Abstract

UD. Rahayu Food was one of pioneer on the special tofu production with soft texture called “tahu susu”. During pandemic of Covid-19, the productivity of UD. Rahayu Food was decreased and it had an impact on their sales. Optimalization of its production process by technology application would be one of the solutions for UD. Rahayu Food. The aims of this community service at UD. Rahayu Food is upgrading their productivity rate by production tools improvement. The production tool that was developed on this activity is symmetrical tofu cutter. This equipment was utilized for cutting of tofu symmetrically before being processed into “tahu susu”. Moreover, this cutter could speed up the slicing step process and their product quantity would be raised. Hopefully, provision of this symmetrical cutting tool could increase the income of UD. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the economic development of many cities around the world. The role of MSMEs can encourage equitable economic development which is one of the main pillars of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). But unfortunately, there are still many people who do not know how to market a new product and have a large market potential by using internet technology. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is causing changes in individual habits which also has the opportunity to permanently influence market developments in the coming years. Many people choose to shop online using e-commerce. The role of e-commerce is very influential in improving the performance of MSMEs. There are several variables in the successful use of e-commerce, including internal and external inhibiting and supporting variables. This study applies the system dynamics method to link the variables of success in the use of e-commerce with variables related to the performance of MSMEs. The results of this study are the success of the use of e-commerce is interrelated with marketing and innovation capability which has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. This research is expected to increase the success of using e-commerce in MSMEs, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat. Rumah Sakit Islam “ Sakinah ” Mojokerto telah  menerapkan penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit ( SIMRS ) untuk membantu memanajemen rumah sakit dalam pengambilan keputusan. Namun masih terdapat permasalahan fungsional pada sistem yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pengguna terhadap penggunaan sistem dan akan berdampak pada penerimaan sistem informasi tersebut. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) Fit Model untuk meningkatkan penerimaan pengguna terhadap implementasi SIMRS di Rumah Sakit Islam “ Sakinah ” Mojokerto. Penelitian ini mereplika sembilan variabel dari TAM dan HOT-fit model yaitu, user self-efficacy, compatibility, top management support, project team competency, system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan SIMRS acceptance. Jumlah Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 147 pegawai Rumah Sakit Islam “ Sakinah ” Mojokerto yang menggunakan SIMRS . Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu hubungan antara HOT-fit pada TAM yang bernilai signifikan terdapat pada variabel top management support, system quality, information quality  terhadap variabel perceived usefulness dan variabel user self-efficacy, top management support, system quality, information quality terhadap variabel perceived ease of use, serta variabel perceived ease of use terhadap SIMRS  acceptance. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai p values dari masing-masing variabel kurang dari 0.05.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan pergeseran aktifitas  manusia ke arah digitalisasi. UU ITE digunakan sebagai kontrol untuk memberikan kewajiban dan memberikan hak dari tiap-tiap Individu yang menggunakan Internet di Indonesia. Masyarakat Indonesia sebagai pengguna Internet yang awam terkadang belum paham betul aturan-aturan yang telah diatur pada UU ITE ini sehingga pada saat menggunakan Internet secara tidak sengaja Masyarakat tersebut melakukan pelanggaran-pelanggaran atau bahkan beberapa oknum sengaja menggunakan teknologi Internet ini secara melawan hukum. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan edukasi terhadap remaja-remaja Indonesia yang merupakan agen perubahan tentang penggunaan internet dengan baik dan benar khususnya di Desa Miru Kabupaten Lamongan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan agar nantinya para remaja ini dapat menggunakan internet dengan aman dan tidak ada indikasi melawan hukum. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu sosialisasi dan pendampingan pembuatan blog. Edukasi penggunaan internet yang sehat dan aman dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan blog berbasis Internet of Things. Blog ini nantinya akan menjadi media dalam penyebaran informasi internet sehat dan informasi lainnya seputar hukum siber di Indonesia sehingga para pengunjung dari blog tersebut dapat teredukasi dan wawasan mengenai cara penggunaan internet yang baik dan tidak melawan hukum bertambah.   Increasing Awareness of Healthy Internet Using Internet of Things-Based Blog for Youth in Miru Village-Lamongan Regency The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a shift in human activity towards digitalization. The ITE Law is used as a control to provide obligations and give rights to each individual who uses the Internet in Indonesia. Indonesian people as ordinary Internet users sometimes do not understand the rules that have been regulated in the ITE Law so when they use the Internet they accidentally commit violations or even some people intentionally use this Internet technology against the law. The purpose of this service is to increase awareness and education of Indonesian teenagers who are agents of change about using the internet properly and correctly, especially in Miru Village, Lamongan Regency. This service is intended so that later these teenagers can use the internet safely and there is no indication that they are against the law. The method used in this service is socialization and mentoring for blog creation. Education on healthy and safe internet usage can be done by utilizing Internet of Things-based blogs. This blog will later become a medium for disseminating healthy internet information and other information about cyber law in Indonesia so that visitors from the blog can be educated and gain insight into how to use the internet properly and not against the law.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University is one of the universities that implements an e-learning learning model using an LMS called Moodle UMSIDA. However, the adoption of these applications is not without drawbacks such as failed logins and other feature failures. This problem causes students to prefer using other e-learning alternatives so that the UMSIDA Moodle application becomes less desirable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of the UMSIDA Moodle application. The study used the TAM model which was adopted and modified based on the model developed by Said a Salloum. There were 385 response data from students obtained through distributing questionnaires online which were then analyzed using SEM-PLS. Based on the results obtained in this study, the variables perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, accessibility, computer self-efficacy and behavioral intention are significant for the acceptance of the UMSIDA Moodle application.Keywords: E-learning; Modified Technology Acceptance Model; Structural Equation Modeling; Partial Least Squares; SmartPLS AbstrakUniversitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo adalah salah satu universitas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran e-learning menggunakan LMS bernama Moodle UMSIDA. Namun, adopsi aplikasi tersebut tidak luput dari kekurangan seperti gagal saat melalukan login dan kegagalan fitur lainnya. Masalah tersebut menyebabkan mahasiswa lebih memilih menggunakan alternatif e-learning lain sehingga aplikasi Moodle UMSIDA menjadi kurang diminati. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi Moodle UMSIDA. Penelitian menggunakan model TAM yang diadopsi dan dimodifikasi berdasarkan model yang dikembangkan oleh Said a Salloum. Terdapat 385 data tanggapan dari mahasiswa yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini bahwa variabel perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, accessibility, computer self-efficacy dan behavioural intention signifikan terhadap penerimaan aplikasi Moodle UMSIDA.

