Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service at the Karampuang Village Office, Makassar City. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through documentation, observation, and interviews. The data obtained from the research results were processed using qualitative analysis to determine the quality of service at the Karampuang Village office, Makassar City. The results of the study indicate that the cause of the low quality of public services in Karampuang Village, Makassar City is caused by the indicators in the Tangible and Reliability dimensions that have not been implemented in accordance with service standards. The indicators that have not run according to service standards are (1) Tangible dimensions (physical evidence), namely the inconvenience of service places including non-functioning facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Taxpayer Knowledge and Awareness has on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance at the Makassar City Revenue Agency. This study uses quantitative methods of descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sampling method used is Nonprobability Sampling with Incidental Sampling Technique. The results of the study show that the knowledge of taxpayers has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, and there is an effect of knowledge and awareness of taxpayers simultaneously or together on restaurant taxpayer compliance at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of mutations on employee job satisfaction at Bulog parepare subdiv. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data collection technique used is through observation data collection, interviews and questionnaires. The sample used in this study is the entire population, namely 53 employees. The data obtained from the results of the research were processed using data analysis and using the help of the SPSS version 25 software program which consisted of validity tests, reliability tests of research instruments as well as descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis of the data that had been obtained.The results showed that the indicators used for each variable indicated that the mutation variable had a significant effect on employee satisfaction at Bulog Subdivre Parepare. This is proven based on simple linear regression and the Coefficient of Determination Test on the data that has been obtained.

Abstract

Abstrak. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian global, nasional maupun lokal, sebagai penggerak utama pertumbuhan ekonomi, pencipta lapangan kerja, serta agen perubahan sosial. Di berbagai wilayah termasuk Sulawesi Selatan terkhusus Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang UMKM menjadi tulang punggung ekonomi masyarakat, terutama perempuan yang terlibat dalam sektor usaha. Sebagai upaya untuk menghadapi tantangan bisnis penting kiranya mengadopsi strategi navigasi perempuan. Adapun urgensi dari penelitian ini sangat penting bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang program dan kebijakan yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM khususnya perempuan dan yang lebih penting menuju kesetaraan gender dalam dunia usaha dan perekonomian. Strategi adaptasi dapat digunakan oleh perempuan UMKM dalam berinovasi dan kreativitas dalam pengembangan usaha.  Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi adaptasi perempuan UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis dan diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang lebih efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan dan keberhasilan usaha perempuan UMKM. Serta menggali lebih dalam tentang straregi adaptasi yang digunakan oleh perempuan UMKM, mengevaluasi efektifitas dan dapat mengatasi tantangan bisnis.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini akan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan di Kabupaten Sindenreng Rappang Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu juga melakukan diskusi kelompok terfocus (FGD) yang melibatkan 70 Informan yaitu 10 dari dinas UMKM Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, 10 dari Asosiasi UMKM, 10 dari konsumen dan 40 dari perempuan pelaku usaha. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Miles dan Huberman dan alat ukur khusus penelitian kualitatif adalah Atlas TI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran perempuan sebagai pelaku usaha sangat penting dalam menopang perekonomian keluarga sekaligus berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Meskipun skala usaha yang dikelola mayoritas masih mikro dan kecil, keberadaan perempuan UMKM telah menjadi motor penggerak kegiatan ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Kata Kunci: Strategi; Adaptasi; Perempuan; UMKM; Tantangan Bisnis Global

