Abstract

Perkembangan Masa anak usia murahiqah merupakan sebuah periode dalam kehidupan manusia yang batasan usia seringkali tidak terlalu jelas dalam pertumbuhan fisiknya. Masa murahiqah ini sering dianggap sebagai masa peralihan, anak yang meranjak usia murahiqah tidak mau lagi diperlakukan sebagai anak-anak, tetapi dilihat dari pertumbuhan fisiknya ia belum dapat dikatakan orang dewasa. Anak usia murahiqah perlu dijaga dan dilindungi dalam masa pertumbuhan dengan cara membimbing agar anak usia murahiqah terjaga terhadap nilai-nilai negatif.

Abstract

Streptococcus mutans is a Gram-positive facultative anaerobic bacteria which has become the main cause of dental caries. Black pepper (Piper nigrum L ) is one of herbal plants that compose antibacterial compounds including alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, and essential oils. This study aims to determine the effect of black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) extract to inhibit of Streptococcus mutansgrowth. Black pepper extracts ware made by using maceration method. The effect of black pepper extract ( Piper nigrum L. ) in inhibition of Streptococcus mutansgrowth by using the disc diffusion method on Mueller Hinton Agar media. The concentration of black pepper ( Piper nigrum L.) extracts used in this study were 6.25%, 12.5%, 25%, 50%, 75%. The results of this study were analyzed by using the one-way ANOVA test showed that there was significant effect of black pepper extract on Streptococcus mutans growth with p-value (p <0.05), and then the data was tested by Least Significant Difference (LSD). Conclusion of this study showed that there was an effect of black pepper ( Piper nigrum L.) extract in inhibition of Streptococcus mutans growth with concentrations 75% is the optimum concentration which value 16.8 mm.

Abstract

Polder Liang yang berletakak ada di sebelah barat kota Martapura di desa tambak baru Kabupaten Banjar, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Luas polder lebih dari 900 Ha dikelilingi jalan sebagai tanggul polder liang berada di tiga kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Matapura, Karang Intan, Astambul. Polder liang memiliki beberapa pintu air yaitu 6 pintu air utama dan 29 pintu air kecil. Sistem pintu air yang ada di sekitaran polder masih bersifat manual. Perhitungan ini menggunakan metode Nreca untuk perhitungan debit andalan dan debit nreca dan metode panmen dan standar KP-01 untuk perhi tungan kebutuhan air pada BAB IV dan menghitung pengembangan lahan pertanian berdasarkan neraca air.Hasil Perhitungan kebutuhan air yang ada di desa tambak baru kecamatan martapura kabupaten banjar kebutuhan air tertinggi pada bulan juni II berjumlah dengan rata-rata 0,442 m3/detik ketersedian air dihitung dengan debit andalan 80% didapat rata-rata ketersedian air 31,095 dengan awal pola tanam digunakan juni II perhitungan neraca air yang ada di petak sawah pada bulan juni II 5,384 m3/detik.perhitungan perkembangan lahan yang awalny tercatat 638 Ha bisa di kembangkan menjadi 845 Ha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai penentuan kuantitas mahar dalam adat perkawinan di Desa Neurok Kecamatan Geulumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie dalam perspektif Fiqh Syafi’iyyah bertujuan untuk mengetahui penentuan kuantitas mahar dalam adat perkawinan di Desa Neurok dan kesesuaian dengan hukum Islam. Mahar merupakan pemberian wajib calon suami kepada calon istri sebagai aplikasi perintah syar’i. penetapan pemberian mahar dalam Islam tidak ditentukan jumlah dan bentuknya. Namun, hal ini berbeda dengan praktik yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Neurok Geulumpang Tiga yang menetapkan jumlah mahar. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian field research, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Neurok mempunyai tradisi yang relatif sama dengan daerah lainnya di Kabupaten Pidie dalam penetapan mahar perkawinan, tidak jarang tradisi penetapan jumlah mahar ini menimbulkan permasalahan, karena pihak laki-laki merasa diberatkan dengan aturan tersebut. Penetapan mahar dalam adat perkawinan masyarakat Desa Neurok ditetapkan oleh keluarga (orang tua) dan dirinya sendiri dalam menentukan besarnya mahar dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang diperhitungkan, yaitu status pekerjaan wanita yang akan dilamar. Kalau perempuan itu sudah bekerja, misalnya sebagai PNS, wajar maharnya tinggi dikarenakan orang tuanya sudah mengeluarkan biaya untuk pendidikan anak perempuannya hingga mendapatkan pekerjaan. Jika dilihat dari segi keturunan, apabila perempuan tersebut keturunan orang kaya maka maharnya tinggi, begitu juga dengan kecantikan dan tingkat pendidikan yang ditempuh oleh perempuan tersebut. Namun apabila perempuan tersebut orang biasa maka maharnya biasa saja menurut status sosial yang disandangnya. Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this community service initiative is to provide comprehensive productivity enhancement training specifically tailored for HR managers working in various companies. This training aims to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to improve productivity within their respective organizations. Design/methodology/approach – The training program utilizes a multifaceted approach, combining traditional lecture-based teaching, case method studies, and project-based learning. It spans over a 5-day period and took place at the Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Medan in August 2022. The training encompasses various modules, including an introductory session on productivity, planning, organizational strategies, and methods for analyzing and enhancing productivity. To assess the effectiveness of the training, participants undergo pre-test and post-test evaluations to measure the extent of their knowledge enhancement. Findings – The evaluation results reveal a noteworthy improvement in participants' comprehension and proficiency in enhancing productivity within their workplace environments. This indicates that the diverse and interactive training methods employed in the program directly contribute to enhancing productivity-related skills among HR managers. Originality/value – This community service initiative holds significant value as it addresses a specific and critical need for HR managers in various companies. By offering specialized training in productivity enhancement, it equips participants with valuable skills that can positively impact their organizations. Additionally, the use of diverse training methods ensures engagement and effective learning. Despite time constraints and potential challenges, this initiative has the potential to drive meaningful change and serve as a model for future community-focused training programs.

