Abstract

This research is a descriptive study that aims to investigate the impact of teacher work quality on student learning achievement at SD Negeri Durensawit. The participants involved in the observation consisted of two groups: teachers and students. The teacher participants had similar educational scales but diverse teaching observations. All participating teachers had an undergraduate educational background. This study used questionnaires and learning achievement tests as data collection instruments. Data from the questionnaire was analyzed using a quantitative approach by calculating the exposure for each criterion contained in the survey. Meanwhile, the data from the interviews were analyzed descriptively by interpreting the findings. The results of this study evaluated that (1) teacher performance has a significant influence on improving students' mathematics learning outcomes, (2) the higher the efforts made by educators in planning, conducting, and concluding the learning process, the greater the chance for educators to improve student’s learning outcomes, and (3) teachers' educational experience also plays an important role in improving students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve literacy and numeracy skills through the Teaching Campus program. The program involves students who teach in schools in designated areas, who face challenges in increasing literacy and numeracy in each school. The method applied in this program is through an interactive and participatory approach. Students collaborate with the principal, teachers at school to design and implement creative and interesting learning. Using a variety of concrete materials and existing resources to increase students' interest and understanding of literacy and numeracy. This service activity was carried out at SD Negeri 2 Sumberaguang Nogosari Sumberagung in Jetis District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Province. This activity lasted for four months from 19 February 2024 to 19 June 2024. The final results of the Mengajar campus program significantly increased the literacy and numeracy skills of students at SD Negeri 2 Sumberagung. After four months of implementation, there was an increase in the average literacy score of 71.9% compared to the previous 53.5%, and the numeracy score increased by 71.2%, based on the results of the pre-test and post-test. Apart from that, student participation in carrying out literacy and numeracy activities also increased significantly, showing high student interest. The Teaching Campus program provides many opportunities for students to make useful contributions to basic education, and students benefit from innovative learning that focuses on improving literacy and numeracy. Abstract

Saat mengerjakan soal penjumlahan bersusun peserta didik masih bingung ketika meletakan puluhan dan satuan dengan benar. Situasi seperti ini melatarbelakangi untuk meningkatkan kemampuannumerasi peserta didik dengan media papan jurang. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas(PTK) menggunkan desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas I dengan jumlah 25 orang di SD Muhammadiyah Ngupasan Yogyakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada siklus 1 dengan hasil 72% di karenakan hasil belum memenuhi targetpenelitian ,maka penelitian dilanjutkan hingga siklus2. Hasil dari siklus 2 sebesar 100% dengan nilai rata-rata 92 hal ini adalah bahwa papan jurang bisa meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi peserta didik

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) in instilling the character of SD Negeri Suryodiningratan 3 students. The background of this research is taken from students who have difficulty in solving problems that exist in the surrounding environment, such as counting when eating snacks in the canteen, and others. This study uses a descriptive qualitative type, data collection using interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state several findings, including: School Literacy Movement in instilling student character in SD Negeri Suryodiningratan 3. Obstacles encountered in implementing the School Literacy Movement in instilling student character in SD Negeri Suryodiningratan 3. Solutions to obstacles found in carrying out the School Literacy Movement activities in instilling student character at SD Negeri Suryadiningratan 3. The implementation of the School Literacy Movement has a very important role in education. With these literacy activities can make a good impact in the world of education. Increase knowledge, and information. As well as helping students in solving a problem that exists in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This research aimed at describing the impact of online learning during COVID-19 pandemic toward primary-aged children’s ability. The research was conducted at State Elementary School of Rejodadi. The descriptive survey of quantitative method was employed to carry out this research. The data collecting technique was done by filling out an online questionnaire through Google Form. The collected data reached were 124 of 178 parents of the students from the first to sixth grade. Data analyses used were data collection, reduction, data display, and conclusion. The data analysis technique used was modus and percentage. The research reveals that online learning during COVID-19 pandemic gives impacts on children’s ability improvement and decline such as thinking, language, mathematical, technological, communication, physical, and prayer ability. The greatest improvement of children ability is on technological ability (36%) and thinking ability (17%), while the greatest decline of children ability is on thinking ability (33%) and physical ability (19%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 8 dan kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan literasi siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pandan. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat literasi siswa Indonesia berdasarkan hasil PISA dan kebutuhan akan program pendidikan yang dapat mengatasi kesenjangan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 34 siswa kelas XI jurusan TKJ. Instrumen utama berupa pre-test dan post-test yang disusun berdasarkan indikator literasi bacaan dari Kemendikbudristek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata siswa mengalami penurunan dari 43% pada pre-test menjadi 33% pada post-test. Meskipun terdapat beberapa indikator yang meningkat, hasil keseluruhan menunjukkan belum optimalnya pelaksanaan program. Program ini juga meliputi kegiatan literasi seperti membaca 15 menit, sambung kata, madding, lomba cerpen, dan lomba MC. Penurunan hasil post-test menunjukkan perlunya evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap strategi dan metode pengajaran yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam Kampus Mengajar perlu ditingkatkan dengan pendekatan yang lebih kontekstual dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan LKPD numerasi berbasis deep learning guna meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, dan literasi numerasi siswa sekolah dasar sesuai tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Rendahnya kemampuan numerasi siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar menuntut adanya inovasi perangkat ajar yang mampu memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep secara mendalam, bukan sekadar hafalan prosedural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) numerasi berbasis deep learning bagi siswa sekolah dasar serta menguji tingkat validitas dan kepraktisannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta penyebaran instrumen angket berupa lembar validasi ahli dan angket respon pengguna. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengolah data kevalidan serta kepraktisan produk. Validasi produk melibatkan ahli materi dan ahli media sebagai validator utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD memperoleh tingkat kelayakan dari ahli materi sebesar 86% dan dari ahli media sebesar 84%, sehingga masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Kepraktisan LKPD berdasarkan respon guru pada uji coba terbatas mencapai 94%, sedangkan respon peserta didik mencapai 87,78% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah LKPD numerasi berbasis deep learning yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran numerasi di sekolah dasar.