Abstract

Kegiatan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar melalui pelatihan digitalisasi dan penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI). Selain itu, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan memberikan keterampilan praktis kepada pegawai dalam mengoptimalkan teknologi AI untuk tugas-tugas administratif yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini mencakup pendekatan campuran antara teori dan praktik. Pada tahap awal, dilakukan sosialisasi dan pengenalan konsep dasar AI, termasuk penerapannya dalam pekerjaan administratif. Setelah peserta memahami konsep dasar AI, dilanjutkan dengan pengenalan dan implementasi berbagai aplikasi AI yang relevan, seperti sistem pengolahan data otomatis, analisis data berbasis AI, dan penggunaan chatbot untuk pelayanan informasi publik Pendampingan intensif diberikan untuk memastikan pemahaman dan penerapan yang optimal. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan pegawai dalam menggunakan AI untuk mempercepat proses pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan. Para peserta mampu memanfaatkan alat berbasis AI untuk mengelola data siswa, memproses anggaran pendidikan, serta membuat laporan administrasi secara otomatis dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Selain itu, penggunaan chatbot untuk menjawab pertanyaan masyarakat juga berhasil mengurangi beban kerja pegawai. Evaluasi pasca-pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan teknologi ini, yang mengarah pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Budidaya rumput laut memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir, termasuk di Kabupaten Bone yang sebagian besar penduduknya menggantungkan hidup pada sektor kelautan. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada nelayan di Kabupaten Bone agar mereka dapat mengelola budidaya rumput laut secara efektif, efisien, dan ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif yang menggabungkan teori dan praktik langsung di lapangan. Kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya budidaya rumput laut dan potensi ekonominya, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan praktis tentang teknik-teknik dasar budidaya, termasuk pemilihan bibit, persiapan media tanam, pengelolaan kualitas air, serta pengendalian hama dan penyakit. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan pendampingan langsung untuk membantu nelayan dalam proses budidaya dan pemasaran hasil panen. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan dampak kegiatan ini terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil dari PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan praktis meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan nelayan dalam teknik budidaya rumput laut yang lebih efektif. Para nelayan mampu memilih bibit yang baik, mempersiapkan media tanam dengan tepat, serta menjaga kualitas air dan pengelolaan lingkungan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, pendampingan dalam pemasaran juga membantu nelayan memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan para nelayan.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan budaya organisasi dengan inovasi perusahaan pada Perusahaan umum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulawesi Selatan dan Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif.  Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk memastikan tingginya tingkat korelasi pada variabel budaya organisasi dengan inovasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan formula statistika, yakni korelasi Rank Spearman yang perhitungannya menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Dari hasi pengolahan data untuk variabel budaya organisasi diperoleh nilai 82 persen, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengolahan data untuk variabel inovasi perusahaan diperoleh nilai 86 persen maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi perusahaan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dari hasil analisis koefisien korelasi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar = 0,705, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berkorelasi dengan tingkat korelasi tinggi dengan inovasi perusahaan pada Perusahaan umum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar

Abstract

The cultural impact of the organization's performance on the employees' performance in maiwa artha promosindo makassar. Thesis the science administration study program. Majoring in administrative science. Faculty of social and law studies. Makassar state university. (Risma niswaty and Andi aslinda). The study aims to find out how the organizational culture affects the performance of employees in malwa artha promosindo makassar became the object of his research. It USES the kind of quantitative research. The data-gathering technique used is through primary data collection (observation and questionnaire) and secondary data collection (library study and documentation). The sample used was the sample that was calculated using sugiono's total sampling technique as many as 30 people surveyed. Data is obtained from research processed using data analysis and using the help of a 25 version of SPSS software program consisting of valiance tests and diagnostic tests of research instruments and descriptive analytic and inferential analysis of the data obtained. The results showed that the organizational culture and employee performance variables at PT. Maiwa Artha Promosindo Makassar has a significant influence. This was proven based on the results of a simple linear regression test and a correlation coefficient test of 0.675, which means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is strong/high. The determinant coefficient obtained is 0.437 which means that the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Maiwa Artha Promosindo Makassar obtained a score of 43.7% which is included in the moderate category interval.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of human resource competence on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises assisted by the Cooperative and MSME Office of Pangkep Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of human resources in micro, small and medium enterprises assisted by the Cooperative and MSME Office of Pangkep Regency, to determine the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises assisted by the Cooperative and MSME Office of Pangkep Regency, and to determine the influence of HR competence on business performance. micro, small and medium enterprises assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and MSME in Pangkep Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried out on SMEs which are fostered by the Pangkep Regency Cooperative and MSME Office. The source of the data in this study was MSME actors who were assisted by the Pangkep District Cooperative and MSME Office. The sample used was 38 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis.The results of the study show that the indicators used for each of these variables indicate where human resource competence is in the very good category. Indicators on the MSME performance variable are in the very good category. Based on the test of the determinant coefficient, the influence is very strong or very high between the two variables. So it can be concluded that the influence of HR competence on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises assisted by the Cooperative and MSME Office in Pangkep Regency is very strong or very high.
