Abstract

The Ombudsman is an institution established to deal with abuse of power by government officials and to assist officials in carrying out government efficiently and fairly, as well as to encourage power holders to carry out their responsibilities and provide good service. The Ombudsman Representative for West Nusa Tenggara Province has a role in supervising public services in their working area. In following up on each report complained by the complainant, the Ombudsman will ensure whether the report falls under the authority of the Ombudsman or not. This study aims to see the effectiveness of the Ombudsman in supervising public services in the village. The research method is socio-legal. Socio-legal research represents an interface with a context whitin which law exists. In supervising public services, apart from receiving reports from the public, the Ombudsman can also carry out on his own initiative through a systemic review, the results of which can be in the form of recommendations/suggestions. To ensure compliance with efforts to resolve the Ombudsman by the Reported Party or the Reported Party's superiors, the Ombudsman conducts direct monitoring or through the media/publications and submits periodic and annual reports to the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the People's Representative Council.

Abstract

The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia or later called the Ombudsman is an independent state institution which has the authority to supervise the process of providing public services carried out by State and Government administrators including State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD), State-Owned and Private Legal Entities which have been given the task of providing certain public services. The research discusses the effectiveness of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative of West Nusa Tenggara Province in Supervising Tourism Villages. This research is based on the large number of public reports submitted to the Ombudsman regarding alleged violations that occurred in the administration of the Tourism Village. For this reason, supervision by the Ombudsman is needed to manage public complaints and prevent repeated maladministration in the administration of Tourism Villages. This research is socio-legal research with a statutory approach, a conceptual approach and a sociological approach. Research results In supervising public services, apart from receiving reports from the public, the Ombudsman can also carry out on his own initiative through a systemic review, the results of which can be in the form of recommendations/suggestions. The Ombudsman's supervision in supervising the implementation of tourist villages can be said to be effective and running well in accordance with the indicators.

Election general is instrument important for towards a democratic country. Principles of elections nature direct, general, free, secret, honest, fair and periodic known with principle election based on Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. 1945. Research This aiming for analyze role Election Supervisory Agency in enforcement law 2024 elections in West Nusa Tenggara Province. With understand strategies, challenges, and effectiveness Election Supervisory Agency in supervise implementation election, it is expected can give constructive recommendations​ for increase performance institution This. Research This directed for answer formulation problem through study socio-legal. Socio-legal research represents relatedness between context Where law are (an interface with a context whitin which law exists). Role of the Supervisory Body Election (BAWASLU) in enforcement law Election Simultaneously In 2024 in NTB Province already done with well, that's it This can seen from findings and reports handled with professionalism. All allegations violation in stages The 2024 election is being handled, starting from from organizer Unprofessional elections, participants​ Elections that are not obedient rules , even ASN who do not neutral, when found person the alleged officer No neutral so Election Supervisory Agency NTB Province processes it in accordance rules and procedures and have also been done giving sanctions in accordance with level mistakes made​ although still there is constraint in settlement violation election.
