Abstract

This research is motivated by the dominant use of the murabahah contract in contemporary Islamic economic practices, which is often understood in a technical-formal manner, thus potentially obscuring the value dimensions and ethical learning contained therein. This study aims to analyze the value dimensions and ethical learning in the murabahah concept based on the verses of the Qur'an on trade and usury and their interpretation in Buya Hamka's Tafsir al-Azhar. The research method used is qualitative with a library research design and a normative-interpretative approach, with data sources consisting of the Qur'an, Tafsir al-Azhar, and scientific literature related to Islamic economics and the ethics of muamalah. The results of the discussion indicate that murabahah obtains Qur'anic legitimacy because it is based on a fair, transparent, and exchange-based buying and selling mechanism based on real benefits, which is fundamentally different from usury which is exploitative. The research findings confirm that according to Buya Hamka, murabahah is not only an economic contract, but also a medium for internalizing Islamic educational values ​​that instill honesty, justice, trustworthiness, and social responsibility, and will lose its ethical meaning if carried out formally. The implications of this research indicate that strengthening murabahah practices requires integration between legal compliance and value awareness, so that murabahah can function as an educational instrument for Islamic economic ethics that is in line with the objectives of sharia (maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah) and contemporary social needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan instrumen penilaian yang diterapkan oleh guru pada mata pelajaran sistem reproduksi manusia kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Yapari. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Yapari dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis, yaitu suatu metode yang digunakan untuk meneliti status suatu objek, kondisi tertentu, ataupun suatu peristiwa pada masa sekarang yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi, memberikan gambaran yang faktual dan akurat mengenai objek yang diselidiki. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis LKPD yang dirancang oleh guru di Mas Yapari Hamparan Perak, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan instrumen kesesuaian PBL. Instrumen yang dianalisis yaitu dokumen LKPD. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Instrumen checklist untuk menjawab kesesuaian antara LKPD dengan model pembelajaran. Dari hasil angket yang disebar mendapatan hasil 75% sesuai LKPD dengan materi sistem reproduksi manusia dan 25 % tidak sesuai LKPD dengan materi sistem reproduksi manusia dari hasil tersebut menyatakan bahwa LKPD sesuai dengan materi sistem reproduksi manusia dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam konteks hubungan primordial pada pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) di Dinas Pendidikan dan Dinas Kesehatan Aceh. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis manifestasi primordialisme serta dampaknya terhadap netralitas menjelang pilkada di ke dua dinas tersebut. Metode penelitian mnggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ASN berada dalam posisi dilematis selama Pilkada, yaitu munculnya motivasi untuk mendapatkan promosi jabatan sehingga seringkali berbenturan dengan kewajiban mereka dalam menjaga netralitas. Hubungan primordial mendorong ASN untuk mengambil sikap dukungan, baik secara terbuka maupun dibelakang layer, karena anggota keluarga dan kerabat cenderung saling mendukung dalam mencapai kemenangan. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah perlu penguatan regulasi, sosialisasi, pengawasan, dan penanaman budaya organisasi yang lebih transparan.

Abstract

The humanitarian crisis for Rohingya refugees in Aceh has reached its worst levels. Various institutions have attempted to address this crisis, including Islamic banks; however, due to regulations and policies, these institutions are limited in their ability to provide further assistance. This article explores the concept of maslahah mursalah as an alternative approach to policymaking that Islamic banks can use to help alleviate the humanitarian crisis affecting Rohingya refugees in Aceh. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data sources include books discussing the interests of two reformers, while secondary data was collected from newspapers, books, and articles examining Islamic banking in Aceh and issues facing the Rohingya community. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) the principle of maslahah is an Islamic principle that can serve as a basis for Islamic banks to develop policies aimed at assisting the Rohingya in Aceh, as this urgent need is not currently being addressed by these banking institutions. (2) The humanitarian crisis of Rohingya refugees in Aceh is considered a necessary need, according to the definitions established by scholars such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Ashour, and Al-Shatibi. (3) We believe that the humanitarian crisis of Rohingya refugees in Aceh can be addressed by Islamic banks, which include 28 banks — seven Sharia commercial banks, six Sharia business units, and 15 people's credit banks — from corporate social responsibility funds to help 1,104 Rohingya refugees who are sheltered in four locations across Aceh: Bedi, Sabang, North Aceh, and East Aceh.

Abstract

This community service aims to determine the ability of the Gampong government in Gampong Asan in managing the Village Fund Allocation (ADG). To see the ability of the Gampong government in the management of ADG, the authors refer to management starting from the planning, implementation, reporting and accountability stages. The method used to realize this community service program is material presentation, mentoring, evaluation. The results of community service show that the actual ability of the Gampong Asan government in terms of administrative capabilities has not improved from year to year, but in terms of determining the work program in the use of ADG it is also still minimal. This problem is influenced by several factors, namely; (1) The people of Gampong Asan do not actively participate in all Gampong government affairs, and (2) Supervision by the supervisory team has not been maximized.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the tourism sector is one of the activities that has a very strategic role in supporting the development of the national economy. This sector is proclaimed as one of the reliable sources of foreign exchange earners, it is also a sector capable of absorbing labor and encouraging investment development. However, at this time all forms of community activity have stopped due to the Corona Virus Pandemic that has hit all corners of the country, including Indonesia, especially in the field of tourism. Thus, the Government of Indonesia has determined that Indonesia is entering the New Normal Era (New Order). The Bener Meriah Regency Government must be able to issue a good strategy so that regional income and also the community in the field of tourism can continue to run well. However, the current problem is that in Bener Meriah Regency, tourists during the pandemic have decreased dramatically so that people's incomes in the tourism sector have deteriorated. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using techniques to obtain data through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study used 7 informants who were determined purposively consisting of the Head of the Bener Meriah Regency Tourism Office along with his staff, business actors and the community. The results show that the strategy that has been implemented has been effective even though the strategy has not been able to increase the income of the community in the tourism sector, such as the lack of sensitivity of the community and tourism object managers in carrying out health protocols, the absence of regulations or Qanun on tourism. Suggestions for the future so that the Bener Meriah Regency Government is much better at increasing community income in the new normal period and can work together with the whole community in creating the current new normal era so that it runs well in the future.
