Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the empirical relationship to trust, service quality to trust, relationship and service quality to trust, and trust in loyalty, both partially and simultaneously at PT BPR Makmur Artha Sedaya Pamulang, South Tangerang City. Quantitative associative research methods with verification research. PT BPR Makmur Artha Sedaya Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan. A total of 1153 income. The number of research samples is 92 respondents. Method of collecting data; observation, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analysis method; Analysis of the feasibility test of the data, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. Data analysis using inferencing statistics: Simple Linear Regression Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Hypothesis Test (t-Test and Test f). The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the relationship to trust, related positively and significantly to the partial quality of trust, positively and significantly related simultaneously between the relationship and service quality to trust, positively and significantly related to the trust priority to sales loyalty at PT. BPR Makmur Artha Sedaya Pamulang City of South Tangerang

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the influence of free cash flow, leverage, growth rate, size of the company, and the profitability of the dividend policy. Data collection is collected in manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011 - 2013 as many as 11 companies. The independent variables used is free cash flow, leverage, growth rate, size of company, and profitability. The dependent variable used is the dividend policy. The analytical method used is the normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test, autokolerasi test, coefficient determination test, F test, t test, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that the F test that free cash flow, leverage,  growth rate,   size of company, and profitability simultaneously affect the dividend  policy. T test     results that the company's growth and profitability partially affect  the dividend policy  while free cash flow, leverage, and the size of the company partially no  effect on    dividend policy. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at P.T. Sinar Citra Abadi in Pamulang. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. This study of the work environment variable obtained an average score of 5.616 with suitable criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 5.729 with suitable criteria. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 20.320 + 0.658X, and the correlation coefficient value of 0.750 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 56.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Pendidikan Literasi Keuangan Pada Anak Yang Berhadapan Dengan Hukum Di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Jakarta. Mengedukasi bagaimana pentingnya pendidikan literasi keuangan pada anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum di LPKA Kelas II Jakarta, bagaiamana penerapan nilai literasi keuangan yang efektif bagi Anak Didik Pemasyarakatan di LPKA Kelas II Jakarta dan peran serta keluarga untuk menanamkan nilai pendidikan literasi keuangan ini bagi Anak Didik Pemasyarakatan  di LPKA Kelas II Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan yang dilanjutkan dengan pemberian kuesioner tentang pemahaman pengelolaan keuangan keluarga, serta wawancara.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Literasi Keuangan Pada Anak, Pengelolaan  KeuanganThis service is entitled Financial Literacy Education for Children in Conflict with the Law at the Special Class II Children's Development Institute, Jakarta. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat terhadap peningkatan jumlah penyaluran yang dijalankan oleh UPDB Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Tangerang. Strategi pasar meliputi Segmenting, Targeting dan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan Analisis Persaingan Model Lima Kekuatan Porter, analisis matriks IFE, analisis matriks EFE, analisis matriks IE serta analisis matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan implementasi strategi pemasaran UPDB saat ini dilihat dari analisis matriks IE berada pada titik temu IFE 276 dan EFE 332 yang berarti pada Kuadran Tumbuh dan Membangun, strategi bauran pemasaran dengan fokus utama pada harga dengan bunga layanan rendah, serta dari analisis IFE dengan jumlah kekuatan IFE 1,91 dan jumlah kelemahan 0,85 maka UPDB memiliki posisi interval yang relatif kuat, sedangkan jika dilihat dari analisis matriks EFE dengan jumlah peluang sebesar 1,92 dan ancaman EFE sebesar 1,40 UPDB merespon dengan baik terhadap kesempatan dan ancaman yang ada. Dengan jumlah skor EFE 3,32 maka strategi UPDB secara efektif memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dan meminimilisasi potensi dampak yang merusak dari ancaman internal. Strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat menurut hasil analisis SWOT diperoleh beberapa program kerja dari beberapa alternative strategi yang bisa di jalankan oleh UPDB seperti meningkatkan promosi, menjalin kordinasi kemitraan, meningkatkan teknologi, melakukan perluasan pasar, membuat aturan terhadap regulasi top up, meningkatkan hubungan, kompetensi, kemampuan dan meningkatkan informasi layanan pick up service.Kata Kunci :     Analisis SWOT, Matriks IFE, Matriks EFE, Matriks IE, Strategi Pemasaran.

