Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan syariah di Indonesia (9,1%) menjadi tantangan dalam pengembangan ekonomi syariah. Mahasiswa sebagai generasi muda memiliki potensi besar sebagai agen perubahan dalam membangun ekonomi umat berbasis syariah, namun masih terkendala pengetahuan yang terbatas tentang investasi syariah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi investasi syariah mahasiswa Universitas Zainul Hasan Probolinggo melalui edukasi, pelatihan praktis, dan pembentukan komunitas investor syariah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap assessment, workshop pelatihan, dan evaluasi dengan melibatkan 56 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan literasi investasi syariah dari 25% menjadi 82% (peningkatan 57%), serta minat berinvestasi syariah dari 28% menjadi 95% (peningkatan 67%). Kesimpulan: Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat mahasiswa terhadap investasi syariah serta mendorong terbentuknya komunitas investor muda syariah untuk keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, paradigm changes occur in several aspects of life, one of which is in the field of human resources, especially leadership. In the past, leadership was only identified with men, but now many women are starting to occupy high positions as leaders. This article is a review that examines various challenges in women's leadership. Data was obtained from literature studies from various reference sources such as books, articles published in journals and other relevant sources. The results obtained show that there are efforts to realize equal rights and gender equality, so that women's opportunities to become leaders are not limited. Several women have succeeded in occupying strategic positions in both the political, economic and educational fields. However, there is still an opinion that opportunities for women are more due to policies that require women's representation, not because of their competence. Of course, this is completely unfounded, considering that women are also able to compete with men in terms of performance so that there is no longer any negative discriminatory treatment towards women. In the Islamic paradigm, women's position is equal to men. Even from an Islamic perspective, there are several aspects that still do not allow a woman to lead, such as being an imam during prayer. Meanwhile, from a social and cultural perspective, the patriarchal paradigm still applies in some communities, thereby limiting opportunities for women to become leaders.

Abstract

The number of Gen Z entrepreneurs in the 2024 KDLK Entrepreneurship Program at Unhasy who hold halal certification is less than half of the total participants. Additionally, their knowledge and understanding of halal assurance are limited. To address this issue, the Community Service Team from the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics at Unhasy, conducted a halal literacy education program for Gen Z entrepreneurs participating in the KDLK Entrepreneurship Program. Prior to this, the participants had never received similar halal literacy training. The program aims to enhance the quality of Gen Z entrepreneurs' products in the future through halal certification, enabling them to sustain and compete in the modern world. The activity also supports students without halal certification to independently register their businesses using the self-declare halal certification mechanism, facilitated by the community service team. The results show that all students in the KDLK Entrepreneurship Program successfully registered halal certification for their businesses.

Abstract

Nahdlatu tujjar merupakan organisasi yang di dirikan oleh KH Hasyim Asy’ari yang bergerak untuk mewadahi umat islam dalam bidang ekonomi demi terciptanya kemandirian umat. Menjabarkan pemahaman terkait Nahdlatu tujjar, merupakan bentuk pemikiran Ekonomi KH Hasyim Asy’ari untuk kemandirian umat islam pada masa itu yang mana umat islam masih belum terfokus dan tidak punya wadah yang jelas untuk bidang ekonomi sehingga mudah untuk di monopoli oleh Belanda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat di lingkungan tebuireng khususnya lingkup pesantren menjadi pondasi utama yang mempertahankan dan menerapkan pemikiran KH Hasyim Asy’ari ini hal ini terbukti dari berdiri dan berkembanganya unit lembaga usaha milik pesantren dan usaha milik masyarakat dengan menggunakan prinsip ekonomi islam sebagai dasarnya sehingga saling menguntungkan satu sama lain baik bagi para pembeli maupun penjual. Terlepas dari keberhasilan itu tetap saja ada sebagian masyarakat tebuireng yang tidak mengetahui secara langsung bahwa usaha yang mereka jalankan menerapkan sistem dagang yang di ajarkan KH Hasyim, oleh karena itu sosialiasi dan penguatan ekonomi dari nahdlatu tujjar menjadi salah satu cara untuk mencapai kemakmuran bersama di lingkup pesantren Tebuireng.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of halal labels, product variety, product quality, and competitive prices on consumer buying interest. In the era of globalization where consumer preferences are increasingly diverse, these factors can be the main attraction for consumers in choosing products. The research method used is a survey through a questionnaire given to 527 respondents who are potential consumers. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the halal label has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest. Consumers tend to choose products that have a halal label as a consideration of their halalness. In addition, product variety and product quality also have a significant positive influence on purchase intention. Consumers tend to be more interested in products with a variety of variations and have good quality. In addition, competitive prices also have a significant influence on consumer buying interest. These findings provide insight for producers and marketers to understand the importance of halal labeling, product variety, and product quality as well as competitive prices in increasing consumer buying interest. In addition, this study also provides a basis for further research on other factors that can influence consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Tingkat literasi keuangan yang tinggi  merupakan salah satu indikator akan maksimalnya pemahaman masyarakat akan literasi di bidang keuangan. Salah satu dampak dari tingginya tingkat literasi keuangan adalah pesatnya perkembangan produk dan jasa keuangan. Namun, kenyataannya di Indonesia tingkat literasi keuangan masih rendah sehingga berdampak pada kurangnya minat masyarakat akan produk dan layanan keuangan khususnya diperbankan. Banyak masyarakat khususnya masyarakat pinggiran yang masih enggan untuk menggunakan produk dan layanan perbankan khususnya perbankan Syariah yang notabene nya masih tergolong baru. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut perlunya adanya peningkatan literasi keuangan di kalangan masyarakat. Tim PKM dari Unhasy mengadakan pelatihan Peningkatan Literasi Perbankan Syariah Berbasis Digital Platform di SMK Perguruan Muallimat Cukir dengan tujuan untuk mengedukasi tentang produk dan layanan di perbankan Syariah, penghitungan pembiayaan dengan akad murabahah menggunakan penghitungan manual dan menggunakan aplikasi Kalkulator Syariah berbasis digital platform. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkat literasi dibidang keuangan Syariah khususnya untuk generasi muda. Hasil pelatihan adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang dibuktikan dengan semakin banyaknya jawaban yang benar saat post-test dibandingkan dengan jawaban pre-test

