Abstract

This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research aims to better explain promotional strategies through the use of Instagram social media in an effort to increase the volume of visitors to D'Livia Salon and Spa using the SWOT analysis method. The strategy carried out by D'Livia Salon n Spa Surabaya is considered good because the SWOT analysis of D'Livia Salon and Spa is located in quadrant I, namely by implementing an aggressive strategy. An aggressive strategy is producing a plan that requires strength to become an opportunity. This shows that D'Livia Salon and Spa has internal strengths that can be utilized to seize existing opportunities so that it can increase turnover and be able to compete in the business world in the beauty sector. When the application is successful, it results in an increase in the company's sales or income due to the increase in the number of visitors. According to the results of the analysis made using IFAS and EFAS while doing business, D'Livia Spa and Salon's strengths were given 2.20 points and its weaknesses were given 0.0.67 points. Dangers. received a total of 0 points. 64 and Opportunity received 2.37 points. According to the effects of the SWOT line, D'LiviaSalon and Spa is in the I quadrant with the value of (XY)(1.53:1.73) using aggressive planning. It requires the power of luck, which is the hardest way.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty for Teh Pucuk Harum products in Surabaya City. This study employs a quantitative method approach. The population used in this study is consumers of Teh Pucuk Harum in Surabaya. The sample size in this study was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a required sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that brand image, product quality, and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty. However, partial analysis reveals that only customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Brand image and product quality, although showing a positive influence, do not have a significant partial effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of product quality and product price on consumer loyalty using consumer satisfaction with consumers of fried Indomie instant noodles at "Warmindo Bachelor UPN". This research uses a quantitative type of research. The research results show that there is an influence of the respect variable on the consumer satisfaction variable. Apart from that, consumer satisfaction has an influence on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Kompensasi  karyawan dalam bekerja mempengaruhi kinerja dari setiap karyawan tersebut. Apabila kompensasi semakin meningkat maka produktivitas juga akan mengalami peningkatan sedangkan ketika kompensasi mengalami penurunan maka tingkat kinerja dari karyawan juga mengalami hal yang sama. Sesuai dengan hal tersebut maka tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan dan juga menganalisis pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja setiap karyawan terhadap kinerja dari setiap karyawan di PT Prasojo jaya bersama Indonesia. Penelitian ini masuk dalam kategori penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif sehingga apapun dari hasil penelitian ini akan dijelaskan dalam tabel tabel deskriptif maupun penjelasan lebih lengkap. Populasi dari Penelitian ini merupakan mereka yang bekerja di PT tersebut sebanyak 58 orang sehingga sampel yang diteliti didasarkan atas jumlah populasi tersebut yaitu 58 orang. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana karena memiliki dua variabel saja. Untuk itu secara hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dari setiap karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kinerja dari setiap karyawan tersebut. Bahkan kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat yaitu 75,3% berkorelasi dengan kinerja dari karyawan. Sedangkan sebesar 56,7% mempengaruhi kinerja dari karyawan dan kedua hasil ini memiliki pengaruh dan hubungan yang kuat. Kata Kunci Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Perusahaan

Abstract

This study (Consumer Research TosTos x NCT Dream Products on Surabaya) examines the extent to which brand ambassadors, brand image and brand trust affect the intentions of repurchase. This kind of research uses a quantitative approach and an associative strategy. This study's variables were measured using a Likert scale. Participants in the study were all consumers with a minimum age of 17 years who had consumed TosTos X NCT Dream products at least once and lived in Surabaya. Using the Cochran formula, 100 respondents were included in the study. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. The data analysis technique in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and T test). The results of the study show that brand ambassador, brand image, and brand trust have a significant positive impact on the repurchase intention. The intention of repurchase is not positively and significantly influenced by the type of brand ambassador. Brand image variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase intention. Brand trust variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and knowing the effect of flash sales, electronic word of mouth, and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying on Tokopedia users in Surabaya. This study uses associative quantitative research. The measurement scale used in this study is a Likert scale (method of summated ratings). The sample in this study used the Cochran formula with the results totaling 96.04. To get more representative results in this study, the authors drew 100 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques. In addition, a purposive sampling approach was applied in the sampling strategy in this study. The considerations or criteria in determining the sample in this study, namely: Surabaya domiciled Tokopedia users; Minimum age 17 years and Have made purchases through Tokopedia more than 2 times. The types of data used in the study, namely primary and secondary data. The questionnaire data that has been obtained will be measured using the IBM SPSS 25 application by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study state that simultaneously flash sales, electronic word of mouth, and hedonic shopping motivation have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Furthermore, partially the flash sale variable has a positive and significant effect on the impulse buying variable, partially the electronic word of mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, and partially hedonic shopping motivation has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying on Tokopedia users in Surabaya.

