Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi sangat mempengaruhi bidang Pendidikan, saat ini Pendidikan dapat dilakukan dengan online learning method, salah satu teknologi tersebut yaitu Learning Management System (LMS). LMS merupakan salah satu teknologi yang dapat membantu para pendidik dengan mengakses course, mengerjakan UTS dan UAS secara online. Permasalahan yang dihadapi instansi pendidikan pada LMS yaitu user interface yang belum baik. Hal tersebut membuat peneliti ingin memperbaiki user interface agar Mahasiswa dapat menggunakannya lebih nyaman dan tidak kebingungan saat mengoperasikannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dapat memperbaiki tampilan LMS serta memberikan rekomendasi tampilan LMS baru untuk instansi pendidikan. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu membuat desain ulang untuk user interface dengan menggunakan metode design thinking. Design thinking memiliki 5 tahapan diantaranya emphatize, define, ideate, prototype dan test. Hasil penelitian ini berupa desain rekomendasi user interface LMS instansi pendidikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktukan bahwa design baru memiliki kenaikan signifikan sebesar 84% yang sebelumnya hanya sebesar 64%, dengan metode A/B testing. Mendapatkan hasil 0,001 untuk uji validitas yang artinya semua data dinyatan valid, dan nilai > 0,90 untuk Cronbach’s Alpha if Item Deleted yang artinya nilai reliabilitasnya sangat tinggi.

Abstract

The growth of MSMEs in Banyumashas experienced rapid development. Some MSME actors in the region have utilized QRIS as an online transaction tool, which offers various advantages. However, the implementation of QRIS still faces several obstacles, such as limited network infrastructure,as well as social and cultural aspects related to the acceptance and adaptation of technology in society. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the acceptance of QRIS usage by MSME actors in Banyumas using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The external variables analyzed include information quality, system quality, and computer self-efficacy. The sample size used was 150 respondents. The research results show that the factors of information quality and computer self-efficacy do not impactperceived usefulness. Conversely, all the external factors analyzed have a significant impact on perceived ease of use. Additionally, the research findings reveal that perceived usefulness does not influence behavioral intention, whereas perceived ease ofuse affects behavioral intention. Furthermore, the factor of behavioral intention has a positive impact on actual system use of QRIS technology among MSME actors in Banyumas.

Abstract

The “AntriSmecone” queuing system was implemented in the PPDB process at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto to improve efficiency by up to 70%. However, the system encountered several issues, such as race condition conflicts in queue numbers and code execution errors caused by automatic translation. This study employs the IT-IL V3 framework, focusing on the Service Operation domain to analyze IT service management, particularly in the subdomains of incident management and request fulfillment. The research methodology includes interviews, observations, questionnaire distribution, and literature studies. The analysis results indicate that the system's maturity level is at level 4 (Managed and Measurable), with an average score of 3.74. The system has structured and monitored procedures, allowing deviations to be effectively addressed. Recommendations were formulated to optimize incident management and fulfill user requests. This study contributes to the development of the “AntriSmecone” system to ensure service quality and efficiency in the PPDB process.

Abstract

One of the benefits of the development of information systems is to increase effectiveness, efficiency and convenience in various aspects of technological life, especially in the scope of education, such as at SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas which implements a library visit system. But there are also challenges in its implementation, such as theft of personal data and misuse of data by irresponsible people. By conducting an information system audit, we can better understand the weaknesses of the system, for example, using COBIT 5 to view and evaluate the information system. as in the questionnaire that we distributed shows that there are 79% of students feel safe about the library visit system and 4.8% of students feel that the library visit system is not secure enough for almost the same reasons such as the authentication system that only relies on a username in the form of NIS and no password. From this data we can provide recommendations such as implementing a password system and 2-factor authentication in order to better protect personal data, files, systems, networks, and so on so that the system becomes better and more secure.

Abstract

Sistem administrasi pada Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) melibatkan penggunaan dua pendekatan utama antarmuka grafis (GUI) melalui web console dan antarmuka baris perintah (CLI) melalui terminal. Penelitian ini membahas keuntungan dari kedua jenis pendekatan adminsitrasi sistem pada Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) dari browser web. Dengan menggunakan metode IT-IL V3 memberikan panduan tentang bagaimana merencanakan, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola layanan TI secara efektif, dengan fokus pada kualitas layanan, menghemat biaya, dan pengelolaan risiko. Web console GUI menyediakan sistem pengelolaan yang lebih ilusi dan visual melalui web browser, sementara terminal CLI menawarkan penghentian dan kontrol yang lebih mendalam melalui penggunaan perintah baris. Fleksibilitas ini memungkinkan administrator untuk mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas rutin, melakukan debug sistem yang kompleks, dan menyesuaikan pengaturan sesuai kebutuhan spesifik organisasi mereka. Dalam konteks pengelolaan keamanan, web console GUI dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih visual tentang pengaturan SELinux dan manajemen kebijakan keamanan, sementara CLI memberikan akses langsung ke perintah seperti sestatus dan setenforce yang diperlukan untuk penyesuaian dan pemecahan masalah lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa selain grafik dan teks perbedaannya terdapat pada penyesuaian kebutuhan sistem administrasi yang kompleks dan efektif.

