Abstract

Community participation is an important factor in the success of program implementation. Likewise, the Gen Z Talk Show Program is designed as an interactive forum that discusses topics surrounding verbal sexual harassment in the form of catcalling that occurs in Generation Z. By holding the Gen Z Talk Show program (Resisting Verbal Sexual Harassment: Catcalling) at SMAN 1 Baregbeg, it is hoped that more increasing awareness among teenagers, especially activity participants, regarding the dangers of catcalling¸ providing education and encouraging active participation by the community, especially activity participants, to be braver. refuse and report acts of sexual harassment catcalling. In this activity we contribute as instructors and program organizers. The method for implementing this service activity uses counseling techniques using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods and using Inquiry Learning strategies. The results of the Gen Z Talk Show activities held at SMAN 1 Baregbeg had a positive impact on participants because participants were able to participate actively, including (1) Participation of participants in increasing awareness of the dangers of catcalling (2) Participation of participants in sharing catcalling experiences (3) Participation Participants Discussion on the Impact of Catcalling (4) Participation of participants in preventing catcalling.

Abstract

Community empowerment entails promoting and improving a community’s well-being by encouraging active engagement among its people. Community planning is one method of promoting empowerment. Bunter Village in the Sukadana sub-district is an excellent example of how participatory planning can empower the community. The local administration, the Community Learning Activity Centre (PKBM), and people are all involved in this project. The method used is participatory planning, with the goal of analyzing community involvement, notably in the June PKBM activities. This procedure provides the community with information and expertise to help them resume their education, which may have been postponed. The purpose of this socialization endeavor is to rekindle the community’s willingness to pursue non-formal education possibilities and to build a stronger sense of responsibility for education within the community.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi peran digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran bagi bisnis di era modern. Dengan kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan perilaku konsumen, digitalisasi telah menjadi kunci dalam merancang dan melaksanakan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efisien dan terukur. Artikel ini membahas implementasi digitalisasi dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran di Desa Margajaya, sebuah desa yang memiliki potensi ekonomi yang signifikan namun belum sepenuhnya tereksplorasi. Dengan mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital, Desa Margajaya berusaha untuk mempromosikan produk local hasil karya sendiri dan mengoptimalkan keterlibatan konsumen. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi platform digital seperti media sosial, contohnya akun shopee yang digunakan oleh pelaku usaha di desa tersebut. Artikel ini mengidentifikasi manfaat yang diperoleh dari digitalisasi, termasuk peningkatan penjualan, dan efisiensi operasional. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengkaji tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses digitalisasi, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan kurangnya literasi digital di kalangan masyarakat desa. Berdasarkan temuan ini, artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut dan memaksimalkan potensi digitalisasi dalam pemasaran. Dengan demikian, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pelaku usaha dan pemangku kepentingan di Desa Margajaya serta desa-desa lain yang memiliki aspirasi serupa dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran melalui digitalisasi. This article explores the role of digitalization in increasing marketing effectiveness for businesses in the modern era. With advances in technology and changes in consumer behavior, digitalization has become key in designing and implementing more efficient and measurable marketing strategies. This article discusses the implementation of digitalization in an effort to increase marketing effectiveness in Margajaya Village, a village that has significant economic potential but has not been fully explored. By adopting a digital marketing strategy, Margajaya Village strives to promote local products made by itself and optimize consumer engagement. This research explores digital platforms such as social media, for example shopee accounts used by business actors in the village. This article identifies the benefits gained from digitalization, including increased sales, and operational efficiencies. Apart from that, this article also examines the challenges faced in the digitalization process, such as limited internet access and lack of digital literacy among village communities. Based on these findings, this article provides practical recommendations for overcoming these barriers and maximizing the potential of digitalization in marketing. Thus, this article aims to provide useful insights for business actors and stakeholders in Margajaya Village and other villages that have similar aspirations in increasing marketing effectiveness through digitalization.

Abstract

Differentiated learning in the independent curriculum has an important role in ensuring that every learner gets a learning experience that is appropriate for their respective needs, interests and potentials. SMAN 4 Tasikmalaya is one of the high schools that have implemented the Independent Curriculum and conduct learning differentiated. However, teachers encountered limitations in utilizing the and learning media that can support differentiated learning. This is because every In the period of capacity building, teachers have not found suitable facilitators from the scope of higher level than school institutions. The condition the partners is the reason for the implementation team to offer solutions in the form of training for teachers regarding the application of learning models flipped classroom and innovative media to support differentiated learning at SMAN 4 Tasikmalaya. The training method consists of 9 stages, including: 1) Preparation; 2) Coordination Meeting of the Service Implementation Team; 3) Coordination Meeting with the Principal and the training activity committee team; 4) Implementation Preparation; 5) Implementation of service; 6) making progress reports; 7) mentoring; 8) program evaluation, 9) preparation of final reports and service outputs. Throught this activity, teachers have the opportunity to improve skills, especially in Implementing interactive learning models and media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran flipped classroom terhadap kemampuan belajar mandiri dan kolaborasi mahasiswa di Program Studi Pendidikan Geografi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 mahasiswa dari 215 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Penerapan model flipped classroom (X) berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa (Y1) yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan berarti hipotesis diterima. Pengaruhnya signifikan, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 4,313 > nilai t tabel 1,675 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Sesuai dengan kriteria, jika t hitung > t tabel, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Oleh karena itu, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terkait implementasi model flipped classroom terhadap kemandirian belajar, dan 2) Implementasi model flipped classroom (X) berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan bekerjasama (Y2) yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001, dimana nilai tersebut < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan berarti hipotesis diterima. Pengaruhnya signifikan, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 4,313 > nilai t tabel 1,675 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Sesuai dengan kriteria, jika t hitung > t tabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Oleh karena itu, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom terhadap kemampuan kolaborasi siswa. The Effect is significant, which is proven by the t-statistic value 4.313 > t-table value 1.675 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. According with the criteria, if t-statistic > t-table then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Therefore, there is a positive and significant Effect regarding the implementation of the flipped classroom model on students' collaborative skills. Abstract

