Abstract

Customer loyalty is a key measure of a company's success in providing the best products and services and meeting customer needs, ensuring that customers continue to use the products sold in a sustainable manner. This poses a challenge for PT Telkom Akses as a telecommunications service provider in the midst of a highly competitive global market. This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality and company image on customer loyalty at PT Telkom Akses. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative design. The study involves a sample of 100 customers taken from the PT Telkom Akses database in West Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire developed with a Likert scale. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, meaning that improvements in service quality contribute to higher customer loyalty. Similarly, company image also has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, suggesting that a favorable image of the company enhances customer loyalty. Furthermore, both service quality and company image together influence customer loyalty, meaning that these factors combined play a significant role in fostering customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Technical Education and Religious Training Center (Pusdiklat) under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in South Tangerang. A total of 63 respondents were selected using saturation sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software version 26, employing a quantitative research method and various statistical analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that discipline (X1) positively and significantly impacts employee performance (Y). The motivation variable (X2) also positively and significantly impacts employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination indicates that the discipline and motivation variables can explain 36.6% of the variation in employee performance. In comparison, the remaining 63.4% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this research model. The hypothesis test shows that the F-value (17.346) > F-table (3.150) indicates a significant overall influence of discipline and motivation variables on employee performance. This study contributes to a better understanding of the factors that can enhance employee performance in the Technical Education and Religious Training Center environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of discipline and ability on employee performance in the assembly section of PT. Hilex Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a sample of 180 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26.00. The results of this research are that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, and workability has a significant effect on employee performance. Discipline and workability simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at the Indomaret Tanah Baru branch in Depok. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 60 respondents. The work stress variable is measured through workload, work conflict, work hours, work environment, and career opportunities, while work motivation includes physiological needs, security, sense of belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization. Employee performance is measured through job knowledge, work outcomes, mental agility, initiative, attitude, and time discipline. The analysis results indicate that work stress significantly affects employee performance. Work motivation also has a significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, work stress and work motivation together have an impact on employee performance, showing that 84.6% of the variability in employee performance is influenced by these two variables. The study concludes that good management of work stress and appropriate work motivation can improve employee performance. It is recommended that Indomaret enhance its stress management system and provide relevant motivation to increase employee productivity and efficiency.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of market orientation, product innovation and digital marketing on competitive advantage by increasing sales volume as a moderating variable. The object of research is culinary, fashion and craft MSMEs in Bogor City. The data used in this research is secondary data. This type of research uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research based on the criteria obtained as many as 212 respondents consisting of food, clothing and craft business actors using the SEM AMOS 24 testing tool. The analysis technique used was partial and moderate. Partial test results show that market orientation has no effect on competitive advantage, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, and digital marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on competitive advantage. And the results of the moderation test show that increasing sales volume weakens market orientation towards competitive advantage, while increasing sales volume can strengthen product innovation towards competitive advantage, and increasing sales volume weakens digital marketing towards competitive advantage.   Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Orientasi Pasar, Inovasi Produk dan Digital Marketing Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing dengan Peningkatan Volume Penjualan Sebagai Variabel Moderating. Objek penelitian pada UMKM kuliner, fashion dan kerajinan di Kota Bogor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Jenis penelitian ini menggunkan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan kriteria diperoleh sebanyak 212 responden terdiri dari pelaku usaha makanan, pakaian dan kerajinan dengan alat pengujian SEM AMOS 24. