Abstract

Hasil observasi pada siswa kelas III SD Inpres Mallaengkeri Bertingkat menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menuangkan imajinasi dan kreativitasnya ke dalam sebuah tulisan. Hal itu disebabkan oleh rendahnya minat literasi siswa tersebut sehingga terbatas pula kosakata yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa program studi Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia bermaksud memberikan pelatihan menulis puisi kepada siswa dan memberikan arahan untuk rajin membaca buku agar mudah dalam menulis puisi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa-siswa sudah memiliki kemajuan dan mampu menghasilkan dan menulis karya puisi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the institution in providing legal aid in divorce cases, as well as identifying the challenges faced and solutions that can be applied in providing legal aid in divorce cases in Sangatta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive technique of Miles and Huberman, which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and data verification to produce valid and credible findings. This research was conducted at LBH Suara Rakyat Kutim which is located at Jalan H Abdullah, Gang Pipos, Sangatta Utara Village, Sangatta Utara District, East Kutai and took place from August 2024 to February 2025. The results of the study show that: 1) The Legal Aid Institute (LBH) Suara Rakyat Kutai Timur (SRKT) has a very important role in providing legal aid in divorce cases, especially for the underprivileged. LBH SRKT not only plays a role in providing legal advocacy, assistance in the trial process, and drafting lawsuits, but also in improving public legal literacy through counseling and consultation. 2) LBH SRKT also faces a number of challenges in handling divorce cases, such as limited public legal knowledge, social stigma that prevents individuals from expressing their legal problems, and tensions between state law and customary law that affect the division of joint property and child custody. In facing these challenges, LBH SRKT has implemented various solutions, such as the establishment of Legal Aid Posts (Posbakum) and collaborating with religious courts and district courts to provide legal aid services that are more easily accessible to the public. This solution has proven effective in improving public legal understanding and accelerating the process of resolving divorce cases.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Canva application in supporting the learning process at SDN 75 Kota Bengkulu. Canva is a digital graphic design application that offers ease in creating engaging and interactive learning media. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study included classroom teachers, students, and the school principal. The results showed that the use of Canva had a positive impact on enhancing teachers' creativity in designing teaching materials and increasing students' learning interest. Teachers were able to create more communicative and comprehensible visual materials, while students demonstrated higher enthusiasm during the learning process. Challenges encountered included limited technological facilities and initial unfamiliarity with the application, which were addressed through ongoing training and assistance. Thus, the implementation of Canva at SDN 75 Kota Bengkulu has proven effective in supporting more engaging, interactive, and contextual learning in the digital era.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and technological advancement, collaborative skills have become essential for students to thrive in academic and professional settings. However, traditional teacher-centered learning models in many Indonesian schools limit student interaction and hinder the development of collaboration. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in improving students’ collaborative abilities and academic outcomes. Using a descriptive qualitative method through library research, this study explores theories and findings from previous research to analyze the impact of the Jigsaw model. Rooted in Vygotsky's social constructivist theory and Slavin’s cooperative learning principles, the Jigsaw model encourages structured group work where each student is responsible for mastering and teaching a portion of the material. Findings indicate that this model promotes active learning, accountability, and mutual support, resulting in increased understanding and improved test scores. For instance, in one study, students’ average scores rose from 72 to 84 after implementing the Jigsaw approach. Furthermore, research at various education levels—from elementary to higher education—demonstrates that the model enhances not only academic performance but also communication, critical thinking, and character development. Therefore, the Jigsaw model is considered an effective pedagogical strategy to foster collaborative learning and elevate educational outcomes in diverse learning environments.