This research aims to analyse various forms of stereotypical representations of women in the context of public space. The methodology used is library research, with analytical techniques that include selection, comparison, integration, and classification of relevant research on the inequality of stereotypical representations of women in the public sphere. Through this process, this research identifies the relevance of the findings. The results show that women have begun to experience the process of emancipation and actualise their roles in various public spaces such as politics, government, education, and entertainment. In the entertainment sector, women even show dominance compared to men. However, despite the significant involvement of women in entertainment, they still face gender inequality. Public society still often gives negative stereotypes towards women, considering them as domestic creatures limited to housework, childcare, husband's service, objects of male sexuality, and as individuals who are considered weak, emotional, not credible, and powerless.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang mendasari pendirian Difabel Creative Center di Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Kota Bandung berkaitan dengan tantangan besar yang dihadapi penyandang disabilitas dalam mengakses peluang kerja dan kehidupan sosial yang setara. Banyak individu dengan keterbatasan mental atau fisik merasa kurang beruntung dan pesimis dalam menghadapi kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tahapan pemberdayaan kelompok disabilitas melalui program Difabel Creative Center di Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan kelompok disabilitas melalui program Difabel Creative Center (DCC) di Daarut Tauhiid Peduli, dilakukan dengan metode survei terbuka untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, analisis sosial-ekonomi, prioritisasi sumber daya, inovasi program, implementasi, dan evaluasi berkala. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam berbagai bidang kreatif. Selain itu, program ini juga berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan kesejahteraan mental dan spiritual peserta, yang terlihat dari peningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sosial. Peluang pekerjaan bagi peserta juga meningkat, dengan beberapa peserta berhasil mendapatkan pekerjaan atau memulai usaha mandiri. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan yang dilakukan melalui berbagai aktivitas kreatif dan dukungan sosial terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup peserta

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan dan dampak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kelompok tani dalam menunjang pendapatan petani padi kecamatan Cipedes kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian ini meunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat kelompok tani dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani padi melalui beberapa indikator antara lain: Pemungkinan, Penguatan, Perlindungan, Penyokongan dan Pemeliharaan. Sedangkan hasil dari pemberdayaan kelompok tani padi dapat meningkatkatkan hasil panen padi yang baik melalui pendampingan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan membantu memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan terhadap kegiatan panen padi ini dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia serta menambah ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam kegiatan panen padi

Abstract

The problems faced by parents towards their children who have difficulty in providing an understanding of learning in school, so there must be an effort, one of which is through the Sunday Teaching Program initiated by the Community Reading Gardens to improve learning skills in reading, writing and counting (Calistunng). The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Taman Bacaan Masyarakat in improving children's literacy and numeracy. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation interviews and documentation. The results of the field findings that the Baitul Mu'minin Community Reading Garden (TBM) in an effort to improve reading, writing and counting skills (calistung) in children through the Sunday Teaching program carry out interesting activities ranging from: (1) activities to read books one sheet per session, (2) free tutoring, (3) attracting children's interest in reading by reading books together, then the book is read by the tutor, (4) creating a comfortable and pleasant learning atmosphere, through the use of learning media, (5) as well as a varied collection of reading books so as to attract children's interest in learning. TBM Baitul Mu'minin handles learning activities with a playful approach and becomes an alternative choice for the community, especially parents, to help their children improve their learning skills. In conclusion, the efforts of community reading garden in improving calistung, the results can help children improve their ability to read, write, count better and increase.

Abstract

Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is an important educational conceptual framework. Researchers and educational practitioners work together to create Pedagogical Content Knowledge studies. Researchers and educators collaborate to gain a deeper knowledge of PCK and how to use it in real-world circumstances in the classroom through research and field experiences. The current analysis included research progress on PCK aspects from 2014 to 2023, namely the progress in the number of global publications on PCK aspects in the Scopus database from 2014 to 2023, the core journals of international publications in the field of PCK studies, the productivity of researchers in the field of PCK studies, the number of which originates from collaboration in international publications on PCK aspects of study, the development of international research publications, and the development of international research publications. The global publication Scopus instrumentation view database was used in this investigation. Data collected from Scopus was based on the terms instrumentation, instruments, measurements, medical instrumentation, virtual instrumentation, instrumentation system article title, abstract, and keywords of 2014-2023. The data comprised the number of years, daily posts of instrumentation features, author, and author's origin. Microsoft Excel was used to evaluate the data points. The VosViewer program was used to track the progress of worldwide publications on instrumentation issues. According to the results and discussion of growth developments in the field of pedagogical content knowledge studies indexed by Scopus from 2014 to 2022, the maximum number of publications (17.75%) occurred in 2022. The map of the development of the pedagogical content knowledge field based on co-words was classified into 6 clusters