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah secara parsial dan moderasi. Hasil uji secara parsial menunjukan bahwa Orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing tidak berpengaruh, inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Dan hasil uji moderasi menunjukan bahwa peningkatan volume penjualan memperlemah orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing, sedangkan peningkatan volume penjualan dapat memperkuat inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dan peningkatan volume penjualan memperlemah digital marketing terhadap keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted to address the need for improving organizational culture in order to enhance employee productivity at Yayasan Pendidikan Tajaul Karomah, Desa Situ Gadung, Kabupaten Tangerang. The background of this activity stems from the observation that a weak organizational culture negatively affects employee performance and overall productivity among teachers, staff, and other employees. The primary objective was to strengthen the organizational culture to support increased productivity within the foundation. The activity was held in the auditorium of Yayasan Pendidikan Tajaul Karomah on May 4, 2024, and was facilitated by 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang. The participants consisted of 25 teachers, staff, and employees of the foundation. The implementation of the community service involved three phases: planning, execution, and reporting. The methods employed during the activity included material presentations, practical exercises, group discussions, and question-and-answer sessions to ensure active participation and effective knowledge transfer. The results showed a marked improvement in participants’ understanding of organizational culture and its role in enhancing productivity. Participants reported increased motivation and a more cooperative working environment after the activity. These findings indicate that deliberate efforts to develop organizational culture can significantly improve employee productivity in educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh variabel independen yaitu Biaya, Promosi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap variabel dependen Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui variabel intervening Keputusan Pembelian. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sample jenuh dengan 300 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) yang diolah dengan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Biaya memengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian; (2) Promosi memengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian; (3) Kualitas Pelayanan memengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian; (4) Biaya memengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan; (5) Promosi memengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan; (6) Kualitas Pelayanan memengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan; (7) Keputusan Pembelian memengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan; (8) Biaya memengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian; (9) Promosi memengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian; dan (10) Kualitas Pelayanan memengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Keputusan Pembelian. Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelaku usaha kecil menengah dan koperasi binaan Desa Sindanglaut Kecamatan Carita Kabupaten.Padeglang –Banten Dimasa pandemic Covid 19, Pada saat ini sumber daya manusia dianggap paling berharga dan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam keberadaan serta keberlangsungan hidup suatu organisasi. Sumber daya manusia sangat dibutuhkan di setiap bidang pekerjaan guna menghasilkan produktivitas kerja sehingga dapat berjalan secara berkesinambungan. Hasil produktivitas kerja yang maksimal perlu didukung dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkualitas sehingga dibutuhkan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat dibentuk dengan usaha langsung dan tidak langsung sehingga berakibat pada meningkatnya kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat ditingkatkan melalui pengembangan kemampuan sikap dan keterampilan Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah bekerjasama dengan UMKM Desa Sindanglaut Kecamatan Carita Kabupaten.Padeglang –Banten dengan memganalisis pemasalahan yang ada di tempat tersebut sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat dalam membrikan pelatihan dasar manjemen UMKM Desa Sindanglaut Kecamatan Carita Kabupaten.Padeglang –Banten . Setelah di analisis maka kami memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk materi dan praktek yang bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan dasar manajemen UMKM Desa Sindanglaut Kecamatan Carita Kabupaten.Padeglang –Banten Solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan atau pelatihan yang perlu di lakukan secara berkelanjutan sehingga dapat memberi mereka bekal pentingnya manajemen. Abstract

Guru adalah aset utama sekolah, karena dengan kinerja guru yang baik maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja sekolah. Banyak faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah guna mengetahui, menganalisa, dan menguji determinasi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru, yang diukur melalui kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional guru pada Yayasan Prajnamitra Maiteya Pekanbaru, sebagai yayasan yang menaungi Sekolah Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Yayasan Prajnamitra Maitreya Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 57 orang, yang dibagi berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa bekerja dan unit kerja. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Sementara kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Untuk keerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Namun motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotions and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Sawangan Branch Honda Pradana Dealer. The method used is quantitative. This data collection technique uses the solving formula, and the sample obtained in this study was 77 respondents from consumers of the Honda Pradana Dealer, Sawangan Branch. The research results show that promotions partially influence purchasing decision variables. Service quality partially influences purchasing decision variables. Promotion and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. The results of this research suggest that the Honda Pradana Dealer, Sawangan Branch, should provide attractive discounts to customers so that customers will feel satisfied. Apart from that, the Honda Pradana Dealer, Sawangan Branch, provides excellent training to its employees to give more attention to customers. Next, the Honda Pradana Branch Dealer. Sawangan provides discounts to promote its products further and notifies customers of new products on social media so they are interested in buying them.
