Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa dampak signifikan dalam berbagai sektor industri, termasuk bidang penjualan dan distribusi. PT Informa Batam menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan barang retur akibat sistem pencatatan yang belum terintegrasi secara optimal. Kendala seperti kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan proses, dan kesulitan dalam memperoleh laporan yang akurat menghambat efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Metode ini diterapkan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan guna memastikan sistem berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengotomatisasi proses pencatatan dan pelacakan barang retur, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem ini dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan retur barang, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis PT Informa Batam serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan daya saing perusahaan di industri furnitur.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based registration system for prospective parking attendants at the UPTD Parking Service in the Transportation Department of Batam City. Currently, the process of managing prospective parking attendant data is done manually, leading to time-consuming registration procedures. The absence of a proper information system makes it difficult for prospective parking attendants to find information about the registration process at the Batam City Transportation Department. This system was developed by using PHP programming and MySQL database. The development follows the SDLC Waterfall model, which consists of five phases: requirements analysis, system design, coding, program testing, and system implementation. The system was modelled by using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. System testing was conducted by using black-box testing and tested by users. The results of this study include the requirements analysis, system design with UML modeling, and eight supporting tables for the development of the web-based application. The system has been tested on local host and through black-box testing, and it is deemed successful in assisting the management of prospective parking attendant registration. However, the application is limited to the admin and user pages. There is a need for data classification on the system dashboard to present a more executive-level display in line with the registration form for prospective parking attendants. Additionally, there is a need for improvements in human resources to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the system.

Abstract

Latar belakang bermula dari mempromosikan dengan cara bersilahturahmi dari pulau ke pulau dan dari pesantren ke pesantren yang memakan banyak sekali waktu dan biaya sulitnya untuk menjangkau pulau dan daerah yang letaknya sangat jauh sehingga penulis membuatkan perancangan dan menerapkan website yang dapat membantu dalam promosi dan informasi. Perancanganan website akan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman scripting yaitu HTML, Javas¬¬cript, dan CSS. Untuk metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall yang dapat membantu dalam metodologi untuk pengembangkan sistem-sistem tersebut, serta model perancangan penulis menggunakan Unifield Modelling Languange (UML) sebagai alat bantu dalam pemodelan secara visual yang digunakan sebagai sarana perancangan sistem yang berorientasi objek.

