Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya stimulasi aspek kognitif anak usia dini, khususnya dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berhitung sebagai salah satu dasar keterampilan akademik. Observasi awal di PAUD Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Linduk menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak usia 5–6 tahun masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengenal konsep angka, menyebutkan urutan bilangan, serta melakukan kegiatan menghitung sederhana. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi dasar perlunya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik, kreatif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran berhitung dengan memanfaatkan media loosepart serta menganalisis sejauh mana media tersebut mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung dan dokumentasi kegiatan belajar. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penggunaan media loosepart dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal angka, menghitung benda, serta mengurutkan bilangan secara lebih tepat. Peningkatan hasil belajar terlihat dari perbedaan antara siklus I dan siklus II. Selain itu, media loosepart menjadikan pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan, interaktif, serta mampu menumbuhkan minat belajar anak. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa loosepart merupakan media efektif untuk mendukung perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini, khususnya dalam keterampilan berhitung.

Abstract

This study investigated the impact of using flashcard media on the reading literacy skills of 5-6-year-old children at RA Asalsabila. Early childhood reading literacy encompasses recognizing letters, sounds, blending letters, and reading syllables and simple words. Using a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design (pretest-posttest control), this research involved 40 children divided into an experimental group (using flashcards) and a control group (without flashcards). Data was collected through observation and reading tests. The results showed a significant difference between the two groups. The average posttest score of the experimental group dramatically increased from 49.80 to 81.75, while the control group only reached 66.20 (Sig. 2-tailed = 0.000 < 0.05). This proves that flashcards significantly improve reading literacy because their visual, interactive, and multisensory nature attracts children's attention and stimulates their cognition and language. This research contributes to innovations in early childhood education learning and serves as an important reference for educators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa sekolah dasar melalui penerapan metode Technology-Based Learning (TBL). Dalam era digital ini, keterampilan literasi digital menjadi sangat penting, terutama bagi siswa sekolah dasar yang sedang berada dalam tahap perkembangan penting. Metode dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi, Lokasi penelitian di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Larangan Kabupaten Serang. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 guru dan orangtua serata 30 anak kelas 4 dan 5. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan guru, pengembangan modul literasi digital, dan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di kelas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan literasi digital siswa dan kesiapan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai alat pengajaran.

Abstract

Pengaruh model pembelajaran practical life terhadap kemandirian mengurus diri pada anak di tk pembina kecamatan. Kemandirian sangat berkaitan erat dengan faktor eksternal seperti pengalaman. Model pembelajaran practical life akan membantu anak untuk melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari secara mandiri, tanpa bantuan orang dewasa. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran practical life terhadap kemandirian mengurus diri pada anak usia dini. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksperimen, dengan 14 orang sampel anak usia 4-5 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya akan menggunakan satu kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen. Desain satu kelompok yang akan digunakan adalah jenis one group pretest-posttest. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel area, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran practical life terhadap kemandirian mengurus diri pada subjek, dengan taraf signifikansi 0.001 (0.001<0.005). Seluruh subjek mengalami kenaikan skor dari pretest ke posttest. Keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini setelah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil yang didapatkan dan perubahan yang terjadi pada subjek adalah sebesar 89.3%.