Abstract

Measurement of achievement in three main areas conducted by PISA (Program for Entrepreneurship Level in Indonesia is still relatively low compared to other countries. The role of entrepreneurs is very important for strengthening a country's economy. The potential of the dominant generation Z in the next few years must be prepared as early as possible to be ready to become entrepreneurs. However, not many young people or students have a strong desire to become entrepreneurs. Especially among students. Students are a potential age group and have great potential in starting or developing an entrepreneurial spirit. So, it is necessary to understand how to see the entrepreneurial potential of students. Entrepreneurial potential will be greatly influenced by a person's motivation. A person's motivation is greatly influenced by internal and external factors. Internal motivation is everything related to the individual, including: feeling the need for personal challenges, self-esteem, and the desire to lead. External motivation is everything that grows from factors outside the individual, such as the school environment, education, and family environment. External motivation in this study consists of entrepreneurship education, basic knowledge of entrepreneurship, and perceptions of social support. The sample in this study was taken from Generation Z from various regions who were pursuing higher education in Surabaya, to support the strengthening of the Indonesian economy in the future. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, which would then be tested descriptively and inferentially using SmartPLS software. The results of the data test showed that external motivation, which in this study included entrepreneurship education, basic knowledge of entrepreneurship, and perception of social support, influenced digital entrepreneurship interest. Then on internal motivation, which includes personal challenges, self-esteem, and the desire to lead, influences digital entrepreneurship interest in Generation Z.

Abstract

As business rapidly develops these days, there is fierce competition among business players, particularly in the retail sector. Mr.DIY is one of the retail businesses competing in the current market by offering a wide variety of products. This research was conducted to investigate the influence of product diversity, product quality, and service quality on customer purchasing decisions at Mr.DIY Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study is customers who have purchased Mr.DIY products at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, who are at least 17 years old and live in Surabaya. This research employed a sample of 100 respondents using the non-probability and purposive sampling methods. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to analyze the data, which was tested using SPSS version 27. The findings of this study indicate that product diversity, product quality, and service quality have a simultaneous impact on customer purchasing decisions. Product diversity has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Business competition in today's globalized era is increasingly tight and dynamic. Local and multinational companies are competing to seize market share, especially in the highly promising retail sector. One of the retail stores in Indonesia that is currently popular among Generation Z is Miniso, which often becomes a destination for Generation Z to browse or purchase unique and cute items. This research aims to determine the influence of visual merchandising, price discounts, and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying among Generation Z at the Miniso store in Galaxy Mall Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Generation Z, aged 17-27, residing in Surabaya. This study uses a sample of 150 respondents using a non-probability sampling method and a purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to analyze the data, which was processed using SPSS version 27. The results of this study indicate that visual merchandising, price discounts, and shopping lifestyle simultaneously influence impulse buying. Partially, however, visual merchandising does not have a significant effect on impulse buying, while price discounts and shopping lifestyle do have significant effects on impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, location, and service quality on customer satisfaction among consumers who purchase products or use services at AA Motor Service Surabaya. The research employs a quantitative approach with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The study population consists of residents of Surabaya who have made transactions at AA Motor Service Surabaya, with a sample of 89 respondents selected using the purposive sampling technique. The respondent criteria include consumers from Surabaya who have used the service at AA Motor Service Surabaya at least once in the last three months. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The findings indicate that price, location, and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at AA Motor Service Surabaya. Partially, the variables of price and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction. Conversely, the location variable does not have a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction.
