Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak pada berbagai lini kehidupan, termasuk sektor pariwisata. Adanya pembatalan perjalanan oleh wisatawan, pembatasan pergerakan sosial dan larangan bepergian oleh berbagai wilayah dunia, mengakibatkan terpuruknya usaha perjalanan wisata. Berbagai upaya pemulihan pariwisata Bali dilakukan pemerintah, salah satunya kepemilikan sertifikat tatanan kehidupan era baru, sebagai jaminan keamanan dan kepercayaan bagi wisatawan. Kurangnya pemahaman terhadap tatanan kehidupan era baru, tampak pada masih sedikitnya perusahaan yang memiliki sertifikat tersebut. Kriteria tatanan kehidupan era baru dan implementasinya merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis data implementasi protokol tatanan kehidupan era baru pada 25 usaha perjalanan wisata. Teori verifikasi dan sertifikasi digunakan untuk memperjelas ruang lingkup masalah yang diteliti. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah implementasi tatanan kehidupan era baru belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan oleh usaha perjalanan wisata di Bali. Komitmen menerapkan protokol kesehatan menjadi kunci utama bagi wisatawan mancanegara mengunjungi destinasi wisata Bali memasuki era tatanan kehidupan baru.

Abstract

Perkembangan usaha kuliner di masa pandemi, terlihat dari maraknya pedagang yang berjualan di pinggiran jalan raya. Pemanfaatan area pinggir jalan ini adalah alternatif yang cukup menjanjikan bagi pelaku usaha kuliner. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap maraknya pedagang kuliner bermotor di Kawasan Renon, Denpasar. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi pustaka, dokumentasi, dan artikel. Data primer diperoleh dengan mewawancarai langsung pedagang kuliner bermotor dan masyarakat umum. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu teori Persepsi Knobler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mendukung pedagang kuliner bermotor untuk tetap berjualan. Responden berharap agar pemerintah dapat memberikan alternatif lain yang tidak merugikan pihak pedagang maupun konsumen. Alternatif berjualan dengan kendaraan adalah suatu ide kreatif yang patut dicontoh dan dikembangkan lebih baik lagi kedepannya, tentu saja dengan menyesuaikan pada kebutuhan di masyarakat dan mengindahkan aturan tata tertib yang berlaku.

Abstract

Di tengah pandemi Covid-19, kegiatan pendampingan desa wisata Bongan terkait pengemasan paket wisata tetap dilaksanakan oleh Politeknik Internasional Bali kerjasama dengan Kementerian Pariwisata Ekonomi dan Kreatif. Upaya ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu desa dalam pemulihan kegiatan pariwisaa dan mempercepat menjadi desa berdaya. Berdasarkan potensi wisata alam, sejarah, dan kearifan   lokal masyarakat,   desa   wisata Bongan berpeluang untuk dikunjungi oleh wisatawan melalui ketersedian paket wisata yang berkualitas. Namun, belum adanya produk wisata yang dikemas menjadi paket wisata yang menarik mengakibatkan desa wisata Bongan jarang dikunjungi wisatawan dan belum dikenal oleh para pelaku pariwisata tentang keberadaan desa. Pengemasan paket wisata dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat oleh tim PIB menggunakan metode persiapan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Materi pelatihan mencakup identifikasi potensi wisata desa Bongan, produk wisata desa dan pengemasan paket wisata. Pendampingan desa menghasilkan beragam paket wisata yang terangkum dalam sebuah buku, antara lain paket wisata setengah hari, satu hari dan menginap di homestay.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengubah berbagai lini kehidupan, termasuk desa wisata sebagai destinasi alternatif dan dianggap destinasi yang aman. Situasi saat ini harus dimanfaatkan oleh desa untuk menggali potensi wisata dan menyiapkan produk wisata dengan fasilitas protokol kesehatan era baru. Desa Bongan memiliki aset wisata berupa produk wisata, salah satunya adalah homestay. Pentingnya keselamatan wisatawan selama menginap menjadi alasan utama homestay menerapkan protokol kesehatan berupa sertifikat tatanan kehidupan era baru. Namun, untuk mendapatkan sertifikat, pemilik harus memenuhi persyaratan verifikasi. Pelaksanaan PKM homestay menggunakan metode pendampingan. Pendampingan tim dosen PIB terkait persyaratan verifikasi menuju era baru bagi homestay terlaksana dengan baik. Pemilik homestay memahami pentingnya sertifikasi era baru dan proses untuk memenuhi semua persyaratan verifikasi. Pencapaian tersebut merupakan target PIB dalam mendampingi homestay di Desa Bongan.

Abstract

This research aimed at analyzing the implementation of CHSE protocol and the strategies applied by the managements of star hotels in Tabanan Regency in welcoming the new normal era. This was descriptive qualitative research involving two hotels that were Natya Hotel and Nirjhara. Data were collected by doing observation, interview, and document analysis. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the hotels implemented the CHSE protocol well as it was mentioned by the Ministry of Creative Economic and Tourism of Republic of Indonesia. To welcome the new normal era, the hotels applied several strategies. The first strategy was publishing the information about CHSE protocol implemented in the hotels to the public to build trust and providing discounts and promotion to attract guests to stay. Besides hotels also developed official procedures of CHSE implementation to maintain the consistency of the implementation of the protocol.

