract

Information technology has become a crucial element in various fields, including services in Indonesia,which continue to develop rapidly. The use of information technology allows companies to accessinformation quickly, accurately, and precisely, as well as provide effective and efficient services. CV PerdanaMitra Inovasi, a local internet service provider in Rejoagung Village, Jombang Regency, faces challenges inthe conventional and slow customer complaint reporting process. With thousands of customers and a limitednumber of admins, prioritizing issues is difficult.In order to solve this issue, a decision support system (DSS) based on the TOPSIS technique was created toassist in establishing the importance of fixing FTTH network issues.. This system allows for the selection ofissues that should be addressed first and provides a list of repair solutions. The TOPSIS method was chosenbecause it can combine quantitative and qualitative elements accurately and precisely. The criteria in thecalculation include the number of affected customers, the number of technicians required, repair costs,estimated repair time, and distance. It is anticipated that using this method, the decision-making process inhandling FTTH network issues will be faster and easier, resulting in more optimal customer service.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a decision support tool for determining the eligibility of new members in the village youth organization. The Simple Additive Weighting method is chosen for its ability to handle various criteria and rank candidates based on the weighted sum of each criterion. This process involves several stages, including identifying assessment criteria, assigning weights to each criterion, normalizing values, and final calculations to determine candidate rankings. The research findings show that the SAW method can be effectively and efficiently implemented, providing objective and transparent results in the new member selection process. In this study, the algorithm used is the Simple Additive Weighting algorithm. The results indicate that the selection system for Karang Taruna members functions well. With the testing of 20 applicant inputs, the system can calculate accurately. The system's assessment scored a total of 1217.5, and the manual calculation scored 1270.4, resulting in an accuracy percentage of 95.83%. Thus, it can be concluded that the system's accuracy is good and can facilitate obtaining value data from the selection of Karang Taruna member applicants. Abstract

MTs Darul Falah is an agency that predicts the best students manually and still uses Excel, so the system that has been created will make it easier for teachers to predict the best students. In determining/predicting the best students the author uses the Decision Tree method. Decision Tree One of the classification algorithms that is commonly used to obtain non-binary classification results where the results will form the root of a decision tree. Therefore, the importance of the best student prediction system in making a decision. The aim of the research is to make it easier for schools to determine the best students who can be sent to take part in the Olympics. In this research, testing was carried out using Black Boks Testing. The results of this research are in the form of a website-based best student prediction system with data from 25 students who were predicted to be the best students. Abstract

Extreme climate change poses a significant challenge for the agricultural sector, especially in determining the ideal rice yield. This research develops a web-based information system to optimize rice planting scheduling using the Fuzzy Time Series - Markov Chain method with human judgment. A case study was conducted in Megaluh, Jombang Regency, where the majority of participants are farmers. The developed system successfully provides rainfall predictions with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of around 90.74% and recommends planting schedules that can reduce the risk of crop failure. The survey results conducted in January 2023 showed a rainfall of 507.21 mm, which falls into the high rainfall category. The aim of this research is to develop a web-based information system that can optimize rice planting scheduling using the Fuzzy Time Series - Markov Chain method, through the implementation of rainfall data in Megaluh District, Jombang Regency. The research methodology includes problem identification, literature review, data collection, system requirements analysis, system penetration, coding, and testing. Rainfall data from 2018 to 2022 is used to predict rainfall for the next two years, which is then used to recommend the ideal planting time for farmers. This research not only helps practitioners reduce the risk of crop failure due to weather uncertainty, but also introduces new concepts in information technology. Additionally, this system has the potential to be further developed and applied to other case studies for more accurate and optimal results. Keywords: Scheduling, Fuzzy Time series, Forecasting.