Abstract

The development of the Internet of Things (IoT) has brought convenience to various aspects of life, but it also presents significant challenges regarding cybersecurity. One solution to address this issue is the development of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) based on machine learning. This study aims to design an efficient and adaptive IDS for IoT environments using machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The methodology includes system design, data collection, algorithm selection, model training, and system performance evaluation. The results show that Random Forest and SVM algorithms are effective in detecting attacks such as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) and malware, with a relatively high accuracy rate. However, the main challenges faced are the need for representative datasets and computational efficiency issues on resource-constrained IoT devices. This study concludes that machine learning-based intrusion detection systems can improve IoT security by accurately detecting cyber-attacks. Further development is expected to address efficiency constraints and enhance the system's reliability in facing increasingly complex threats.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is an increasingly alarming social phenomenon in the digital era, especially among students. This community service aims to educate students about the forms, impacts, and prevention of cyberbullying. Through awareness sessions, participants showed improved understanding (11.72%), awareness of impacts (7.98%), and responsive attitudes (8.36%). These results indicate that the education program was effective in fostering awareness and readiness to address cyberbullying. The initiative also highlights the importance of collaboration between families, schools, and communities in building collective efforts to prevent and combat cyberbullying.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan untuk mengadopsi sistem berbasis web guna meningkatkan layanan dan efisiensi operasional. PT. Sentral Berkat Teknologi, yang bergerak di bidang penjualan dan perakitan PC gaming serta perangkat teknologi lainnya, menghadapi kendala dalam layanan e-commerce dan manajemen pelanggan karena keterbatasan fitur pada website yang berbasis CMS WordPress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem e-commerce berbasis CMS WordPress dengan metode Agile menggunakan model Scrum guna meningkatkan layanan pelanggan, efisiensi pemesanan perakitan PC, serta optimalisasi penjualan daring.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tahapan pengolahan data yang mencakup editing, klasifikasi, verifikasi, dan analisis kebutuhan sistem. Pengembangan sistem mencakup implementasi fitur e-commerce, layanan pelanggan online, serta perakitan PC daring yang diintegrasikan dalam website. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan melalui pengujian fungsional, keamanan, serta uji kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, mempermudah pelanggan dalam mengakses layanan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, pengelolaan dokumen menjadi aspek penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi risiko kehilangan data. PT. Glori Global Sukses, yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan internasional, masih mengelola dokumen secara manual, sehingga mengalami kendala dalam pencarian, penyimpanan, dan keamanan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan Dokumen berbasis Rapid Application Development (RAD) guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan dokumen. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama: Requirement Planning, Design Workshop, dan Implementation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat mengotomatisasi proses pengarsipan, mempercepat pencarian dokumen, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keamanan data. Dengan demikian, implementasi sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi bagi PT. Glori Global Sukses dalam mengelola dokumen secara lebih efisien dan terstruktur.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a database-based information system for managing Social Welfare Issues (PMKS) and Social Welfare Potential and Resources (PSKS) in XYZ Village, XYZ District. Currently, PMKS and PSKS data management is still carried out using Microsoft Excel, which causes data entry errors, such as names, population registration numbers (NIK), and recipient addresses. In addition, data retrieval is difficult, and reports take up a lot of file storage space. Microsoft Excel is also not well integrated and does not allow for direct monitoring. The information system was developed using the Agile approach with the Scrum method and designed using database-based programming, PHP, and MySQL. In the design stage, the Waterfall method was used to design the system, and modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML) was used to describe the structure and interactions between system components. The results of this research include needs analysis, system design with UML modeling, and 64 tables that support system development. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing, which involved the PMKS Admin, PSKS Admin, and Public Services related to PMKS and PSKS data management in XYZ Village, XYZ District. The test results showed that the developed information system was successful and could facilitate data management, information retrieval, and report generation, as well as facilitate direct monitoring. In addition, this system requires data classification on the dashboard to display information in a more executive manner, particularly to support annual reports. To maintain the sustainability of this system, it is necessary to improve human resources in the operation and maintenance of the system so that it can continue to function properly and support the management of PMKS and PSKS in XYZ Village, XYZ District.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, cybersecurity has become increasingly crucial as information technology permeates nearly every aspect of life. Students from the Faculty of Informatics Engineering, known for their tendency to adopt new technologies early, face high risks from constantly evolving and complex cyber threats. The importance of cybersecurity cannot be overstated, and educating and socializing safe technology practices are key to protecting oneself from cyberattacks. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness among students of the Faculty of Informatics Engineering at Ibnu Sina University, focusing on efforts to enhance understanding and protection against online threats. The activities include workshops and involve several stages, from planning to evaluation and reflection. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding and proactive attitudes towards online security practices. Evaluation suggests that these awareness efforts effectively change students' behaviors to enhance digital safety. Recommendations for the future include increasing collaboration between universities and industry to provide additional resources and training. This initiative not only benefits students directly but also serves as a foundation for developing more comprehensive and sustainable cybersecurity education strategies in academic environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perancangan sistem informasi penegendalian persediaan barang pada CV.Anugerah Sukses Sejahtera. CV.Anugerah Sukses Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan barang jadi seperti tas, baju, dan lain sebagainya. Dimana ditemukan permasalahan diantaranya belum adanya sistem terkait dalam pengendalian persediaan barang. Penelitian ini diperoleh data melalui wawancara bagian admin purchasing, admin gudang dan admin pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah FIFO (First In First Out) sebagai pendekatannya, SDLC sebagai perancangan dan pengujian, dan UML (Unified Modeling Language) sebagai pemodelan sistem. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam perhitungan barang dan memonitoring barang tersebut sehingga pada laporan akhir bulan tidak terdapat selisi barang barang antara stok fisik dan stok opname dikomputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pengendalian persediaan barang pada CV.Anugerah Sukses Sejahtera sudah sesuai dengan metode First In Firt Out(FIFO), namun perlu adanya pengendalian persediaan untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara investasu persediaan dan tingkat pelayanan konsumen.
