Abstract

The harvest system really determines the production of good fresh fruit bunches, in general the harvest system in the company uses 2 systems, namely the permanent and the sleigh design. This study aims to determine employee perceptions about the harvest system on oil palm plants. The analytical method used in this research was descriptive analysis to find out the level of knowledge of harvest employee at PT. Alam Jaya Persada. This research was conducted by using the Non Probability Sampling technique method chosen by sampling saturated (census), which is a sampling method when all members of the population are used as respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that the respondent's identity includes the gender of the harvest employees 100% are male, age between the ages of 31 to 40 years, the average education at the elementary level and the length of work at the harvest employee ranges from 1 to 9 years. Respondents' perceptions about the oil palm harvesting system, employees prefer and choose permanent design because the system is more practical and efficient and in accordance with the conditions of the plantation area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum maksimalnya penerapan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri di perusahaan kelapa sawit khususnya bagi karyawan pemupukan. Dari proses kegiatan pemupukan tersebut, terdapat potensi bahaya yang dapat terjadi pada karyawan pemupukan pada saat bekerja dengan tingkat pengetahuan karyawan pemupukan terhadap APD akan sangat berpengaruh dalam penerapan penggunaan APD pada saat bekerja dan perlu adanya pengendalian memberikan kesadaran dan juga pelatihan K3 bagi pekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi dan mendeskripsikan karakteristik karyawan seperti usia, pendidikan, jenis kelamin dan pengalaman bekerja. Kemudian mengetahui tingkat kategori pengetahuan karyawan pupuk dalam penerapan APD dan mengetahui tingkat penerapan APD karyawan dalam bekerja. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumen perusahaan dan berupa jurnal terkait penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang karakteristik yaitu karakteristik responden usia pekerja yang terbanyak pada usia 32-<46 tahun. Karakteristik tingkat pendidikan dengan persentase tertinggi sebesar 57% pada tingkat SD, dan karakteristik jenis kelamin karyawan pemupukan 100% perempuan dan karakteristik lama bekerja dengan persentase tertinggi sebesar 79% berkisar antara 10-<14 tahun. Hasil tabulasi pengetahuan APD tenaga kerja pemupukan termasuk dalam kategori cukup tahu dengan skor 537, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan tenaga kerja pemupukan termasuk dalam pengetahuan cukup tahu atau cukup baik. Dan hasil tingkat penerapan penggunaan APD yang tertinggi yaitu sepatu boot 100%, celemek/apron 100%, sarung tangan karet 86%, sarung tangan kain 71%, masker 64% untuk kacamata dengan persentase 0%. Kasus kecelakaan kerja terjadi pada bulan September sampai dengan bulan November pada tahun 2021 sejumlah 10 kali kejadian. Pemenuhan APD dengan kebutuhan 14 tersedia 26 dan lebih 12.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi banyaknya limbah ampas tahu yang tidak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat hannya sebagai limbah yang terbuang, dengan adanya penelitian ini mencoba menggunakan bioaktivator mikroorganisme nasi basi sebagai bahan fermentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1).Mengamati sifat fisik pembuatan pupuk organik padat (Kompos). 2).Menganalisa kandungan unsur hara pupuk organik padat N, P, K, C-organik, C/N Rasio dan pH. 3).Membandingkan hasil unsur hara Standar Mutu Pupuk Organik padat Peraturan Menteri Pertanian syarat kompos nomor 261/Permentan/SR.310/4/2019SNI 2019. 4).Penghitungan lama waktu jadinya pupuk organik padat dari limbah ampas tahu. Dari hasil penelitian ini Sifat fisik pupuk organik padat setelah matang adalah: suhu mencapai 26◦C, terjadi perubahan warna yang awalnya putih berubah menjadi coklat tua serta tidak beraroma menyerupai warna tanah. Hasil analisis kandungan unsur hara makro untuk perlakuan T1 adalah sebesar N 2.123 %, C-Organik 41.768, C/N rasio 19.675 % pH.5.69 dan Unsur hara perlakuan T2 yaitu C-Organik 44.304, C/N rasio 23.344% dan pH.5.78, sudah memenuhi Standar Mutu Pupuk Organik padat Peraturan Menteri Pertanian syarat kompos nomor 261/Permentan/SR.310/4/2019, sedangkan unsur hara perlakuan T1 yaitu P 0.034 %, K 0.033 %, dan unsur hara perlakuan T2 yaitu N 1.898 %, P 0.029 %, K 0.019 % belum memenuhi standar Permentan pupuk kompos padat nomor 261/Permentan/SR.310/4/2019. Lama waktu proses pembuatan pupuk organik padat limbah ampas tahu T2 matang di hari ke-15 lebih cepat dari T1 yang matang di hari ke-18.

