Abstrak: Kesadaran akseptor terhadap keamanan dan efek samping IUD yang dipakai sangat penting dipahami, terlebih di masa pandemi yang belum diketahui kapan akan berakhir. Mengenalkan daftar tilik evaluasi IUD secara mandiri oleh akseptor. Skor akan menunjukkan IUD aman dipakai, perlu waspada dan observasi dahulu, atau berisiko. Prestes dan postes, ceramah tentang IUD, mengisi kuesioner keluhan yang dirasakan, dan mengisi daftar tilik IUD. Jumlah pesertkla postes 25 orang dengan nilai meningkat pada pertanyaan IUD merupakan tipe KB apa, IUD digunakan selama berapa tahun, apa jenis IUD yang terdapat di puskesmas, apa yang dimaksud komplikasi translokasi IUD, dan alat untuk mendiagnosis translokasi IUD dengan masing-masing jawaban benar sebesar 96%, 60%, 84%, 52%, dan 80%. Sebanyak 61,5% akseptor tidak ada keluhan terhadap IUD yang dipakainya. Isian daftar tilik menunjukkan tidak ada keluhan suami 81%, tidak ada keluhan menstruasi 57,1%, tidak ada keluhan keputihan 52,4%, tidak ada keluhan keputihan yang gatal 81%, tidak ada keluhan nyeri 71,4%, dan tidak ada keluhan terhadap benang 81%. Simpulan adalah akseptor IUD yang tidak mempunyai keluhan terhadap alat kontrasepsi yang dipakainya lebih besar daripada yang mempunyai keluhan, dan mudah mengisi daftar tilik untuk evaluasi mendiri pemakaian IUD. Abstract: Acceptors' awareness of the safety and side effects of using IUDs is important to understand. Moreover, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are various limitations on access to education for acceptors. Therefore, it is important to introduce a checklist for independent IUD evaluation by acceptors. The score will indicate the IUD is safe to use, requires caution and observation first, or is risky. Pre-test and post-test, lectures about IUDs, filling out a perceived complaint questionnaire, and filling out an IUD checklist. Filling in the checklist shows no complaints from husband 81%, no menstrual complaints 57.1%, no complaints of vaginal discharge 52.4%, no complaints of itchy vaginal discharge 81%, no complaints of pain 71.4%, and none. complaints against yarn 81%. The conclusions are that IUD acceptors who have no complaints about the contraceptive they use are greater than those who have complaints, and it is easy to fill out a checklist for self-evaluation of IUD use.
