Abstract

The existence of technology in the world of education is a very important need. As time goes by, technology is developing rapidly along with the intelligence and creativity of the generation that will be the successor of the nation in the future. Therefore, students must also be able to develop technology in learning such as ChatGPT. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of ChatGPT in learning in college as a medium that can help lectures. The method used in this research is quantitative method, data obtained through online questionnaire distribution. The results found that there are various impacts such as ChatGPT can make it easier for students to do some of their assignments, however, socially the interaction and communication between students and lecturers will be reduced, because in the world of education what is needed is not only grades, but also the process that makes it clear that ChatGPT can be beneficial because it can help with assignments, but on the other hand, there is a lack of communication between lecturers and students. The limitation of this study is that researchers only conducted research on some students in higher education so that the data obtained is less relevant. Penliti hopes that future researchers can conduct more in-depth research. This research also recommends ChatGPT in college.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of project-based learning (PBL) on students' collaborative abilities within the context of secondary education. The investigation encompassed three key areas: communication, teamwork, and collaborative problem-solving.The research employed a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis of students and teachers. The findings indicated that PBL markedly enhanced students' collaborative abilities, particularly in the domains of communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. However, certain obstacles emerged, including time management and the necessity for more efficacious teacher roles as facilitators.In conclusion, the findings of this study indicate that project-based learning (PBL) has a significant impact on students' collaboration skills, particularly in terms of communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. However, the implementation of PBL in secondary education contexts is not without challenges, including the need for effective time management strategies and the strengthening of teachers' capacity as facilitators. PBL is an effective method for enhancing students' collaborative abilities. However, its implementation necessitates the provision of adequate support in the form of effective time management strategies and the enhancement of teachers' capacity to serve as effective facilitators.

Abstract

The research is intended to determine the best approach to managing classrooms. There are discussions regarding the comparison of approaches that have proven effective in designing effective classroom management. Student achievement could not be separated from a successful classroom management system. The learning environment in the class is based on how well teachers build effective classroom management systems. It leads to the students’ well-being in the learning process. In order to achieve a successful classroom management system, teachers tend to apply different approaches. There are some studies that deal with the application of these approaches in the process of creating such an effective classroom management system. Two of them are the behavior modification approach and the analytical pluralistic approach. This research is completed by using quantitative approach. The findings lead to the conclusion that certain approaches have proven better through this experimental research. At the end of the research, readers might benefit by taking the result of this research as a reference in their daily teaching.

Abstract

Aturan hukum menjelaskan bahwa seseorang diatur berdasarkan aturan yang sudah diterima dan disepakati bukan berdasarkan tindakan sewenang-wenang dari pihak penguasa. Aturan tersebut harus bersifat jelas, umum, transparan, pasti, dan berlaku untuk semua orang tanpa terkecuali. Perkembangan zaman menyebabkan hukum yang ada di masyarakat harus menyesuaikan perubahan masyarakat. Sudah sepatutnya masyarakat dan para sektor hukum saling berinteraksi agar hukum yang ditetapkan berjalan sesusai tujuannya. Pengabaian terhadap hukum dapat mengakibatkan adanya masalah serius yang berakibat pada ketidakadilan di masyarakat, sedangkan tujuan dari hukum itu sendiri adalah mewujudkan keadilan dan kedamaian dalam kehidupan masyarakat. berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut beberapa tokoh mengusulkan beberapa teori hukum di antaranya rule of law. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis-normatif yaitu menelaah beberapa pendapat para tokoh terkait konsep rule of law kemudian dianalisis dan direlevansikan dengan praktik hukum di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan konsep dari rule of law serta mendeskripsikan penerapannya dalam praktik hukum di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Rule of Law dalam gagasan Albert Venn Dicey memiliki tiga prinsip; supremacy of law yaitu menolak keras tindakan kesewenang-wenangan dari pemerintah, equality before the law yaitu kedudukan yang sama di depan hukum, dan due process of law yaitu terjaminnya hak-hak masyarakat, tujuan utama dari konsep rule of law yaitu mengusung keadilan bagi semua masyarakat, siapa saja memiliki kesamaan di mata hukum. Prinsip yang ada dalam rule of law di Indonesia sudah diterapkan, Hanya saja dalam konsepnya Indonesia mempunyai khas tersendiri yaitu “Cita Negara Pancasila” yang hal tersebut sangat penting dalam praktik kepemerintahan Indonesia yang adil.
