Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang perkembangan pencak silat di Aceh Tamiang pada masa orde baru (1967-1998). Pertanyaan pokok yang ingin dijawab adalah sejarah munculnya pencak silat di Tamiang dan penggunaan pencak silat dalam kepentingan politik Orde Baru pada tahun 1967-1998. Tujuan dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran kesenian dari kebudayaan pencak silat di Aceh Tamiang. Sejarah munculnya pencak silat dan sejauhmana penggunaan pencak silat dalam kepentingan politik Orde Baru. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian sejarah sosial. Metode yang digunakan mencakup empat langkah yaitu: (1) Heuristik yaitu tahapan untuk mengumpulkan sumber-sumber sejarah yang dianggap relevan, (2) Kritik sumber yaitu tahapan menganalisis secara kritis sumber-sumber sejarah yang telah didapat pada tahap heuristik, (3) Interprestasi yaitu memberikan penafsiran terhadap fakta-fakta yang diperoleh dan (4) Historiografi yaitu tahap penulisan sejarah. Pada tahap ini, setelah sumbr didapat dikritik serta diinterprestasikan, kemudian disusun dalam bentuk tulisan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, secara historis kemunculan pencak silat di Aceh Tamiang dilatar belakangi pengalaman yang didapat dari mempertahankan diri di waktu menghadapi serangan dari binatang buas dan suku-suku lain, kemudian oleh pemuda suku Tamiang untuk mendapatkan ilmu bela diri, mereka hubungkan dengan cara mendapatkan ilmu kebatinan. Pada masa Orde Baru tahun 1967-1998 pencak silat di Tamiang sangat berkembang, pencak silat dijadikan kekuatan politik pada masa Orde Baru. Di Aceh Tamiang orang yang mempunyai ilmu bela diri sangat diperhatikan karena dapat memberi pengaruh yang besar bagi masyarakat Tamiang dan setiap penampilan pencak silat harus diawasi oleh pemerintah stempat kemudian nama-nama dari anggota pencak silat diberikan kepada pemerintah.

Abstract

Sebagai satu-satunya wilayah di Indonesia yang menerapkan Syari’at Islam, tentu saja pembinaan nilai-nilai keislaman perlu mendapatkan tempat yang istimewa. Terlebih lagi pada era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini, banyak sekali hal-hal yang dapat menyebabkan menurunnya nilai-nilai keislaman bagi masyarakat Aceh yang salah satu indikatornya yaitu lembaga meunasah sudah mulai ditinggalkan terutama di perkotaan, seperti misalnya di Kota Langsa. Akibatnya, sudah ada tanda-tanda yang menunjukkan penurunan nilai-nilai keislaman masyarakat Aceh, khususnya di Kota Langsa. Contoh yang dapat diukur terkait penurunannya tersebut adalah banyaknya kasus-kasus yang ditangani oleh dinas syari’at Islam (polisi Syari’at Islam) seperti judi, mabuk-mabukan, dan Zina. Meunasah merupakan salah satu lembaga keagamaan dan adat di Aceh yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan penguatan nilai-nilai keislaman di Aceh. Dengan demikian, dilakukannya penguatan lembaga meunasah akan sangat membantu dalam pelaksanaan Syari’at Islam di Aceh pada umumnya dan Kota Langsa pada khususnya. Adapun yang dijadikan tempat penelitian adalah 5 (lima) meunasah yakni Meunasah At-Taqwa Gampong Jawa, Meunasah Al-Ikhlas BTN Asamera Matang Seulimeng, Meunasah Gampong Sungai Pauh Tanjong, Meunasah Al-Muhtadin Gampong Daulat, Meunasah Babussalam Gampong Tengoh.

Abstract

Kehadiran konflik dalam organisasi tidak dapat dihindarkan tetapi hanya dapat dieliminir. Konflik dalam organisasi dapat terjadi antara individu dengan individu, baik individu pimpinan maupun individu anggota staff. Konflik individu dengan kelompok maupun konflik antara kelompok tertentu dengan kelompok yang lain. Tidak semua konflik merugikan organisasi konflik yang ditata dan dikendalikan dengan baik dapat berujung pada keberuntungan organisasi sebagai suatu kesatuan. Penerapan perilaku organisasi pembahasan tentang konflik dalam organisasi memang sangat penting dikaji, karena dalam setiap organisasi pasti akan timbul konflik sehingga untuk memahami konflik kita perlu memahami beberapa pembahasan tentang cara mendiaknosis dan cara menangani konflik dengan baik sehingga kita dapat mengatasi konflik itu dengan baik.

Abstract

Decisions taken by top management will have a significant influence on the organization, especially if the decision is strategic in nature, for example determining the vision and mission of the organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze educational leadership decision making based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. The research method used is library research. The research results show decision making in the world of education; especially for the leadership of educational institutions must be able to choose the right decision alternatives so that the organizational goals of educational institutions in improving the performance and quality of education can be achieved optimally. Decision making describes the process through which a series of activities is selected as a solution to a particular problem. The organization of an educational institution, regardless of its level, of course, includes many people who will be interrelated with one another.

