Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tunjangan kinerja dan budaya organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja mereka di lingkungan Kejaksaan Tinggi Yogyakarta. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai yang bekerja di Kejaksaan Tinggi Yogyakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 175 orang dengan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan mencakup penyebaran kuesioner, dan observasi langsung. Uji instrument pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas konstruk dan uji reliabilitas, sedangkan untuk uji hiposesis menggunakan uji model fit, dan uji t-statistik melalui SmartPLS 3.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, tunjangan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara tunjangan kinerja dengan kinerja pegawai, dan budaya organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja Kata kunci: Tunjangan Kinerja, Budaya Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai, Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational justice, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment among community members of Kampung Batik Giriloyo, Wukirsari, Bantul, DIY. Design/methodology/approach: This study is a quantitative research, by examining the cause-and-effect relationship of the variables Organizational Justice, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment, with 42 respondents.  Data was collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1 to 5, where 1 indicated "strongly disagree" and 5 indicated "strongly agree".  The collected data is processed with the SPSS program. Research Findings: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational fairness and organizational commitment. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. (4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between organizational fairness, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Theoretical Contribution/Originality:  This integrated strategy includes a holistic approach that aims to simultaneously improve fairness, culture, and job satisfaction, which in turn will increase organizational commitment. By adopting this strategy, Paguyuban Kampung Batik Giriloyo can ensure long-term sustainability and success through the creation of an environment that supports and empowers each of its members. Abstract

So that organizational goal can be achived  employee performance is an important think that needs attention. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, compensation and motivation on employee performance by using Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. The subjects in this study were educational staff at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta.  The sample used was 121 respondents. Determination of the number of samples using the Krejcie-Morgan method. This research is a quantitative study. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique. The analysis tool used in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS), namely SEM which is based on variance with SmartPLS software. From the test results, the results were obtained: 1) Transformational Leadership Style affects Innovation Performance; 2) Compensation does not affect innovation performance; 3) Motivation Affects innovation performance; 4) Leadership style affects OCB; 5) Compensation has no Effect on OCB; 6) Motivation affects OCB; 7) OCB Affects Innovation Performance. The advice that can be given is the need to involve educational personnel in the implementation of activities at ISI Yogyakarta which can foster a sense of responsibility in each employee.Keywords: Compensation, Innovation performance, Motivation, OCB, Transformational leadership

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the work environment, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Yogyakarta City Health Office. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Yogyakarta City Health Office as many as 50 people. In this study, researchers used a saturated sampling technique, namely a sampling technique if all populations were sampled. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is regression with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 3). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. 4). Work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Employee commitment to the company is one guarantee for maintaining the continuity of the company. Employees who have commitment will work optimally with concentration, thought, energy and time and ensure that the tasks carried out are in accordance with the organization's goals. This research aims to determine the influence of work support, empowerment and organizational commitment on employees of ASTRA Honda Motor Gombong City. The population and sample in this research were all ASTRA Honda Motor Gombong City employees, totaling 50 people using saturated samples, data collection methods using questionnaires, analysis techniques using normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests. T test (partial), f test (simultaneous), multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination (R²). The research results show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment; work support does not have a positive and significant effect on employee Organizational Commitment; the role of costs has a positive and significant effect on employee Organizational Commitment; and the work environment, work support, and rewards simultaneously influence the Organizational Commitment of employees at Astra Honda Motor, Gombong city.

Abstract

Human resources are an asset for an organization's success and efficiency in attaining its vision and goals. Work quality will be a critical organizational factor. The purpose of this study was to discover the impact of persuasive communication, on-the-job training, and the function of informative leaders in increasing employee work quality. The research strategy employs quantitative survey methods. The study was conducted at the Dompu Regency Road Traffic and Transportation Service with a population of 200 people and a sample size of 134. The accidental sampling approach was used, along with a questionnaire study instrument. Instrument testing, including validity and reliability tests. Normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests are used to evaluate data requirements. Data analysis with multiple linear regression, statistical testing using partial tests, simultaneous tests and determination coefficient tests. According to the study's findings, leadership information and on-the-job training have considerable beneficial effects on employee work quality while persuasive communication has a marginally good effect. The findings of simultaneous tests reveal that they collectively have a considerable impact on the productivity of personnel at the Dompu Regency Road Traffic and Transportation Service.

Abstract

Human Resources is a determining factor in the success of an organization. Democratic leadership style can influence aspects of organizational life. Work motivation can encourage employees to do their work well. An important factor in improving performance is the work environment, where the creation of an effective work environment can increase job satisfaction within the organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of democratic leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on job satisfaction at the regional secretariat of East Flores Regency. The research design used in this research uses casual research with a quantitative approach. Primary data in this research is data obtained through the results of questionnaires distributed to employees and measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 144 employees working in the East Flores Regency regional secretariat office with a research sample of 59 people taken using the accidental sampling technique. Data is processed and analyzed through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of democratic leadership style and work motivation on work satisfaction. However, work environment variables do not affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between job satisfaction, work motivation and work environment on employee commitment. This quantitative research using census techniques involved 43 employees of PT. Alta Danan Jaya Abadi. The hypothesis testing process was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results showed that job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on employee commitment, but work motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. The practical implication is that there needs to be reinforcement in increasing salaries, co-workers, and direction from superiors so that employee commitment is maintained.

Abstract

This research to examine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Saffah Convection Sukoharjo. This research is quantitative with the sampling method being non-probability and the sampling technique using saturated sampling which takes 100% of the total population of Saffah Convection Sukoharjo employees, namely as many as 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Version 25 application. The results of this study indicated that the organizational culture variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) with a value of 0.025. Then the motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) with a value of 0.003. In addition, the organizational culture variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.026. The motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.015 and the job satisfaction variable (Z) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.016. In addition, the results of the study also show that job satisfaction can act as an intervening variable for the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at the Saffah Convection of Sukoharjo. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, leadership, on work ethic and determine the effect that occurs indirectly on job satisfaction which acts as a mediator in Hotel Sartika. The method used in this research is quantitative. Primary data from a questionnaire with 50 respondents using the saturated sample method, where all members of the population will be sampled. The validity and reliability tests were used by researchers to test the quality of the data, with data analysis. The techniques used were the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and sobel test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, this shows that compensation does not have a positive and significant effect on work ethic, leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on work ethic, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction job, satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on work ethic.