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya meningkatkan minat santri dalam menggunakan produk perbankan syariah, yang dipengaruhi oleh literasi keuangan syariah dan pemahaman terhadap risiko. Santri sebagai generasi muda muslim memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah, namun masih dihadapkan pada rendahnya pemahaman terhadap konsep dan risiko produk perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh antara literasi keuangan syariah dan risiko terhadap minat santri dalam memanfaatkan produk perbankan syariah, dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. 100 responden dari Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah 1–7 berpartisipasi dalam studi kuantitatif, yang menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa meskipun risiko tidak memiliki pengaruh yang jelas terhadap kepercayaan, literasi keuangan Islam memiliki pengaruh. Telah dibuktikan bahwa kepercayaan memediasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan Islam dan suku bunga serta memiliki dampak besar pada minat mahasiswa. Namun, hubungan antara risiko dan suku bunga tidak terlalu dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan. Menurut penelitian ini, kepercayaan dan minat mahasiswa terhadap produk perbankan Islam meningkat secara signifikan ketika mereka memiliki pengetahuan yang lebih besar tentang keuangan Islam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kerja sama antara lembaga keuangan Islam dan pesantren, seperti halnya pendidikan keuangan Islam yang berkelanjutan dan komunikasi risiko yang transparan.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of the Indonesian Stock Exchange Investment Gallery (GIBEI) in shaping the investment culture among students at Hasyim Asy'ari University. The presence of GIBEI in universities is expected to increase financial literacy and encourage student interest in the capital market. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method to explore students' experiences and perceptions of GIBEI. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with students who actively participated in GIBEI activities and observations of investment learning activities. The results showed that GIBEI had a significant impact on shaping students' understanding of capital market investment, increasing their interest in investing, and changing their mindset from consumptive to more productive and future-oriented. GIBEI also serves as a practical learning forum that bridges academic theory with real investment practice. However, there are still challenges in terms of student participation. This study is expected to contribute to the development of financial literacy programs in higher education and increase the effectiveness of GIBEI as a medium for investment learning.

Abstract

This study discusses the phenomenon of Starling, or mobile coffee vendors in Pasuruan, who have begun to utilise BSI Go Syariah QRIS as a medium for daily transactions. This phenomenon not only demonstrates a change in the economic behaviour of street micro-businesses, but also illustrates the effectiveness of BSI's marketing in penetrating the informal economic segment. This study aims to explore how the use of BSI QRIS by Starling vendors can support ease of transaction, enhance customer experience, and strengthen BSI's position as a provider of sharia financial services that is adaptive to grassroots market needs. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through field observations and in-depth interviews with Starling vendors and customers in the Pasuruan area. The results show that BSI's QRIS facilitates cashless transactions, reduces the risks associated with cash, and helps merchants record their daily income more regularly. From a marketing perspective, the adoption of BSI's QRIS in the street ecosystem is evidence of the success of BSI's market penetration strategy, particularly because customers feel more comfortable conducting sharia-compliant transactions. However, challenges remain in the form of digital literacy and internet connectivity issues. Overall, BSI's QRIS has proven effective in expanding BSI's marketing reach and strengthening its presence in the street economy.