Abstract

Attendance is often used as a consideration for a superior to assess employee performance. Attendance data is very influential in seeing and assessing employee absenteeism. Attendance that still uses paper tends to have many weaknesses, including data loss, data errors or damage to attendance data. Online attendance is attendance that uses web-based technology that can help employees with attendance and superiors can see and assess an employee's performance. This online attendance was built using Mysql as a database system and framework called Laravel. The system uses email and passwords as data security and this system is equipped with several menu features including an attendance menu, which displays employee entry and return data with the time and date the employee was absent, an attendance history menu for both users to avoid data errors as well as data backup material, the result is that employees do not need to worry about data loss, data errors or data damage. The system also applies a rating scalemethod, where the system can display employee attendance data in a display of the lowest scale value to the highest value, through this system superiors can make considerations regarding an employee's performance. Abstract

The lebak Indah waste bank server information system has several activities, including customer service, customer registration, queues as well as depositing and withdrawing balances. The purpose of creating a waste bank service information system is to help the performance of officers and customer queues at the beautiful waste bank. Queue can be interpreted as steps starting from the moment the customer arrives, waiting for service, and getting service. An unstructured queue system can interfere with the service well. However, together because of the current development of information technology, there have been many developments in the queue system. The purpose of this research is to design and develop data systems. Web-based beautiful lebak waste bank service with case studies found in Lebak Village garbage bank. The garbage bank service is on the object sometimes causing long and irregular queues, especially when the time of weighing waste causes customers to be crammed to queue. Based on the description of the problem, researchers are interested in developing and building a Web-Based Lebak Indah Waste Bank Service Information System with the Help of FIFO Algorithm (Case Study of Lebak Village Waste Bank). FIFO is a method to solve queue problems that may be applied as the first way to enter is considered as the first way to exit. Abstract

In the current digital era, the use of information and communication technology is very important to support the development of the tourism industry. Utilization of web-based information systems can be an effective solution to overcoming the problem of lack of information. Web-based information system provides accurate, complete and up-todate tourist destination information and can be accessed by anyone, anytime, anywhere.to ensure the development of information systems that are appropriate and in accordance with user needs, a research and development (r&d) approach was chosen in this research. The r&d approach includes a series of systematic steps starting from initial research to understand needs and problems, to system design and development, to system evaluation and improvement. With this approach, it is hoped that the resulting information system can become an effective means of promoting and increasing the tourist attraction of sumber boto. Sumber boto is a natural tourist destination with unspoiled natural beauty, clear water flow and a calm and cool atmosphere. This natural beauty is a special attraction for tourists who want to enjoy natural beauty and seek tranquility, far from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. Tourism is one of the industries that has a strategic role in encouraging economic growth in a region. Abstract

The Indonesia Pintar Program at SD Negeri Plemahan 2, Sumobito District, utilizes the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. TOPSIS was selected due to its capability to offer optimal solutions by assessing how close alternatives are to the ideal solution.This study created a web-based information system to streamline the selection process of scholarship recipients. The system integrates various relevant criteria to assess the eligibility of candidates, such as economic conditions, academic performance, and other supporting factors. By applying the TOPSIS method, this system can offer more objective and structured recommendations in determining aid recipients.The study's results indicate that the information system not only enhances efficiency in the selection process but also provides better transparency and accuracy in decision-making. The school scholarship aid is granted to students in grades I-VI at SD Negeri Plemahan 2. The final TOPSIS calculation yielded a highest score of 0.916044465, selecting the students who correspond with the recipients of the school scholarship aid for the 2023/2024 academic year. Abstract

Abstract High-quality yet less popular anime recommendations are a need for users on MyAnimeList.net, a platform containing thousands of anime titles with varying ratings and viewership numbers. This study aims to apply the Apriori algorithm to determine anime recommendations with high ratings but low viewership, using data from MyAnimeList.net. In the growing anime industry, many high-quality anime titles receive little attention from viewers. Therefore, it is essential to develop a recommendation system that can help users discover anime they may have missed. The dataset used consists of rating and viewership data from MyAnimeList.net. Through filtering and analysis, the Apriori algorithm successfully identified relationships among anime titles that meet the criteria of high ratings and low viewership, resulting in more targeted recommendations. This research is expected to contribute to the development of data mining-based recommendation systems, especially for recommending content that is rarely viewed yet has high quality. The use of the Apriori algorithm in content recommendations also shows potential in helping users find preferences that are more diverse and relevant to their interests.