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi menjadikan teknologi informasi sebagai elemen penting bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi dinamika bisnis yang kompleks. Evoluz adalah sistem manajemen tugas dan pelaporan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah alur kerja internal dan meningkatkan layanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi sistem Evoluz menggunakan kerangka ITIL V.3, khususnya domain Service Design, untuk mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif terstruktur melalui survei, wawancara, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Evoluz efektif dalam manajemen tugas, ditemukan beberapa kesenjangan pada komponen ITIL seperti Service Catalogue Management dan Service Level Management. Sebanyak 25% SLA tidak tercapai, dan katalog layanan belum komprehensif. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi pembaruan katalog layanan, otomatisasi pemantauan SLA, serta peningkatan kapasitas dengan migrasi ke cloud.

PT Jadi Kaya Raya Bersama, which was founded in 2024 in Banyumas , Indonesia, focuses on providing solution recording reliable finance​ for Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through fintech applications . Although application This own potential big , a number of problem technical hinder its performance , including disruption in WhatsApp Bot API, error authentication users , and the lack of integration with system banking as well as digital wallet . Problems This influence accuracy recording transactions , efficiency operational , and user data security . For identify reason problems and provide the right solution , conduct a system audit with use COBIT framework . The audit results showed that API disruptions are caused by instability network and errors configuration , while problem authentication related with weak login mechanism . Inability application For integrated with service banking and e-money are obstacles comfort users . Therefore that , it is recommended For do API optimization , improving system authentication with authentication two factor (2FA), as well as develop integration with service banking and e-money. Improvements This expected can increase efficiency , safety and quality service PT Jadi Kaya Raya Bersama fintech application , which in the end support growth of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research focuses on designing a Learning Management System (LMS) that incorporates gamification elements while addressing student learning styles based on the Felder-Silverman Learning Style Model (FSLSM). Using Agile methodology in the development process, the LMS is designed to deliver a more personalized learning experience, with features tailored to students' unique learning style preferences. The research process began with a comprehensive user needs analysis, followed by iterative design and development in accordance with Agile principles. System evaluation involved user feedback and performance analysis, revealing that the developed LMS increased student engagement by 25% and improved learning motivation by 30% compared to the previous system. Furthermore, 88% of users reported a positive experience with the personalized features, and the system achieved an overall satisfaction score of 85% in usability testing. These results demonstrate that the LMS effectively enhances student motivation and engagement in the learning process while providing a more individualized learning experience. This research contributes to the advancement of adaptive and responsive learning systems that better meet the diverse needs of students.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan nasional memiliki subsistem pendidikan, yaitu pendidikan formal, pendidikan non-formal, dan pendidikan informal. Pendidikan nasional memiliki subsistem pendidikan yaitu pendidikan nonformal salah satu bentuk penyelenggaraan pendidikan non-formal yaitu Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM). PKBM Kartika merupakan salah satu penyelenggara PKBM di Kabupaten Purbalingga yang menyelenggarakan Program Pendidikan Kesetaraan, yang terdiri dari Paket B dan Paket C. Kendala pada mata pelajaran keterampilan berwirausaha di PKBM Kartika adalah materi pemasaran produk agar omset meningkat, sedangkan warga belajar PKBM Kartika belum memiliki keterampilan dalam memasarkan menggunakan teknologi (Digital Marketing) dan tutor PKBM belum terampil praktik pemasaran produk dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi digital (Digital Marketing). Upaya penggunaan digital marketing dapat dilakukan menggunakan media sosial yang terkemuka seperti Instagram, Facebook, X, Youtube dan berbagai macam platform media sosial lainnya. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 9 Oktober 2024 dengan tujuan kegiatan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan keterampilan warga belajar dan Tutor PKBM Kartika dalam pemasaran produk dan jasa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi (Digital Marketing). Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman warga belajar PKBM Kartika tentang digital marketing mengalami peningkatan. Kata kunci: PKBM; teknologi; digital marketing AbstractNational education has educational subsystems, namely formal education, non-formal education, and informal education. National education has a subsystems of education, one of which is non-formal education, and one form of organizing non-formal education is the Community Learning Center (PKBM). PKBM Kartika is one of the organizers of PKBM in Purbalingga Regency that conducts the Equal Education Program, which consists of Package B and Package C. The challenge in the entrepreneurship skills subject at PKBM Kartika is the marketing material to increase sales, while the learners at PKBM Kartika do not yet have the skills to market using technology (Digital Marketing), and the tutors at PKBM are not skilled in practicing product marketing by utilizing advancements in digital technology (Digital Marketing). Efforts to utilize digital marketing can be carried out using prominent social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and various other social media platforms. The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance the skills of learners and tutors at PKBM Kartika in marketing products and services by utilizing technology (Digital Marketing). Abstract

This paper explores the use of machine learning, specifically the Random Forest algorithm, to detect fraudulent transactions in digital financial systems. As digital finance grows, the risk of fraud increases, making effective detection systems crucial for maintaining trust and security. The study focuses on identifying key factors influencing fraudulent transactions, such as transaction amount and type, and evaluates the model's performance using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC metrics. Results show that Random Forest outperforms traditional methods, achieving high accuracy of 95%, precision of 1.00 for fraudulent transactions, and an AUC of 0.98, indicating excellent discriminatory power. By analyzing transaction data, the model identifies important patterns, offering financial institutions practical insights for enhancing fraud detection systems. The findings suggest that focusing on critical features like transaction amount and transfer type can optimize detection systems. However, limitations include the need for further exploration of additional features, such as user behavior, and the integration of more advanced techniques to address emerging fraud tactics. The study’s outcomes provide a robust framework for improving fraud detection in the evolving landscape of digital transactions.