Abstract

The problem of narrow land is a problem that is often experienced by people in densely populated settlements, including Karang Asam Ulu Village which is a community service partner. Limited land makes it difficult to develop crop and fish cultivation, so it cannot meet family food needs. Cultivation in buckets (Budikdamber) is the right solution to overcome limited land because it does not require large areas for vegetable and fish cultivation. The purpose of this service is to provide community knowledge and skills to the Dasawisma group of Karang Asam Ulu Urban Village RT 024, Sungai Kunjang Subdistrict, Samarinda City in utilizing yard land to be used as Budikdamber. The stages of implementation began with a field survey and then continued with a focus group discussion (FGD) to explore information and problem-solving. The results of the FGD were followed by socialization and practice in making Budikdamber. Every activity is monitored and evaluated to assess the success of the program. From the training results, it was found that the Dasawisma of Karang Asam Ulu Village already knew how to make a Budikdamber.

Abstract

This research aims to synergize local microorganisms (LMO) of golden snails (Pomacea canaliculata) and seed age in optimizing rice seed germination (Oryza sativa L.). Golden snail LMO, which is rich in organic nutrients and beneficial microorganisms, has the potential to improve seed quality and viability. The study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with two factors: golden snail LMO concentration (Control, 20 ml/L water, 40 ml/L water) and seedling age (7 days, 11 days, and 15 days after sowing). The variables observed included seed germination, simultaneity grows and growth speed. The results showed that the golden snail LMO concentration of 20 ml/L and seed age of 11 days after sowing gave the highest results for the observed variables, namely seed germination and growth speed while the interaction between golden snail LMO concentration mas 40 ml/L and seed age of 15 days after sowing gave the highest results for the variable observing growth synchrony. The combination of the two factors showed a positive interaction that supported the germination process effectively. This study concludes that the use of golden snail LMO and selecting the right seed age can be an ecological and efficient approach to increasing rice seed productivity, supporting sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need to ensure the availability of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in a timely manner and in fresh condition, if must be supported by the availability of other resources such as labor, harvesting equipment and tranportation vehicles. The purpose of this study was compre the needs and realization of the number of vehicles transporting FFB PT. Tritunggal Sentra Buana.The method used in this research is a field survey. Field survey conducted to collect data related to field conditions. This research data uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the from of calibration from and the result of the calculation of the need for FFB units and secondary, data in the form of production data and FFB transportation data.The availability of FFB transporting vehicles has met the needs of earch afdeling having 3 units of vehicles. The number of unit needed per day for branch 1 and departement 2 is2 units per day. At PT. Tritunggal Sentra Buana has 19 units of FFB transporting vehicles, each of which smoothness of the FFB transportation process is road conditions and road maintenance. At PT. Tritunggal Sentra Buana routinely carries out road maintenance such as hardening the nets that the unit passes throught and pruning the fronds.

Abstract

One of the efforts to continuously increase lettuce production is by using hydroponic technology. Hydroponics is a way of farming without using soil media but using water or porous materials. Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) including hydroponic farming methods. In this system, some of the roots of the plants are submerged in water that contains fertilizer and some are above the surface of the water with a continuous 24 hours of circulation. The research was conducted from June to November 2020. The research was carried out on the Hydroponic Roof Top of the Red Building. Plantation Cultivation. This research method used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD), the treatment of 1100 ppm AB Mix nutrition at the age of 1-14 days, 1300 ppm from the age of 21-28 days, 1500 ppm at the age of 29 - 35 days and B2 = Fertilizer Growmore 1100 ppm at the age of 1 - 14 and 1300 ppm from the age of 21 - 28 days, 1500 ppm at the age of 29 - 35 days Each treatment consists of 20 sample plants.The results showed a significant difference in the application of AB Mix fertilizer to Growmore fertilizer from week 1 to week IV on plant height increase, number of leaves and wet weight or yield on lettuce plants.

Abstract

Legal development in Indonesia is a complex process involving various issues, interests, and expectations. Islamic law has an important role in the formation of the national legal system as one of the recognized sources of law. However, the challenges faced in the integration of Islamic law with national law include the diversity of interpretations, harmonization with constitutional principles, and practical obstacles in implementation. This study uses a library method with a normative approach. The results of the discussion explain, namely, 1) The existence of Islamic law in Indonesia in the formation of legislation through the integration of religious norms into the current and future Indonesian national legal system using the Anglo-Saxon legal system model because the law will be applied to certain places, people and cases. 2) Islamic law has a strong influence in forming legal norms and values ​​in the national legal system. Islamic law in the legal system functions in three forms, first, Islamic law plays a role in filling the legal vacuum in positive law. Second, Islamic law contributes to the preparation of national law as a source of values. Third, Islamic law aims for rahmatan lil alamin, namely implementing and supervising its implementation in society.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the transformation of family law in Yemen and the Family Law in Yemen. The research method used is library research. The transformation of family law in Yemen reflects a long journey influenced by social, political, and religious dynamics. As a country that adheres to Islamic law, Yemen adopts a family law system influenced by traditional Islamic schools of thought. Yemeni family law has undergone reforms, starting with the implementation of the Qanun al-Usrah in 1974 in South Yemen, leading to the enactment of Law No. 27 of 1998 after the unification of North and South Yemen. These reforms aim to adapt family law to modern social and political needs. However, despite progress in legal reforms, significant challenges remain in the implementation of family law, such as child marriage and child custody after divorce, which continue to face substantial barriers. This article examines the history, challenges, and transformation of family law in Yemen, as well as the need for further reforms to achieve justice and equality in family law.