Abstract

Tujuan: penelitian ini berupaya mengidentifikasi produk-produk wisata yang terdapat di Desa Jatiluwih dan menganalisis komponen pariwisata yang terdiri dari attraction, accessibility, amenity dan ancillary. Analisis terhadap setiap komponen tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi dan gambaran pengembangan pariwisata yang terjadi di Desa Jatiluwih.Metode: analisis deskriptif kualitatif, untuk mengidentifikasi produk wisata dan menganalisis komponen pariwisata. Wawancara mendalam terhadap informan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu biro perjalanan wisata, wisatawan, masyarakat desa dan pengelola desa wisata, serta studi literatur dari publikasi instansi terkait, serta observasi. Instrumen  menggunakan pedoman wawancara, kamera, buku dan publikasi terkait. Analisis data dengan menelaah data, kemudian disusun secara sistematis, dideskripsikan dan dianalisis.Implikasi: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ragam produk wisata di Jatiluwih yang dapat direkomendasikan kepada BPW, untuk penyusunan paket wisata yang beragam dengan mengombinasikan produk wisata unggulan dan penunjang. Keragaman produk wisata dapat menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung dan memperpanjang durasi masa tinggalnya di DTW. Analisis komponen pariwisata 4A menunjukkan kesiapan DTW dalam menerima wisatawan, oleh karenanya kerjasama dari seluruh stakeholder sangat dibutuhkan. Peningkatan wisatawan di DTW menjadi indikasi pengelolaan destinasi yang baik.

Abstract

There are hotel developments in Bali and many new hotels, one of which is The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud Bali (TWRSUB). Organizing online events has the potential to increase brand awareness as offline events cannot be held during a pandemic. This study aims to analyze the event organization in increasing “Westin” brand awareness. The method used is quantitative by analyzing the effect (simple linear regression). Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires to all invited guests who have attended the event at TWRSUB. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that: a) there was a significant effect of organizing offline events at TWRSUB on visitor brand awareness, and the coefficient of determination was 0.333, which means that 33.3% of brand awareness was influenced by offline events. b) the significant effect of organizing online events at TWRSUB on visitors' brand awareness, and the coefficient of determination is 0.191, which means that 19.1% of brand awareness is influenced by online events. c) There is a difference in the effect of organizing offline events and organizing online events at The Westin Resort and SPA Ubud on the Brand awareness of visitors. Based on the research findings, the researcher suggests that the management of TWRSUB should more often hold events both offline and online in order to increase the number of visits and brand awareness to TWRSUB.

Abstract

Community service by Politeknik Internasional Bali team was carried out from April to September 2023 for the Bongan Village youth group with an average age of 25 to 30 years. The program was a continuation of previous activities in 2022 which were participated by tourist village managers with an average age of 40 to 50 years. The team considers that village youth play an important role in developing the village through tourism packages that can be offered to tourists. In facts, the team found that not all young people who took part in the mentoring knew about their tourism potential in the village. Through mentoring programs, village youth become more concerned about the surrounding environment and could develop existing tourism potential into attractive tour packages for tourists. The methods used are the preparation, training and mentoring stages. The output of the assistance is a tour package brochure which is expected to increase the diversity of existing tour packages to attract tourist visits to Bongan Village.

Abstract

Batu Lumbang Mangrove Ecotourism boasts a variety of natural, cultural, and social potentials that can attract tourists. However, this potential isn't fully supported by the readiness of facilities and infrastructure. This research aims to uncover the potential of mangrove ecotourism as a tourist destination. The research employs a descriptive qualitative analysis method. Data collection, processing, and analysis were carried out based on the six components of tourism, attraction, accessibility, amenities, package, activities, and ancillary. In conclusion, this study underscores the potential of mangroves as a tourism destination. However, the identified obstacles through the 6A approach underline the need for comprehensive management efforts to enhance the area's infrastructure and facilities, in alignment with the principles of ecotourism and sustainable tourism. By effectively and sustainably managing tourism destinations, the local community stands to benefit.

Abstract

Delapan Planner is one of the recommended wedding organizers in Bali. The training management system at Delapan Planner is self-taught and conducted directly in the field. However, the trainees lack learning references, leading to less efficient work performance. The purpose of this study was to develop a training management system for the trainees at Delapan Planner to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using a fishbone diagram to identify the root causes of the problem, focusing on four factors: methods, people, materials, and measurements. Additionally, the POAC Theory (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) was applied. The results revealed that project improvements in the training management system were developed and systematically structured using the POAC theory. These improvements included creating training guidelines, refining training SOPs, and enhancing team communication. The study suggests that Delapan Planner updates its training management system by implementing a more structured training program. This approach is expected to improve the quality of service provided to trainees, thereby enhancing the company's overall performance more effectively and efficiently.
