Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran micro learning pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia UNIMED. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Researc and Development. Untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Micro learning digunakanlah instrumen berupa angket kepada mahasiswa setelah implementasi penggunaan media micro learning dalam pembalajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memberikan respon positif terhadap penggunaan media micro learning dalam pembelajaran, ditunjukkan dengan respon positif terhadap angket yang diberikan berupa peningkatan pemahaman materi, suasana pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, serta ketertarikan dan motivasi yang tinggi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemanfaatan media micro learning sangat bermanfaat untuk menunjang keberhasilan mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia dalam pembelajaran. Abstract

This research aims to determine the differences in the results of PPKn subjects for groups of students taught using the TWO STAY TWO STRAY and inquiry models, differences in the results of PPKn subjects for groups of students who have high and low learning motivation, and learning motivation in influencing the results of Civics subjects. This research was carried out at SDN 091713 Amborokan with class IV samples. This type of research is quantitative, using the experimental method (quasi-experiment) with a purposive sampling technique; the researcher chose class IV-A as the experimental class and IV-4 as the control class at SDN 091713. the sample in this study was taken as the entire population; class IV-A students had 32 students, and class IV-B had 32 students. In this case, the experimental class is class IV-A, which applies the Two Stay Two Stray learning model, while class IV-B is the control class, taught using the Inquiry learning model. In this research, analysis techniques are used with the steps of Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Inferential Statistical Analysis, Calculating the average, Calculating the standard deviation, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that 1) there is an influence of learning models in influencing Civics learning outcomes with a calculated F of 59.805, 2) There is an influence of learning motivation in influencing Civics learning outcomes with a calculated F of 92.04, and 3) there is an interaction of learning models and Civics learning motivation with F count 4.09.

Abstract

Study This aiming for dig influence ethnic in taking decisions and development ability leadership among​ student Faculty Faculty of Education (FIP) State University of Medan (UNIMED). With use approach qualitative and studies case, research This involving student active from various ethnic groups, namely Batak, Malay, and Minangkabau. Data was collected through interview in-depth, observation, and documentation. Research results show that ethnic influence method student in take decision, where Batak students are more tend use approach authoritative, while student Malay and Minangkabau are at the forefront deliberation and consensus. In addition, the findings also revealed that style leadership Students at FIP UNIMED vary in accordance with background behind ethnic they. Leader from Batak ethnicity more nature firm and fast in take decision, while leader from ethnic Malay and Minangkabau more focus on collaboration and inclusivity. Diversity ethnic This give challenge at a time opportunity in development more leadership​ holistic. Therefore that, development ability leadership at FIP UNIMED is necessary consider diversity ethnic as part from learning strategies that can enrich perspective and skills student in face dynamics more social​ wide.