Abstract

The study of Government Care to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Developing Public Welfare of Indonesia Review by Philosophy of Science. Data’s consisted both primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the own thought sand observations by the author of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The secondary data obtained from the literatures, lectures and materials access from the Internet when making this assessment. The phenomenon showed that the lack of government attention to the micro, small and medium. Knowledge management of micro, small and medium enterprises is still lacking. Micro, small and Medium enterprise. It has a small capital, revenue and the narrow coverage area of operation. The results also indicate there is no government policy to improve the intensive knowledge to small people, either through seminars, training or any other way to improve the knowledge of micro, small and medium enterprise.In the philosophy of science, the government must to get the right ontology to improve people's welfare. The problem is in epistemology and axiology like how to improve the well-being of our society and we do not want to improve the welfare of the community. The author recommends to the government as an agent of development. The Government must  have  doing 5 things: the government must act as a Facilitator, Motivator, Stabilizers, motivator and regulator of the micro, small and medium enterprise. The government should make the right the political will and political power, where epistemology must be done correctly and in terms of axiology must provide benefits for small businesses, micro and medium enterprises to improve the welfare of all the people of Indonesia.Key world  :UMKM, UUD 1945 ,Government Policy, Ontology, Epistemology, Aksiology.

Abstract

Guru adalah aset utama sekolah, karena dengan kinerja guru yang baik maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja sekolah. Banyak faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah guna mengetahui, menganalisa, dan menguji determinasi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru, yang diukur melalui kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional guru pada Yayasan Prajnamitra Maiteya Pekanbaru, sebagai yayasan yang menaungi Sekolah Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Yayasan Prajnamitra Maitreya Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 57 orang, yang dibagi berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa bekerja dan unit kerja. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Sementara kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Untuk keerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Namun motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis kepada para pelaku usaha Pengrajin Kayu tentang bagaimana peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam melakukan kegiatan usaha secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penyampaian materi secara langsung oleh peneliti tentang produk-produk Usaha Mikro kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dari hasil kayu yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang sangat tinggi baik di pasar nasional maupun Internasional. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bahwa dengan meningkatnya kemampuan SDM khususnya pengrajin kayu maka akan dapat mengembangkan peningkatan kualitas hasil produk untuk tercapainya kemandirian ekonomi di wilayah Cirebon.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan SDM, Pengembangan Produk, Kemandirian Ekonomi The general objective of this community service activity is to provide practical training and knowledge to woodworking business actors on how to improve human resources in conducting business activities effectively and efficiently. The method used is the method of delivering material directly by researchers about the products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises from wood products which have very high economic value in both national and international markets. The conclusion from this community service is that by increasing the ability of human resources, especially wood craftsmen, they will be able to develop an increase in product quality to achieve economic independence in the Cirebon area.Keywords: Human Resource Improvement, Product Development, Economics Of Independence

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and work discipline on work productivity partially or simultaneously at PT Idea Solusi Indonesia, Tangerang. This study uses an associative quantitative method where the data is in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 68 people and the data is processed using SPSS Version 22. The results of this study are the regression equation Y = 4.748 + 0.877 X1 the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.728 which means the coefficient between variable X1 to Y is strong The tcount value of the Compensation variable is 4.658 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.99656 with a significant level of 0.0 less than 0.05, it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded partially Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Productivity . the regression equation Y = 12.758 + 0.704X2 the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.721, which means the coefficient between X2 and Y is strong. The t-count value of the Work Discipline variable is 4.463, which is greater than the t-table of 1.99656 with a significant level of 0 being less than 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be partially concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, the regression equation Y = 1.419 + 0.543 X1 + 0.422X2 the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.714, which means the coefficient between the variables of Compensation and Work Discipline on Very Strong Work Productivity is known. the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) = (R2) x 100% is obtained from R, namely KD = 0.640 x 100% = 64% The output is known Fcount is 57.780 and the significance value is 0 while the Ftable value is at a significance level of 0.05 with df 1 (the number of variable -1) 3-1 = 2, and df 2 (n-k-1) or = 68-2-1 = 65 obtained F table value of 3.14 So it can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable (57.780 > 3.14) and significance < 0, 05 (0 < 0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Compensation and Work Discipline together affect Work Productivity.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia Placement of Grand Slipi Tower, West Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach that is used to test population parameters through statistics. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. ISS Indonesia Placement of the Grand Slipi Tower West Jakarta as many as 60 people using saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using primary data collection methods (observations and questionnaires), secondary data and technical data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, correlation coefficient analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, T test, F test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination of the motivation variable was 55.7% with a correlation coefficient of 0.746, which means that motivation has a strong relationship with employee performance. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable (4.365 > 2.003), this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination for the work discipline variable is 58.7% with a correlation coefficient of 0.766, which means that work discipline has a strong relationship with employee performance. Testing the hypothesis obtained the value of tcount > ttable (4.937 > 2.003), this is also strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = -5.443 + 0.524X1 + 0.550X2 and the coefficient of determination contributes 69.5% while the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Hypothesis test obtained value Fcount > Ftable (61.384 > 3.16), this is reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline together (simultaneously) on the performance of PT. ISS Indonesia Placement of Grand Slipi Tower, West Jakarta
