Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership, extrinsic rewards, and employee welfare on job satisfaction. The population used was all employees from the KSPPS BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul head office totaling 38 employees. Saturated sampling is used as a sampling technique and quantitative method, carried out by collecting data by distributing questionnaires using Google Forms directly. Data analysis processing was carried out using SPSS Version 20 to determine the hypothesis results using multiple linear regression analysis and supported by t-test hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while extrinsic rewards do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Apart from that, it was also found that employee welfare had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of Education, Training, and Work Environment on Employee Performance and provide strategic insights for human resource management. This study uses a quantitative approach with the census method, involving the entire employee population in Sleman City Mall which totals 114 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 that included variables of training, education, work environment, and employee performance. The questionnaire is distributed through the appropriate media, with clear instructions for filling and returning. The collected data was analyzed using Path Analysis (SEM) with the help of AMOS software, which included initial data processing, preparation of measurement models, construction of structural models, and hypothesis testing to test the relationships between variables. The results of the analysis show that education plays an important role in improving employee abilities and productivity as well as decision-making capacity. Continuous training strengthens technical and non-technical skills and helps employees adapt to industry changes. However, the Work Environment proved to be the most dominant factor, affecting employee motivation, comfort, and productivity. In conclusion, management needs to strategically integrate education, training, and improvement of the work environment to achieve optimal performance. The implications for organizations include the importance of investing in employee education, developing continuous training programs, and creating a conducive work environment. These measures will increase employee productivity, satisfaction, and loyalty, as well as create a sustainable competitive advantage for the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengtahui pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan,  pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Pengaruh Budaya Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan,, Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan Pengaruh Budaya Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode sampling jenuh/sensus, Jumlah Sampel 71 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer diambil langsung menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Uji Hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan Servant Leadership tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Budaya Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan,, Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan Budaya Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kata Kunci: Servant Leadership, Komunikasi Interpersonal, Budaya Kerja, Kinerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The objective of the present research was to examine the effects of Knowledge Management on Sustainability Practices in the communication forum of the Tourism Village Development of Sleman regency. In this study, a quantitative approach with survey design was used to obtain data from 80 members of the forum using a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 22.0 to check for validity and reliability, while examination of the structural model was done using SEM-PLS software. The analysis shows that in the initial test of the effect of Knowledge Management on Sustainability Practices, the coefficient was 0.461, the t-statistic was 3.599, and the p-value was 0.000, which is statistically significant. Hence, Knowledge Management has been found to be positively contributing towards the improvement of Sustainability Practices in the forum. Effective knowledge management enables managers of tourism villages to respond to environmental challenges, implement sustainable practices successfully, and enhance the well-being of the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantul secara parsial dan simultan. Dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh pegawai sebanyak 45 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan saturation sampling (sampel jenuh), serta metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Olah data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 27 (Statistical package for the Social Sciences). Analisis kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) play a crucial role in an organization, impacting its performance and success. Strategic HR management is essential for optimal employee placement, development, and utilization, enabling organizations to harness human resources for achieving company goals. This study analyzes the relationship between organizational commitment, work stress, and the work environment concerning Turnover Intention. Researchers aim to understand how organizational commitment levels, job stress, and work environment quality contribute to employees' inclination to leave. Using a quantitative approach, data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Analysis using the SPSS program provided deeper insights into the relationship between organizational commitment, work stress, and the work environment in the context of Turnover Intention. Findings indicate that organizational commitment (KO) lacks a significant effect on job change intention (IT). Work stress (SK) shows a positive but nonsignificant impact on intention to move, while the work environment (LK) has a positive and significant effect on changing job intentions. The study suggests that attention to organizational commitment, work stress, and work environment can potentially reduce job change desires. These insights guide management in developing strategies to enhance employee well-being and retention, contributing to organizational stability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Studi tersebut menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; Namun lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai yang optimal di bidang jasa pariwisata dapat dicapai melalui kepemimpinan transformasional yang efektif, sementara variabel-variabel tertentu mungkin tidak memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam konteks ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, pelatihan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Koperasi Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita yang berjumlah 55 orang karyawan, dengan sampel sebanyak 50 karyawan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria karyawan tetap yang sudah bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan secara langsung kepada responden. Digunakan Uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan) untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi kerja karyawan. 2) Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi kerja karyawan. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi kerja karyawan. 4) secara simultan Kepemimpinan transformasional, Pelatihan kerja, dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional; Pelatihan kerja; Motivasi kerja; Prestasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The$ purpose$ of this study is to analyze$ the$ influe$nce$ of transformational le$ade$rship and quality of work life$ on Organizational Citize$nship Be$havior (OCB) with organizational commitme$nt as a me$diating variable$ in PT Rumah Be$rsama Se$lule$r. This study use$s a quantitative$ approach with data colle$cte$d through que$stionnaire$s. The$ re$se$arch sample$ include$s all e$mploye$e$s of PT Rumah Be$rsama Se$lule$r, which is 98 re$sponde$nts. The$ re$sults of the$ analysis of this study show that all hypothe$se$s are$ acce$pte$d, name$ly transformational le$ade$rship and quality of work life$ affe$ct organizational commitme$nt and organizational citize$nship be$havior. The$ variable$ of organizational commitme$nt also affe$cts organizational citize$nship be$havior. This shows that e$mploye$e$s who have$ a high quality of work life$ and organizational commitme$nt, can incre$ase$ e$mploye$e$ OCB. Abstract

Purpose - The objective of this research is to investigate how Employee Engagement impacts Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Resistance to Change as a moderating factor among Dalmas Ditsamapta Polda DIY personnel. The study utilizes a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for analysis. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, focusing on Dalmas Ditsamapta Polda DIY personnel who are at least 18 years old. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using WarpPLS version. Design/methodology/approach - This study employs a quantitative research design, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for data analysis. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, focusing on Dalmas Ditsamapta Polda DIY personnel aged 18 and above. Data collection was conducted via a Likert scale-based questionnaire, and analysis was performed using WarpPLS version. Originality -  This research contributes to the existing literature by examining the role of Employee Engagement in influencing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) within a police institution, with Resistance to Change as a moderating factor. The study enriches theoretical discussions on OCB, particularly in the context of law enforcement. Findings and Discussion - The results showed that: (1) Quality of Work Life (QWL) has a significant effect on OCB, where a comfortable and supportive work environment can increase personnel's voluntary work behavior, including willingness to work overtime. (2) Employee Engagement does not have a significant effect on OCB, which indicates that the company's lack of communication and involvement with personnel leads to low appreciation and work motivation. (3) Resistance to Change is shown to moderate the relationship between QWL, Employee Engagement, and OCB. Personnel facing new regulations often feel anxious and are encouraged to improve skills through collaboration between team members. Conclusion - This research provides a theoretical contribution to the study of OCB, particularly in police institutions. It highlights the importance of increasing personnel engagement and building a supportive work environment to foster more positive work behaviors. Further research is encouraged to explore different variables and analysis methods to gain broader insights into the factors that influence OCB.
