Abstract

The Integrated Depot Management System is an integrated information system developed at PT. Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia as the primary platform for the company's operational and marketing activities aimed at achieving competitive advantage, adapting to the market, and achieving significant improvement through consistency, creativity, and innovation. This research aims to evaluate the success of the Integrated Depot Management System application using the DeLone & McLean Success Model. This study adapts 6 main variables from D&M: Service Quality, System Quality, Information Quality, User Satisfaction, Intention to Use, and Net Benefits, integrating the external variable User Capability with data processing techniques using SEM-PLS. Fourteen hypotheses were formulated to evaluate the relationships among the developed success dimensions. Of the 14 proposed hypotheses, nine were accepted and five were rejected. The findings indicate that the Integrated Depot Management System requires development in terms of quality, starting from system quality, service, and the quality of information provided. This development is necessary to achieve user desires and satisfaction in using the application to fulfill the company's vision and mission.

Abstract

The Surabaya City Government launched an application based on an internet site or web page in the form of a data collection system carried out by the local Kader Surabaya Hebat (KSH) to record various problems in the community related to poverty and health problems, the application was named the Sayang Warga Application (ASW). The application that was launched does not mean it has shortcomings because until now the application has never been maintained, causing ASW to be considered less than optimal and this clearly hinders the performance of users in conducting data collection. This study uses the right method to achieve a goal. From what can be traced and studied, the appropriate method is to use a quantitative method. This study uses the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS SEM) method. The results of 12 variable relationship paths, 4 variable path relationships were declared insignificant and rejected because the T-test and P-value values were below 1.96 and 0.05, while 8 variable path relationships were declared significant and accepted because the T-test and P-Value values were above the threshold, namely 1.96 and 0.05. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of factors that influence the success of use in ASW can be concluded, the results of the hypothesis test indicate that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness. Because the hypothesis path has the highest value with a T-test of 6,560 with a P-Value of 0.000

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja LMS Apiary Academy menggunakan WebQual 4.0 dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Variabel yang diperiksa adalah kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi layanan. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh digunakan, mengumpulkan data dari 87 siswa dalam program studi independen dengan Apiary Academy, yang diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa kinerja LMS tidak memenuhi harapan pengguna, sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam analisis kesesuaian. Analisis kesenjangan menyoroti ketidaksesuaian antara harapan pengguna dan kinerja LMS. Diagram Cartesian IPA mengidentifikasi indikator USQ2 dan USQ3 sebagai yang memerlukan perbaikan segera karena kinerja yang buruk meskipun penting bagi pengguna. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa LMS Apiary Academy membutuhkan perbaikan di area tertentu dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitasnya.

Abstract

Pada revolusi industri 4.0, perkembangan teknologi kini semakin hari semakin pesat. Peluang ini dimanfaatkan baik oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia. Akan tetapi, belum lama ini para nasabah dikejutkan dengan adanya kasus kebocoran data yang terjadi kepada BSI. Dengan adanya kasus kebocoran data tersebut, tentu hal ini akan berimbas kepada para nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor penerimaan apa saja yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap penerimaan pengguna pada aplikasi BSI Mobile. Menggunakan model konseptual yang mengintegrasi antara model TAM dan Religiosity-Intention. Pengujian yang ada dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik SEM-PLS pada software SmartPLS 4 serta melibatkan 406 responden didalamnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh terhadap user satisfaction dan intention to use. User satisfaction yang juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap intention to use, serta intention to use yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap adoption. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat digunakan untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan aplikasi BSI Mobile guna mendorong niat adopsi pengguna di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Inovasi digital pada bidang pemerintahan dapat terlihat pada penerapan e-government. Di Indonesia, banyak lembaga pemerintahan yang menerapkan e-government salah satunya DISKOMINFO JATIM. Akan tetapi, terdapat permasalahan penerapan inovasi digital seperti e-government tidak terintegrasi, teknologi yang tidak memadai, aplikasi yang masih minim, dan keterampilan TIK aparat negara yang masih belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh faktor kesuksesan implementasi inovasi digital dengan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hasil olahan data penelitian dan rekomendasi untuk DISKOMINFO JATIM dalam meningkatkan kesuksesam implementasi inovasi digital. Peneliti menggunakan Digital Innovation Model dengan melibatkan 196 pegawai DISKOMINFO JATIM sebagai responden kuesioner penelitian. Dari hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel Digital Innovation Model mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi inovasi digital pada DISKOMINFO JATIM secara positif. Melalui hasil tersebut, peneliti merekomendasikan untuk meningkatkan dan melestarikan kesiapan organisasi, budaya digital organisasi, kapabilitas digital, serta proses inovasi digital pada DISKOMINFO JATIM dengan mulai menciptakan kebijakan atau SOP yang fleksibel dan terbuka akan teknologi digital serta melakukan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital tiap pegawai.