Abstract

However, the adoption of the application is not free from such shortcomings as failing when trying to log in and others. This problem causes students to prefer to use other e-learning alternatives and makes the Moodle UMSIDA application less attractive. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of the Moodle UMSIDA application. Based on previous studies, it is evident that the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a suitable measuring tool for conducting this research. In this study, the TAM model was adopted and modified based on the model developed by Said A Salloum. There are 385 response data from students obtained through online questionnaires and offline interviews, then analyzed using SEM-PLS. Based on the results obtained in this study, the variables of accessibility, computer self-efficacy, perceived enjoyment, user behavior, and perceived ease of use were significant to the acceptance of the Moodle UMSIDA application. The results of the research are considered for the application manager in carrying out development.

Abstract

The implementation of information and communication technology in a university is increasing according to the needs of each university. Research and community service activity carried out by lecturers at UPN "Veteran" East Java have been accommodated by an application called SIMARIS. In its implementation, this application still has several complaints related to the user experience felt by lecturers, such as difficulties when viewing proposal details, limitations for uploading files, no preview feature to view files, and the reviewer assessment menu doesn’t work for lecturers. In this study, the user experience of SIMARIS application was evaluated using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The questionnaire data obtained will be analyzed using UEQ Data Analysis Tool. The measurement results show that each scale has a high mean value with the scale of Attractiveness 1.61, Perspicuity 1.52, Efficiency 1.64, Dependability 1.44, Stimulation 1.51, and Novelty 1.25. The consistency level of all scales shows that Cronbach's Alpha value > 0.70. This means a high level of consistency is owned by all scales.

