Abstract

Desa Tegal Kunir Kidul sampai saat ini masih menjadi daerah rawan stunting dan rawan kejahatan akibat faktor ekonomi, pendidikan, dan sikap religius masyarakat. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan edukasi ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai keamanan lingkungan diawali dengan ketahanan keluarga dari mulai ketahanan pangan terpenuhi, pendidikan dan pendidikan karakter diawali dari rumah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah dimana narasumber menyampaikan secara langsung mengenai keamanan lingkungan berbasis ketahanan keluarga. Narasumber berasal dari tim dosen yang telah ditunjuk dan kegiatan dibantu oleh tim dosen. Peserta berjumlah 60 orang peserta dan dihadiri langsung oleh kepala desa dan sekretaris desa. Kegiatan berlangsung satu hari dan kegiatan diakhiri dengan penyerahan tanaman cepat panen secara simbolis kepada kepala desa. Monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan setelah kegiatan edukasi selesai dan beberapa peserta diberikan pertanyaan dan peserta menyatakan puas dan senang dengan kegiatan edukasi ini. Kegiatan ditutup langsung oleh wakil rektor 1 bidang akademik yang mewakili kampus dan sesi foto bersama dengan seluruh peserta kegiatan.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between internal brand management (IBM) consisting of internal brand communication (IBC), brand-centered training (BCT) and transformational leadership (TL) on work engagement (WE) at a university in Jakarta. A model was proposed and tested using a sample of 250 home-based lecturers using simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed with SEM PLS and SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of this study confirm that internal brand communication, brand-centered training and transformational leadership positively influence work engagement. The results of this study also show that internal brand communication, brand-centered training and transformational leadership are good predictors of work engagement of lecturers in higher education. The implication is that the combined effects of internal brand communication, brand-centered training, and transformational leadership can create a work environment where lecturers are connected to the organization, motivated to contribute to its success, and engaged in the role of the campus brand. By prioritizing these factors, university management can foster a culture of engagement, commitment, and alignment with the university brand image, which ultimately leads to improved performance and satisfaction of all university stakeholders.

Abstract

Tegal Kunir Kidul village is one of the areas in Mauk sub-district that still has a high stunting rate among villages in Mauk sub-district. The aim of this activity is to educate the public about preventing stunting through a balanced diet for toddlers. The activity is carried out using a lecture method guided by a moderator. The activity lasted for one day and at the end of the activity a quick division of plants was carried out. Monitoring and evaluation was carried out by asking several participants and all of them expressed satisfaction and enjoyment with this activity. In the future, other, more innovative activities will be carried out with more participants.