Abstract

As an innovative and trusted healthcare provider in Surabaya. Information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) play an important role in supporting operations and achieving strategic goals of organizations, including hospitals. RSUD Husada Prima faces challenges in managing patient data, electronic medical records, and financial reports. This study uses the Ward and Peppard method to design strategic IS/IT planning that supports the hospital's vision and mission. The analysis was carried out using tools such as SWOT, PEST, Value Chain, Porter's Five Forces, Critical Success Factors, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. The result is an application portfolio that includes strategic, operational, supporting, and high-potential applications. Technology recommendations include integration of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), telemedicine services, big data, and artificial intelligence (AI). This implementation aims to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and hospital competitiveness. This study provides a strategic roadmap for RSUD Husada Prima to adopt modern technology and strengthen its position.

Abstract

Meskipun telah diunduh lebih dari satu juta kali, DAMRI Apps masih menghadapi berbagai keluhan dari pengguna, seperti informasi jadwal yang tidak akurat dan proses registrasi yang sulit. Tantangan ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai sejauh mana aplikasi tersebut telah diterima oleh Generasi Z, kelompok digital native yang menjadi target utama transformasi layanan publik berbasis digital. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan Generasi Z terhadap DAMRI Apps dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang dimodifikasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3 dan melibatkan 415 responden Generasi Z di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Performance Expectancy (β = 0.321; p < 0.05), Effort Expectancy (β = 0.285; p < 0.05), Social Influence (β = 0.352; p < 0.01), dan Facilitating Conditions (β = 0.276; p < 0.05) berpengaruh positif terhadap Trust. Selanjutnya, Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Decision (β = 0.463; p < 0.001), Purchase Decision berpengaruh terhadap User Satisfaction (β = 0.502; p < 0.001), dan User Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap Repurchase Intention (β = 0.725; p < 0.001). Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa kepercayaan pengguna menjadi faktor kunci dalam membentuk kepuasan dan loyalitas Generasi Z terhadap DAMRI Apps, serta menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan akurasi sistem dan keamanan aplikasi.

Abstract

E-learning is a form of innovation in technology used in educational field, including higher education. University of Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur is one of many universities that have implemented e-learning called ILMU to support the teaching-learning process. The application of ILMU as e-learning has yet to be utilised by lecturers, due to some challenges in implementation of ILMU regarding accessibility and features of ILMU. Meanwhile, successful implementation of a technology requires acceptance from its users. This research was acquited to define what acceptance factors that influence lecturers while accessing ILMU. This study is measured using UTAUT model. The research was carried on by quantitatively distributing questionnaires to 60 lecturers. Data were analyzed and processed using SEM-PLS technique and SMARTPLS 3.0 application. Factors that influence users to receive ILMU e-learning and significantly are effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention. Meanwhile, performance expectancy does not influence users significantly to accept ILMU e-learning. These factors are key indicators to of the implementation and improvement of ILMU e-learning, thus it will develop a better implementation for the lecturers to use and accept it.