Abstract

Menurut O’Brien (2005) Internet adalah sebuah jaringan komputer yang berkembang pesat dan bermanfaat bagi berbagai macam kepentingan, mulai dari kepentingan bisnis, pendidikan, hingga ke dalam jaringan pemerintahan yang dapat saling berhubungan satu sama lain. Maka banyak perusahaan berlomba-lomba menciptakan sebuah aplikasi untuk memudahkan penggunanya melakukan pembelian tiket bioskop. Muncul sebuah aplikasi yaitu Mobile TIX. Aplikasi “M-TIX” ini sudah menjadi trend masa kini, perusahaan pertunjukan bioskop di Indonesia yang telah mengembangkan layanan pembelian tiket berbasis internet. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan implementasi “Mobile TIX” di Surabaya. Model penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ISSM (Information System Success Model) pengembangan model Delone and Mclean, dengan 6 (enam) variabel pengukuran yaitu System Quality, Information Quality,Service Quality,Intention to Use / Use, User Satisfaction, dan Net Benefits. Kuisioner dalam penelitian ini disebarkan kepada 110 pengguna aplikasi Mobile TIX menurut (Ferdinand, 2005) yang ada di Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor keberhasilan Mobile TIX yaitu Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penggunaan, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan penggunaan, Penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan penggunaan, Kepuasan penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keuntungan.

Abstract

Strategic planning is the embodiment of a strategy in a plan that involves making strategies, directions, decisions, and effective management of the two processes so that the strategy can be implemented. One form of strategic planning is information systems strategic planning. PT. Al-Yaubi is an organization/company engaged in the sale of domestic tickets. As a company engaged in the sale of tickets from various transportation. Information systems and information technology at PT Al-Yaubi have not been fully operational and used optimally, where there are still several business processes that are still being done manually. Strategic planning information system method proposed by Ward Peppard is used in research by producing Ward and Peppard portfolios that are in line with the vision and mission. The results of the information system strategic planning that has been carried out which includes Information System business strategy, IT strategy and Information System/Information Technology management strategy. This Information System strategy determines the Information System application portfolio of PT. Abstract

University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas Surabaya's Student Information System (SIMAS) is an online-based information system designed to meet the various minimum requirements needed in lecture information processing activities, starting from the process of collecting, inputting, and processing data on academic information systems. In operation, some information is often not updated quickly, such as when entering a thesis title but does not appear when searching for data. This study aims to measure the factors that influence the success of SIMAS and examine the relationship between variables on net benefits. The research model used is the Information System Success Model 2003, with six measurement variables, namely: information quality, system quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The research involved 304 active students as respondents. The results showed that the information quality and user satisfaction variables were significant for the intention to use variable, while the information quality and system quality variables were significant for the user satisfaction variable, the system quality variable and the user satisfaction variable were significant for the net benefits variable.Keywords: Information system success model; Net benefit, DeLone and McLean AbstrakSistem Informasi Mahasiswa (SIMAS) Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas Surabaya merupakan sistem informasi berbasis online yang dirancang untuk memenuhi berbagai persyaratan minimum yang dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan pengolahan informasi perkuliahan, mulai dari proses pengumpulan, input, dan pengolahan data pada sistem informasi akademik. Dalam pengoperasiannya, beberapa informasi sering tidak ter-update secara cepat, seperti pada saat memasukkan judul skripsi namun tidak muncul ketika di lakukan pencarian data.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan SIMAS dan menguji hubungan antar variabel terhadap net benefit. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah Information System Success Model 2003, dengan enam variabel pengukuran yaitu: information quality, system quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, dan net benefist. Penelitian melibatkan 304 mahasiswa aktif sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variable information quality dan user satisfaction signifikan terhadap variable Intention to use, sedangkan variable information quality dan variable system quality signifikan terhadap variable user satisfaction, variable system quality dan variable user satisfaction signifikan terhadap variable net benefits.