Abstract

The phenomenon of oversharing on social media has become a significant issue in the digital age, where individuals often over-share personal information without regard to its impact. In the context of Islamic law, privacy is a fundamental value that must be maintained to protect the honor and dignity of individuals. However, research linking privacy principles in Islamic law with privacy challenges in social media is still limited. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach and normative analysis of Qur'anic verses, hadith, and scholars' opinions to examine the limits of privacy in Islamic law and its implications for oversharing practices on social media. The results show that Islamic law regulates privacy through Maqasid al-Shari'ah, the prohibition of tajassus, and the recommendation to maintain speech and behavior in public spaces. The practice of oversharing on social media can violate these principles, potentially leading to slander, data exploitation, and negative impacts on social and psychological relationships. In addition, education about digital ethics based on Islamic law is important to encourage wise and responsible use of social media. This research makes a novel contribution to understanding the relationship between sharia norms and privacy challenges in the technological age, while offering ethical guidance for social media users to maintain honor and safety in the digital world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan Student Team Achievement Division sebagai model pembelajaran kooperatif dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris pada siswa SMAN 3 Pangkep. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar bahasa inggris siswa kelas XII IPA 2 di SMAN 3 Pangkep. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII IPA 2  semester ganjil SMAN 3 Pangkep Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 31 orang dan objek penelitiannya adalah hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris. Data dukumpulkan dengan observasi, metode test and evaluation. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemahaman model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, karakteristik model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, langkah-langkah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, dan tahapan tahapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam pembelajaran bahasa inggris. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa persentase hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris siswa pada siklus I sebesar 62 % dengan katagori “Rendah” pada siklus II sebesar 88 % dengan katagori “Tinggi”. Peningkatan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris dari siklus I ke Siklus II sebesar 26 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Tipe STAD dapat meningatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas XII IPA 2 semester ganjil di SMAN 3 Pangkep

Abstract

The problem that occurs is that there is a gap between Islamic religious education, namely learning fiqh, akidah ahklak, and Al-Qur'an hadith with student worship practices, which are like many students who are lazy in carrying out the midday prayer and dhuha prayer, therefore with the existence of With these problems, researchers are interested in finding answers to these problems. This research is aimed at knowing the impact Islamic religious education for student worship at MTs N 2 of Bengkulu City, this research was done On February 3rd to March 19th 2022 in MTs N 2 of Bengkulu City. This research is methodical research Quantitative correlation used for research With a specific population and sample, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is properties quantitative or statistics aimed at the test A preordained hypothesis. The research sample was 22 students. Data collected with Using angkette techniques, documentation and observation. The data from the study was analyzed with a test t is its value 0,000 < 0.05 then it can be concluded that hypothesis Received () received, and also available for examination Coefficient determinations known as R square is 0,498 or 49,8 percent. So that shows That 49,8 % of student worship practices are affected by Variable religious education of Islam and 50,2 percent Is affected by another factor, which means religious education of Islam has a significant impact on practice Student worship at MTs N 2 City of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja (juvenile delinquency) adalah suatu perbuatan yang melanggar norma, aturan atau hukum dalam masyarakat yang dilakukan pada usia remaja atau transisi masa anak-anak dan dewasa. Perkembangan remaja saat ini mengalami perubahan kedalam tatanan masyarakat tradisional menuju masyarakat modern. Perubahan tersebut merubah norma, nilai dan gaya hidup. Remaja yang dahulu terjaga dalam sistem keluarga, adat budaya dan nilai tradisional, mulai mengalami pengikisan yang disebabkan oleh perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang cepat. Hal tersebut didukung dengan perkembangan media massa yang terbuka dalam memberikan informasi keragaman gaya hidup. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Untuk menganalisis peran dari seluruh langkah kegiatan Iktirof dalam membina akhlak siswa SMA di Kota Bengkulu, 2) Untuk menganalisis seluruh program kerja Iktirof dalam upaya membina akhlak siswa SMA di Kota Bengkulu, 3) Mengetahui kendala Iktirof dalam proses penyampaian maupun pembinaan kepada siswa SMA di kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah Pembina Iktirof, siswa dan guru PAI Sekolah Menengah. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Iktirof berperan penting dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa SMA di kota Bengkulu melalui mentoring perpekan dan program-program kerja yang di realisasikan. Problematika yang dihadapi karena faktor pergaulan mereka yang kadang kala tidak mengantar mereka menjadi anak-anak yang cinta ibadah. Faktor lainnya dari segi pemahaman agama anak-anak yang masih kurang. Selain upaya yang dilakukan Iktirof melalui program kerja, upaya yang di lakukan oleh pihak sekolah juga dengan selalu support apapun bentuk kegiatan dari Iktirof, sehingga siswa tidak merasa terbebani dan dibatasi.
