Abstract

The growth of MSMEs in Banyumashas experienced rapid development. Some MSME actors in the region have utilized QRIS as an online transaction tool, which offers various advantages. However, the implementation of QRIS still faces several obstacles, such as limited network infrastructure,as well as social and cultural aspects related to the acceptance and adaptation of technology in society. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the acceptance of QRIS usage by MSME actors in Banyumas using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The external variables analyzed include information quality, system quality, and computer self-efficacy. The sample size used was 150 respondents. The research results show that the factors of information quality and computer self-efficacy do not impactperceived usefulness. Conversely, all the external factors analyzed have a significant impact on perceived ease of use. Additionally, the research findings reveal that perceived usefulness does not influence behavioral intention, whereas perceived ease ofuse affects behavioral intention. Furthermore, the factor of behavioral intention has a positive impact on actual system use of QRIS technology among MSME actors in Banyumas.

Abstract

The “AntriSmecone” queuing system was implemented in the PPDB process at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto to improve efficiency by up to 70%. However, the system encountered several issues, such as race condition conflicts in queue numbers and code execution errors caused by automatic translation. This study employs the IT-IL V3 framework, focusing on the Service Operation domain to analyze IT service management, particularly in the subdomains of incident management and request fulfillment. The research methodology includes interviews, observations, questionnaire distribution, and literature studies. The analysis results indicate that the system's maturity level is at level 4 (Managed and Measurable), with an average score of 3.74. The system has structured and monitored procedures, allowing deviations to be effectively addressed. Recommendations were formulated to optimize incident management and fulfill user requests. This study contributes to the development of the “AntriSmecone” system to ensure service quality and efficiency in the PPDB process.

Abstract

One of the benefits of the development of information systems is to increase effectiveness, efficiency and convenience in various aspects of technological life, especially in the scope of education, such as at SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas which implements a library visit system. But there are also challenges in its implementation, such as theft of personal data and misuse of data by irresponsible people. By conducting an information system audit, we can better understand the weaknesses of the system, for example, using COBIT 5 to view and evaluate the information system. as in the questionnaire that we distributed shows that there are 79% of students feel safe about the library visit system and 4.8% of students feel that the library visit system is not secure enough for almost the same reasons such as the authentication system that only relies on a username in the form of NIS and no password. From this data we can provide recommendations such as implementing a password system and 2-factor authentication in order to better protect personal data, files, systems, networks, and so on so that the system becomes better and more secure.

Abstract

Sistem administrasi pada Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) melibatkan penggunaan dua pendekatan utama antarmuka grafis (GUI) melalui web console dan antarmuka baris perintah (CLI) melalui terminal. Penelitian ini membahas keuntungan dari kedua jenis pendekatan adminsitrasi sistem pada Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) dari browser web. Dengan menggunakan metode IT-IL V3 memberikan panduan tentang bagaimana merencanakan, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola layanan TI secara efektif, dengan fokus pada kualitas layanan, menghemat biaya, dan pengelolaan risiko. Web console GUI menyediakan sistem pengelolaan yang lebih ilusi dan visual melalui web browser, sementara terminal CLI menawarkan penghentian dan kontrol yang lebih mendalam melalui penggunaan perintah baris. Fleksibilitas ini memungkinkan administrator untuk mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas rutin, melakukan debug sistem yang kompleks, dan menyesuaikan pengaturan sesuai kebutuhan spesifik organisasi mereka. Dalam konteks pengelolaan keamanan, web console GUI dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih visual tentang pengaturan SELinux dan manajemen kebijakan keamanan, sementara CLI memberikan akses langsung ke perintah seperti sestatus dan setenforce yang diperlukan untuk penyesuaian dan pemecahan masalah lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa selain grafik dan teks perbedaannya terdapat pada penyesuaian kebutuhan sistem administrasi yang kompleks dan efektif.

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi menjadikan teknologi informasi sebagai elemen penting bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi dinamika bisnis yang kompleks. Evoluz adalah sistem manajemen tugas dan pelaporan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah alur kerja internal dan meningkatkan layanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi sistem Evoluz menggunakan kerangka ITIL V.3, khususnya domain Service Design, untuk mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif terstruktur melalui survei, wawancara, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Evoluz efektif dalam manajemen tugas, ditemukan beberapa kesenjangan pada komponen ITIL seperti Service Catalogue Management dan Service Level Management. Sebanyak 25% SLA tidak tercapai, dan katalog layanan belum komprehensif. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi pembaruan katalog layanan, otomatisasi pemantauan SLA, serta peningkatan kapasitas dengan migrasi ke cloud.