Abstract

The success of a school in improving student achievement as an indicator of the quality of graduates is highly dependent on the effectiveness of its curriculum management implementation. The purpose of this research is to elaborate on curriculum implementation and evaluation in improving the quality of graduates at SDN Tanjung Priok Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive research method. The results of the study show that Curriculum Management in Improving Graduate Quality consists of four stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Curriculum planning includes determining objectives, determining methods, determining material or content, and determining evaluation. Organizing the curriculum includes preparing an academic calendar, preparing lesson schedules, setting the duties and obligations of teaching staff, and school activity programs. Implementation of the curriculum includes learning materials or materials, learning strategies and methods, learning facilities and infrastructure, and learning assessment systems. Curriculum evaluation includes evaluation of educational goals, evaluation of content or materials, evaluation of learning strategies, and evaluation of assessment programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to elaborate on curriculum management and evaluation in increasing graduates at STAI Shalahudin Al-Ayubi Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that Curriculum Management in Improving Graduate Quality consists of four stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Curriculum planning includes determining objectives, determining methods, determining material or content, and determining evaluation. Organizing the curriculum includes preparing an academic calendar, arranging schedules, setting the duties and obligations of teaching staff, and campus activity programs. Implementation of the curriculum includes learning materials or materials, learning strategies and methods, learning facilities and infrastructure, and learning assessment systems. Evaluation of the curriculum includes evaluation of educational goals, evaluation of content or materials, evaluation of learning strategies, and evaluation of assessment programs. The supporting factors are professional educators and complete infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are the placement of available lecturers with low curriculum requirements, research and lecturer service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of curriculum management at SMA Negeri 18 Jakarta in terms of planning, implementation and obstacles. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study were: school principals, vice principals for curriculum, and teachers. The results of the study show: (1) curriculum planning starts with syllabus development by designing lessons that contain teaching material plans, material grouping, and material presentation. This can be seen from the annual program, semester program, lesson plans, minimum completeness criteria; (2) Implementation of the curriculum carried out by the teacher to carry out learning which includes teacher assignments, giving additional assignments, preparing schedules, dividing study groups, filling in teacher and student absences, determining extra-curricular activities, carrying out exams and filling in report cards and remedial as well as the teacher's role in implementing the curriculum as well as making decisions and implementing teaching programs; (3) There are significant evaluations/obstacles experienced by the principal in implementing the curriculum at SMA Negeri 18 Jakarta. However, guidance from the principal and teacher commitment is needed to implement the curriculum at SMA Negeri 18 Jakarta. Guidance from school principals with rewards and punishments, so that teachers who are committed get rewards and vice versa

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to elaborate on curriculum implementation and assessment at SMPN 29 in Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The research results show that the existence of the curriculum at SMPN 29 Jakarta is very important in the world of education because of its very strategic position in all aspects of educational activities. Based on all views from various angles regarding the notion of curriculum, the notion of curriculum can be organized into two, namely: the first curriculum is a number of content plans, which are a number of learning stages designed for students with educational institution guidelines in the form of static or dynamic processes and competencies. And secondly, the curriculum is the entire experience under the guidance and direction of the educational institution that brings it into learning conditions. The concept of curriculum and assessment at SMPN 29 Jakarta is seen as a learning plan for students or a set of goals to be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the special local content learning curriculum implemented at MTs Negeri 32 Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the process of planning the local content learning curriculum for the Islamic boarding school program at MTSN 32 Jakarta includes the vision, mission and goals of education. The organization of the local content learning curriculum at MTSN 32 Jakarta is divided into two groups, namely general science and religion, the national curriculum and local content. The implementation of the local content learning curriculum for the Islamic boarding school program enters school hours. While the implementation in the teacher's class carries out by making prota, promissory notes, promissory notes, syllabus, and lesson plans. The implementation of local content learning for the Islamic boarding school program at MTSN 32 Jakarta for delivery uses lecture and practice methods. Evaluation of the local content learning curriculum for the Islamic boarding school program at MTSN 32 Jakarta conducts evaluations in the form of written tests, practice tests and rote tests which are conducted once a month, every semester and at the end of each lesson

Abstract

Siti Walidah, or Nyai Ahmad Dahlan, became an important figure in fighting for women's education and emancipation through the establishment of the 'Aisyiyah organization. Siti Walidah's struggle was based on the patriarchal cultural conditions in the past that limited women's access to education and social roles. Siti Walidah, through her progressive thinking, tried to change this paradigm by establishing a women's organization under Muhammadiyah that emphasized the importance of education, empowerment, and gender equality. This study aims to analyze the thoughts and contributions of Siti Walidah in shaping the role of women, especially through education and empowerment, and to trace its impacts that are still felt today. The research method used is qualitative with a historical approach, through literature studies of primary documents such as the archives of Muhammadiyah and 'Aisyiyah, as well as the biography of Siti Walidah. The data were analyzed descriptively-interpretively to understand the social, cultural, and religious contexts that underlie her struggle. The results of the study show that through the 'Aisyiyah organization, Siti Walidah promoted women's education, opposed discriminatory practices such as forced marriage, and developed various social and economic empowerment programs. Another significant contribution was the establishment of educational institutions, such as TK 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal and Aisyiyah University.
