Abstract

The establishment of bullying behavior of high school students is basically not only influenced by social interaction factor but also influenced by the environment. This study aims to conduct a thorough review of the negative facts of Banjar culture in the establishment of bullying behavior of high school students by taking a study on the students of SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. The research method used is to conduct a literature review on the formation of bullying behavior. The result of research shows that the negative facts of Banjar culture have an impact on the behavior of 'bullying'. In an empathetic perspective, it occurs because of the overwhelming feeling, in an assertive perspective because of the habit of silencing the problem and lastly in the perspective of confirmation because of the attitude that tends to simplify life and ignore the feelings of others.

Abstract

Pendidikan sosial dan Finansial bagi anak usia dini memiliki arti tentang pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada anak usia dini untuk menanamkan sikap dan pengetahuan pada anak untuk dapat mengetahui tentang nilai uang serta cara mengelolanya. Sehingga dapat diartikan menanamkan sikap dan pengetahuan terhadap nilai uang dan kemampuan mengelolanya dapat memberikan manfaat terhadap anak untuk hidup secara mandiri di kehidupan selanjutnya. maka anak akan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengatur diri dan mengelola diri dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) mengetahui pendidikan sosial dan finansial bagi anak usia dini 2) mengetahui penanaman pendidikan sosial dan finansial bagi anak usia melalui metode proyek. Metode tinjauan Pustaka dimanfaatkan untuk menuliskan penelitian sebagai artikel yang utuh. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa teriga kemampuan yang penting dalam Pendidikan sosial-finansial untuk dikembangkan pada pembelajaran PAUD, yaitu kemampuan hemat, menabung dan berbagi. Adapun implementasi metode proyek dalam pembelajaran di PAUD, dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar anak dalam memecahkan masalah sederhana dalam kehidupan anak. Adapun tahapan metode proyek yang uraikan dalam enam tahapan, yaitu: tahapan Penentuan kegiatan, perencanaan metode proyek, menyusun pelaksanaan metode, penyelesaian proyek, penyampaian hasil kegiatan penyampaian hasil kegiatan dan recolling. Penerapan pendidikan sosial dan finansial melalui metode proyek misalnya kunjungan lapangan dan pameran atau market day dan kegiatan rutin dan kegiatan terprogram lainnya.

Abstract

Academic stress is a student response to academic demands of learning science with biological, psychological, and social resources (perceived as material beyond the limits of ability) characterized by various reactions that affect the physical, emotional, mental and behavioral. One technique to assist students in reducing academic stress is to use Self-Instruction counseling techniques. The purpose of this research is to know the description of academic stress level of students before and after being given counseling with Self-Instruction approach, and to know the effectiveness of this counseling technique in reducing academic stress on student Guidance Counseling 2013 FKIP Unlam Banjarmasin. This research is a quantitative research using experimental method with pre-experimental designs design, using intact-group comparison. This research was conducted in Guidance and Counseling Program of FKIP Unlam Banjarmasin. Based on the results of data analysis techniques using the t-test formula found there are differences in student's academic stress level before being given counseling using Self Intructions techniques and after being given counseling. Based on the results of the research that has been implemented, it is necessary to note the use of guidelines of the next approach Instructor Self Intructions and study programs. As for the case is this research is still subjective because in the process of individual counseling or the implementation of this experiment, researchers also act as counselors.

Abstract

CLASSICAL GUIDANCE SERVICES IMPACT PHUBBING IN CLASS VII STUDENTS OF SMP NEGERI 25 BANJARMASIN. Millennial generation is inseparable from the use of smart phones as the latest communication technology media. The negative impact that is felt from the development of smart phones is the birth of phubbing behavior which means the act of ignoring others when interacting with social communication with more focus on paying attention to cellphones. Departing from these problems, it is necessary to provide classical guidance services on the effects of phubbing. What was done in SMPN 25 Banjarmasin was based on the request of partners, namely the SMPN 25 Banjarmasin guidance teacher based on the results of developing practical conditional information in the field. Implementation of classical guidance services. To find out the description of phubbing behavior in class VII students, the Generic Scale of Phubbing (GSP) instrument is used before and after service delivery. The results of the implementation of the service showed that this classical guidance service was successful in reducing students becoming phubbing actors. It is suggested that the implementation of classical guidance services can be a preliminary study for phubbing research.

Abstract

THE ROLE OF COUNSELOR IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF AKHIR ZAMAN HADITH. This literature review addresses the role of the counselor by pressing on a number of common phenomena that occur today. This phenomenon turns out to correspond to a number of “akhir zaman” hadiths. Of course, with this description, you will increasingly realize that the role of counselor is very much needed now to deal with student dynamics. The ‘akhir zaman’ characters in question include: (1) aspects of humanitarian setbacks caused by drugs; (2) the fading of the tradition of family life and social interaction tends to be individualistic, thus requiring solutions to Islamic values ​​and norms themselves but should be structured by involving school components reflected in the school's vision and mission; (3) the choice of social context needs to be formulated in depth which places the teachings of Islam as a whole without compromising the teachings of Islam as a religion of da'wah; and finally, (4) massive relationships that emphasize strong interpersonal relationships between counselors and students and subject teachers.