Abstract

Masa pandemi covid-19 saat ini memberikan dampak dalam bidang apapun termasuk pendidikan. Salah satunya dalam bidang pendidikan anak usia dini yang mengharuskan guru untuk melakukan pembelajaran daring. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mendapatkan informasi kesiapan guru Taman Kanak-kanak menghadapi pembelajaran daring masa pandemi covid-19. Subjek penelitian 10 orang guru TK di Kota Pariaman, Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis  menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman (Analysis Interactive Model). Hasil menunjukkan 6 dari 10 guru Taman Kanak-kanak sudah siap menghadapi pembelajaran daring, namun 4 dari guru Taman Kanak-kanak belum siap melakukan pembelajaran daring. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas yang kurang memadai dari pihak guru dan orangtua dan masih adanya anggapan bahwa pembelajaran daring ini sulit dilakukan. Kesiapan guru Taman Kanak-kanak melakukan pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini sangat diperlukan. Persiapan dimulai dari rencana pembelajaran, mengkomunikasikan dengan orang tua, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning result of science at the five year students of state elementary school 011 Koto Tuo Distric of XIII Koto Kampar. One of solution to overcome this problem by implementation of scientific approach. The objective of study to know increase learning result of science material the animal's respiratory organs at the five year students of state elementary school 011 Koto Tuo Distric of XIII Koto Kampar by implementation of scientific approach. This research is a kind of Classroom Action Research (CAR) executed in two cycles. Every cycles consisted of bay one meeting and four phase, thas is planning, action, observation, and reflection. the subjects in this study is five grade students of 011 Koto Tuo Distric of XIII Koto Kampar 2017-2018 school year the number of students of 31 people, consisting of 14 men and 17 women. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation, testing, and documentation. Having conducted research note an increase in student learning outcomes of prior actions, the first cycle and second cycle. In the pre-action mastery students only reached 45,46% or 14 students who completed, the students who pass the first cycle increased to 18 people or completeness only reached 58,06%. In the second cycle turns completeness students at 27 students or the percentage of 87,10%. Thereby that is the implementation of scientific approach to increase learning result of science material the animal's respiratory organs at the five year students of state elementary school 011 Koto Tuo Distric of XIII Koto Kampar.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children's fine motor skills with plasticine play activities, motivated by the low fine motor skills in group B children of Dharma Bakti Kindergarten. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research method (PTK). This class action research was carried out in 2 cycles, in each cycle there were 2 meetings. The research subjects were children of Tulip class, group B of Dharma Bakti Kindergarten, totaling 11 children. The object of research is using plasticine media. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques and documentation techniques. The results showed an increase in fine motor skills in each indicator. It can be seen from the results in cycle II action, where in the indicator of working the fingers BB 0 children or 0% MB value 1 child or 9.09% BSB value 2 children or 18.18% BSH value 8 children or 72.73%. There is also an indicator of moving the wrist value BB 0 children or 0% value MB 0 children or 0% BSH 2 or 18.18% value BSB 8 children or 72.73% value. Indicators of eye-hand coordination BB value 0 children or 0% MB value 1 child or 9.09% BSB value 3 children or 27.02% and BSB value 7 children or 63.89% showed that children's fine motor skills had increased in cycle II. Abstract

The background of this research is the low ability of the children group B of Harapan Bangsa Kindergarten in recognizing number symbols 1-10. Some children have not been able to match numbers with their number symbols. One of the solutions offered by researchers is to try the activity of matching writing with number symbols to improve understanding of number symbols in children group B of Harapan Bangsa Kindergarten. The type of research applied is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques used were observation techniques and documentation techniques, while data analysis techniques used in this research were quantitative data analysis techniques and qualitative data analysis techniques. The research results obtained were the BB value in the pre-action 7 children or 41.18% In the first cycle it became 2 children or 11.76% and in the second cycle it became 0 children or 0%, the MB value in the pre-action was 6 children or 35.209% , in cycle 1 there were 5 children or 29.41% then in cycle II there was 1 child or 5.88%, the BSH value in the pre-action there were 2 children or 11.76% In cycle 1 there were 6 children or 35.29% then in cycle II there were 5 children or 29.41%, the final value of BSB in pre-action activities there were 2 children or 11.76% in cycle 1 there were 4 children or 23.53% and at the end of cycle II there were 11 children or 64.71% of these results show a very significant improvement. Thus it can be concluded that the activity of matching writing with number symbols can improve the ability to recognize number symbols in children. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low reading comprehension skills of third grade students at SDN 035 Indra Puri, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. One solution to overcome this problem is to use the make a match learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation and improvement of the make a match learning model in improving reading comprehension skills through third grade students at SDN 035 Indrapuri. This research method is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The results of data analysis showed that the average value from cycle I to cycle II increased by 17.5 from 59.23 to 76.73. This means that there was a significant increase. Similarly, student completeness also increased from 54% to 85%. Thus it can be concluded that the make a match learning model can improve the reading skills of class III students at SDN 035 Inra Puri, especially in the theme of Love the Animals and Plants Around..

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the cognitive abilities of children aged 4–5 years through block play activities at Kober Bani Yahya in Serang City, Banten. The background of the study emphasizes the importance of the play-and-learn approach in early childhood development. The research adopted a two-cycle Classroom Action Research design involving 10 children in Group A. Each cycle comprised four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The results indicated a significant improvement in the children’s cognitive abilities. In the pre-cycle, the average cognitive ability ranged from 35–40% (Undeveloped category). Following the block play intervention, the average increased to 58–65% (Starting to Develop and Developing as Expected categories) in Cycle I. The highest improvement was recorded in Cycle II, where the average reached 83–90%, with most children categorized as Very Well Developed.These findings confirm that block play effectively enhances cognitive skills such as shape and size classification, color recognition, problem-solving, and symbolic reasoning. The study concludes that block-based learning is a concrete, enjoyable, and relevant approach to optimizing early childhood cognitive development