Abstract

PT Jadi Kaya Raya Bersama, founded in 2024 in Banyumas, Indonesia, focuses on providing reliable financial recording solutions for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through fintech-based applications. The platform is designed to support transaction recording, financial monitoring, and reporting processes to improve MSME financial management. Despite its significant potential, several technical issues have hindered the application’s performance and service quality. Key problems identified include disruptions in the WhatsApp Bot API, user authentication errors, and the lack of integration with banking systems and digital wallet services. These challenges affect transaction recording accuracy, operational efficiency, and the security of user financial data. To identify the root causes of these issues and propose appropriate solutions, a system audit was conducted using the COBIT framework as a governance and management evaluation tool. The audit process involved assessing system performance, control mechanisms, and IT service management practices. The results indicate that API disruptions were primarily caused by network instability and configuration errors, which led to interruptions in automated transaction recording services. Meanwhile, authentication problems were associated with weak login mechanisms and insufficient identity verification processes. In addition, the application’s inability to integrate with banking and e-money services created limitations in transaction synchronization and reduced overall user convenience. Based on these findings, several strategic recommendations are proposed. These include optimizing API performance, strengthening authentication systems through the implementation of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and developing integration capabilities with banking institutions and digital wallet platforms. The implementation of these improvements is expected to enhance system efficiency, data security, and service quality. Ultimately, strengthening the fintech application’s performance will support MSMEs financial management and contribute to sustainable digital economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing a Learning Management System (LMS) that incorporates gamification elements while addressing student learning styles based on the Felder-Silverman Learning Style Model (FSLSM). Using Agile methodology in the development process, the LMS is designed to deliver a more personalized learning experience, with features tailored to students' unique learning style preferences. The research process began with a comprehensive user needs analysis, followed by iterative design and development in accordance with Agile principles. System evaluation involved user feedback and performance analysis, revealing that the developed LMS increased student engagement by 25% and improved learning motivation by 30% compared to the previous system. Furthermore, 88% of users reported a positive experience with the personalized features, and the system achieved an overall satisfaction score of 85% in usability testing. These results demonstrate that the LMS effectively enhances student motivation and engagement in the learning process while providing a more individualized learning experience. This research contributes to the advancement of adaptive and responsive learning systems that better meet the diverse needs of students.

Abstract

This paper explores the use of machine learning, specifically the Random Forest algorithm, to detect fraudulent transactions in digital financial systems. As digital finance grows, the risk of fraud increases, making effective detection systems crucial for maintaining trust and security. The study focuses on identifying key factors influencing fraudulent transactions, such as transaction amount and type, and evaluates the model's performance using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC metrics. Results show that Random Forest outperforms traditional methods, achieving high accuracy of 95%, precision of 1.00 for fraudulent transactions, and an AUC of 0.98, indicating excellent discriminatory power. By analyzing transaction data, the model identifies important patterns, offering financial institutions practical insights for enhancing fraud detection systems. The findings suggest that focusing on critical features like transaction amount and transfer type can optimize detection systems. However, limitations include the need for further exploration of additional features, such as user behavior, and the integration of more advanced techniques to address emerging fraud tactics. The study’s outcomes provide a robust framework for improving fraud detection in the evolving landscape of digital transactions.

Abstract

Employee resignation poses a significant challenge to organizational stability and workforce planning. This study aims to analyze the key factors influencing employee resignation by developing an interpretable predictive model using the Decision Tree algorithm. The analysis is conducted on the IBM HR Analytics dataset, which includes 1,470 employee records with diverse demographic, behavioral, and job-related attributes. To address the issue of class imbalance—where resignation cases are underrepresented—the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) is applied to enhance model sensitivity and balance. After a comprehensive data preprocessing phase, including feature selection and label encoding, the Decision Tree model is trained with a limited depth to reduce overfitting and maintain interpretability. The model achieves an accuracy of 77%, with a recall of 0.80 and an F1-score of 0.77 for the resignation class. Feature importance analysis identifies stock option level, job satisfaction, monthly income, relationship satisfaction, and job involvement as the most influential predictors. These findings provide actionable insights for human resource practitioners seeking to implement targeted and data-driven employee retention strategies. The study highlights the practical value of interpretable machine learning models in human capital analytics.

Abstract

Staring at a gadget screen too often can have a negative impact on a child's development and health. The consequence or impact of excessive use of gadgets in children is that it worsens the child's motor function abilities and increases the risk of early obesity. Daily screen time or known as daily screen time is a screen time management setting that allows parents to manage application usage. The problem that often occurs in some of the Association of Guardians of SDN 3 Purwanegara students is that on average they are working mothers, either office workers or traders who cannot supervise their children full twenty-four (24) hours. Sometimes after school they don't know where their children are, how long they use their gadgets, and they can't control what applications they access. The aim of this supervision is to protect children from the negative effects of using technology. Especially for working mothers who cannot supervise 24-hour gadget use and monitor their children's location. So that children can avoid bad things that can affect the future. Currently there are many Screen Time & Location Tracker applications that are applications to help parents manage their children's use of technology which can be controlled remotely. One of them is Find My Kids and Google Family Link. This allows parents to set a daily screen time limit to get notifications when that time has been reached and also helps parents know where their child is.
