Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the loyalty of honorary teachers at the Nurul Haramain Putri NWDI Narmada Islamic Boarding School. Teacher loyalty is essential for the sustainability of educational institutions, yet it is often challenged by difficulties in maintaining work–life balance, limited physical facilities, and varied levels of job satisfaction. The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of work–life balance, physical work environment, and job satisfaction on teacher loyalty, both individually and collectively. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, with a sample of 60 respondents selected purposively from a population of 200 honorary teachers. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. The results reveal that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on teacher loyalty, while the physical work environment and job satisfaction show positive but insignificant effects. These findings suggest that improving work-life balance should be prioritized to strengthen teacher loyalty, while improvements in physical facilities and job satisfaction remain necessary as supporting factors.

Abstract

Employee satisfaction is a crucial factor in sustaining cooperative performance, particularly in organizations where human resources represent the core asset. However, inconsistencies in prior studies regarding the effect of financial compensation and employee development on job satisfaction indicate the need for further investigation. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial compensation and employee development on job satisfaction, with work motivation as a mediating variable. A quantitative associative approach was applied, using a saturated sampling technique involving 40 employees of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Triananda Sari Utama. Data were analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS. The results reveal that financial compensation and employee development significantly and positively affect job satisfaction. Employee development also has a significant positive impact on work motivation. However, work motivation does not significantly influence job satisfaction and fails to mediate the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. These findings suggest that, in the cooperative context, job satisfaction is more directly determined by compensation and development rather than by motivational mechanisms. The study highlights the importance of strengthening compensation systems and employee development programs while exploring additional factors that may enhance both motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of information technology (IT) integration in strengthening strategic management practices at PT. Bangka Tin Industri, a company engaged in mining and tin processing industry. As the sector faces increasing operational complexity and market uncertainty, the effective use of digital technologies becomes essential for sustaining competitiveness. This research adopts a qualitative case study approach to gain in-depth understanding of how IT supports strategic processes within the organization. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with key managerial personnel, direct field observations, and a review of internal documents related to strategic planning and operational control. The findings reveal that the implementation of integrated information systems, particularly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI), has contributed significantly to improving strategic formulation and execution. These systems enable real-time data access, enhance interdepartmental coordination, and provide analytical insights that support more informed and responsive decision-making. As a result, the company demonstrates greater strategic adaptability in responding to operational challenges and market dynamics. Despite these benefits, the study also identifies several obstacles that hinder optimal IT utilization. Organizational resistance to change, limited digital literacy among managerial staff, and the need for cultural adjustment emerge as key challenges during the digital transformation process. The results underscore the critical role of top management commitment, effective change management, and continuous capacity-building initiatives in ensuring successful IT integration. This study offers practical insights for mining and manufacturing firms seeking to align information technology with strategic management to navigate an increasingly dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Produk olahan kacang mete merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan Desa Sambik Elen, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, yang memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi namun belum didukung oleh strategi promosi digital yang optimal. Pola pemasaran yang masih bersifat konvensional menyebabkan jangkauan pasar terbatas dan kurang mampu menarik perhatian konsumen modern. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi pemasaran interaktif, Augmented Reality (AR) menawarkan peluang baru dalam menghadirkan pengalaman promosi yang lebih menarik dan informatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model promosi produk olahan kacang mete berbasis teknologi Augmented Reality markerless yang dapat diakses langsung melalui media sosial tanpa memerlukan instalasi aplikasi tambahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research and development dengan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dokumentasi, serta uji pengguna. Model promosi dikembangkan dalam bentuk visualisasi produk tiga dimensi yang terintegrasi dengan media sosial dan dilengkapi informasi produk serta akses pemesanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model promosi AR markerless dapat berfungsi dengan baik pada berbagai perangkat dan mendapatkan respons positif dari pengguna. Uji pengguna menunjukkan peningkatan ketertarikan dan minat beli konsumen setelah berinteraksi dengan visualisasi produk berbasis AR. Selain itu, pelaku UMKM menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang baik terhadap teknologi ini setelah diberikan pendampingan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan model promosi AR markerless berbasis media sosial yang kontekstual dan mudah diadopsi oleh UMKM desa. Model ini berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas promosi serta memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk olahan kacang mete.

Abstract

Faktor manusia dalam sebuah organisasi sangat penting, karena bagaimanapun banyaknya dana yang tersedia dan selengkap apapun sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki serta secanggih apapun metode yang digunakan akan tetapi jika tidak ada pegawai maka kegiatan perusahaan tidak akan bisa berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang handal untuk menjalankan roda pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sejauh mana kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Dukcapil) Kabupaten Dompu. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengkaji bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan dan nilai-nilai budaya organisasi yang berlaku dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif untuk meneliti data yang bersifat statistik serta menguji suatu hipotesis dengan kuisioner sebagai instrumen yang digunakan, hal ini dikarenakan terdapat hubungan kausal (sebab akibat) antara variabel bebas Kepemimpinan dan Budaya organisasi dengan variabel terikat Kepuasan kerja karyawan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan di Kantor Dinas Dukcapil memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Di antara kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yaitu variabel kepemimpinan, artinya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin di kantor sudah sangat puas sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan kerja tersendiri bagi para karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan.

Abstract

Work discipline is one of the key elements in supporting the success of an organization, as discipline reflects employees' compliance with established rules, regulations, and work responsibilities. The phenomenon of employee discipline at SMAN 2 Praya is still not optimal, as there are still delays every month. This study aims to analyze the Role of Leadership and Organizational Culture in improving employee Work Discipline at SMAN 2 Praya, as well as to determine which variable is more dominant. This research uses a quantitative type with a causal descriptive approach, with a questionnaire as an instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, t-test, Dominance test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at SMAN 2 Praya. The dominant test results show that organizational culture is the most dominant variable in influencing employee work discipline at SMAN 2 Praya, as it has the highest standard beta coefficient value compared to other variables.