Abstract

First-year students who were declared accepted in 2021 during the pandemic are high school alumni who did not choose their majors in higher education optimally because of the sudden and inadequate student admission procedures that also affected career aspirations. The purpose of this study is to describe the career aspirations of first-year students who enter as new students during the pandemic. The research method used is cross-sectional survei research method with data collection method using a problem checklist instrument developed by Ross L. Mooney. This study took respondents by random sampling and obtained 103 students who were declared accepted at Lambung Mangkurat University in 2021, filling was carried out in January-February 2022. The results showed that the learning and career aspects were in the below-average category, especially the sufficient category and the less category which shows the low career aspirations of students who are accepted into universities during the pandemic. Future researchers can then formulate, either in-depth exploration of career aspirations or planning interventions related to service management related to career aspirations. _____________________________________________________________ Mahasiswa tahun pertama yang dinyatakan diterima ditahun 2021 pada masa pandemi, adalah alumni sekolah menengah atas yang memilih jurusan di perguruan tinggi tidak secara maksimal karena prosedur penerimaan mahasiswa yang dikembangkan secara mendadak dan tidak memadai yang juga berpengaruh dengan aspirasi karier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aspirasi karir mahasiswa tahun pertama yang masuk sebagai mahasiswa baru pada masa pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen problem checklist yang dikembangkan oleh Ross L. Mooney. Penelitian ini mengambil responden secara random sampling dan diperoleh 103 mahasiswa yang dinyatakan diterima di Universitas Lambung Mangkurat pada tahun 2021, pengisian dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek belajar dan aspek karier yang berada pada kategori di bawah rata-rata, terutama kategori cukup dan kategori kurang yang menunjukkan rendahnya aspirasi karier mahasiswa yang diterima di perguruan tinggi pada masa pandemi. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat kemudian merumuskan, baik eksplorasi mendalam tentang aspirasi karier ataupun merencanakan intervensi terkait pengelolaan layanan terkait aspirasi karier.

Abstract

Workshop on the implementation of POP BK SMP/MTs-based individual counseling services held by MGBK SMP-Banjarbaru City were held with the intention of providing an understanding of the plan for implementing individual counseling services, so that counselor can use the individual counseling service plan properly. This workshop was carried out by presenting the material for the implementation of the service plan and then continued with the simulation of the case study-based manufacture, participants amounted to 38 people. The workshop implementation showed that counselors needed an in-depth understanding to use the plan for implementing individual counseling services as a counselee's initial information.

Abstract

The use of devices that should be intended to support learning activities, it turns out that students can try various access to social media which can unwittingly increase cyberbullying. The classical services of School Counselor are also required to be adaptive to technology. However, the classic School Counselor service module is less attractive and rigid. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated module with social media that is used as a classic Guidance and Counseling teacher service in Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan through the zedemy platform, which is expected to minimize cyberbullying. Research design using Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE model. Collecting data using Focus Group Discussion, and Likert scale questionnaire. The instrument used is the instrument of material, media and user feasibility. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to determine the characteristics of the distribution of respondents, then the Kendall's W concordance test was carried out to determine consistency and assessment.Expert tests are carried out by material experts, media experts and users. Based on the research, the material and media expert's assessment showed very good criteria, no revision needed. User ratings by Counselor School also showed very good criteria, no need for revision. So it can be concluded that the classical service digital module through the zedemy platform has met the criteria for being suitable for use as a classical service medium to minimize cyberbullying.

Abstract

This article examined the implementation of a workshop as a preparatory strategy for Generation Z students at SMK Negeri 3 Banjarmasin to face increasingly complex career challenges. The workshop aimed to deepen students’ comprehension of utilizing technology and media in career services. The research involved 33 tenth-grade students who were evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests regarding their understanding before and after the workshop on September 24-30, 2023. The pre-test results showed positive evaluations, with the majority of participants considering the workshop to have provided accurate career information (90.9%) and to be relevant to the latest developments in the job market (90.9%). After the workshop, there was a positive improvement in participant assessments. Understanding of technological developments increased to 87.9%, while the ability to utilize technology reached 90.9%. The workshop was considered effective in developing career skills (81.8%) and guiding students to optimize their talents for the job market (84.9%). The workshop followed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, recognizing students as unique individuals with potential that can be developed. The design stage involved identifying student assets, participatory planning, and focusing on the use of technology as a key aspect of career development. The workshop participants were 33 10th-grade students, selected based on the specific needs of the first batch. The ABCD approach considered student diversity, encouraging active participation in every workshop session. Data collection applied the ABCD approach with participatory methods, while instrument development involved local assets and relevant technology. Data analysis included quantitative statistical analysis and comparison of pre-test and post-test questionnaire results to measure changes in student understanding. Overall, the workshop was effective in improving students’ understanding of career trends, skill development, and technology utilization. These results affirmed the role of the workshop as a strategic tool in equipping Generation Z to face the dynamics of the competitive job market.

Abstract

Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) is an important religious competition for the Muslim community in Indonesia. However, many participants face challenges in fostering optimal achievement motivation. Observations in Tapin Regency revealed that inadequate psychological support is a major factor affecting participants' motivation. This community service activity aims to enhance the achievement motivation of MTQ participants through psychological training. The training was conducted on April 6, 2024, with 60 participants, using a workshop method that included stress management techniques, confidence building, and motivational strategies. The results were measured using pre-test and post-test questionnaires, and analysed with descriptive statistics and paired t-tests. The analysis showed a significant increase in participants' motivation and confidence, with an average increase of 15 points. A total of 75% of participants experienced a significant increase in motivation, 16.67% experienced a moderate increase, and 8.33% showed no significant change. The psychological training proved effective in enhancing the achievement motivation of MTQ participants in Tapin Regency. These results are expected to help participants achieve better performance in MTQ competitions.