Abstract

Information technology can improve the quality of information obtained by Gampong Reulet residents, especially in integrated public services and archives. Steps for Sustainable Information Technology Management in Improving Digital Village Development in the Field of Public Services and Archives include identifying village needs and potential, developing digital technology infrastructure, developing digital content and applications to support village needs in the archives sector. and public services, developing the skills and capacity of village communities in utilizing digital technology, as well as monitoring and evaluating the results of digital village development. The aim of the service is to provide Gampong Reuleut digital innovation to improve public services by utilizing technology to improve the performance of village officials and the efficiency of delivering information services. Second, digitizing archives can provide easy access and storage of information in several media so that the information is not lost. The results of this service increase administrative activities of gampong officials, provide comprehensive details about sustainable village operations, speed up services, and disseminate information related to gampong reulet including providing information services. Furthermore, the service has increased the development of digital villages, which shows that 90% and 10% of service participants feel quite satisfied with the implementation of service activities.

Abstract

The use of digital media by MSMEs, which is increasingly competitive and growing rapidly, requires Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to implement effective and efficient marketing strategies. The use of digital media is very important in marketing SME products in the digital era. However, the problem faced is the lack of knowledge and skills of Uteunkot village residents in utilizing digital media as a marketing tool. Meanwhile, training and mentoring are effective solutions for increasing the use of digital media to support the growth and success of SMEs. This service aims to empower SMEs in Uteunkot Village through digital media to support increased marketing of SME products. The training material covers the use of social media, both content creation and online advertising strategies. The results of the Digital Media Utilization Training and Assistance service showed that 88% and 12% of respondents were satisfied with implementing the service activities. Then, the results of the solution's suitability are expected by partners to increase their productivity and market access using digital technology and be able to compete better in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) Guidance and counseling programs implemented by SDN 1 Matangkuli teachers in instilling discipline; 2) The role of SDN 1 Matangkuli teachers as implementers of guidance and counseling in instilling discipline; 3) Constraints of SDN 1 Matangkuli teachers as implementers of guidance and counseling in instilling discipline; 4) SDN 1 Matangkuli solution as an implementer of guidance and counseling in instilling discipline. This type of research is qualitative research with phenomenological design. Research is conducted by observation, interviews, and documentation and data validity is carried out by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study show: 1) The guidance and counseling program by SDN 1 Matangkuli teachers in instilling discipline is in accordance with the objectives, namely by applying a journal of daily events, spiritual and religiousities; 2) Class teachers actas educators, activity managers, consultants, role models/examples, problem solver; 3) The obstacles faced by SDN 1 Matangkuli teachers are the competence of class teachers as supervisors who are not qualified, less experienced and professional, guidance and counseling management that has not been organized and lack of communication with professional experts and guardians; 4) The solutions obtained by SDN 1 Matangkuli teachers are increasing the ability of class teachers as guides improving guidance and counseling management, conducting socialization by involving experts and communicating with parents in seeing the development of students.

Abstract

Coffee shop saat ini telah menjadi suatu bisnis yang berkembang dengan pesat. Dalam pelayanan di setiap Caffe di perlukan komunikasi antara pramusaji dengan pelanggan. Peran pelayanan yang menjadi petugas pelayanan merupakan ujung tombak Cafe jasa pelayanan yang akan berhadapan langsung dengan konsumen atau pelanggan Cafe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menekan bahwa penerapan komunikasi interpersonal pramusaji dalam memberika pelayanan di Station Coffee Premium Kota Lhokseumawe sangat baik komunikasi yang terjadi antara pengunjung dan pramusaji cukup baik Pengunjung merasa puas karena pramusaji dapat bersikap ramah, sopa dan mampu berbicara menggunakan bahasa Indonesia ataupun Bahasa Aceh. hal ini tentunya merupakan sebuah hal yang positif karena hal in akan berdampak baik bagi Station Coffee Premium Kota Lhokseumawe. Hambatan dalam penerapan komunikasi interpersonal dalam pelayanan di Station Coffee Premium Kota Lhokseumawe yaitu ada pengunjung yang kurang berinteraksi, ada pengunjung yang memiliki dialek yang berbeda, dan ada pengunjung yang cerewet.

Abstract

Although restrictions on religious freedom are stipulated in the Qanun, However, judging from modern legal science, both state law and international law, there is no formal law that regulates the sanction of converting, namely apostate fingers. Unlike Aceh, as an Islamic sharia region, Aceh has its own qanun where apostates will be subject to sanctions in the form of flogging, fines, imprisonment, and coaching to re-embrace Islam. This regulation is certainly a serious topic both from the perspective of Islamic and national legal authorities, especially how human rights institutions both locally and nationally respond to it. This article is classified as literature research with a qualitative approach. The methodology used is a comparative study of law, especially between conventional law and Aceh Qanun. The results of the study concluded that sociologically, regarding freedom of religion in Aceh Province, it does not conflict with international human rights because the uqubat ta'zir given to perpetrators is approved by all levels of Acehnese society. Precisely if uqubat ta'zir is not given to the perpetrators of apostate jarimah, then the stability of security and religious order in the province is shaken, and minorities, namely people of religions other than Islam, do not feel oppressed by the sociological impact of the law applied by the people of Aceh.
