Abstract

Akreditasi satuan pendidikan adalah proses penilaian secara komprehensif terhadap kelayakan dan kinerja suatu program Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi hasil akreditasi satuan PAUD berbasis SISPENA 3.1 di BAN PAUD dan PNF Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Meliputi 1) Mengevaluasi komponen outcome dan 2) Mendeskripsikan bagaimana cara untuk meningkatkan minat satuan PAUD mengajukan penilaian prasyarat akreditasi (PPA) ke BAN PAUD dan PNF berbasis SISPENA 3.1. Metode penelitiannya adalah studi evaluatif/evaluasi dengan menggunakan model evaluasi Stake Responsive. Subjek penelitian meliputi satuan PAUD kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang mengajukan akreditasi pada periode 2021 yang berbasis SISPENA 3.1 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen serta angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kegiatan hasil RAKORNAS dan MoU tentang kuota akreditasi BAN PAUD dan PNF Kaltim 2021 sebanyak 250 satuan dan sudah sesuai dengan dengan kuota bahkan ada tambahan kuota. Pelaksanaan akreditasi online berbasis SISPENA 3.1 sudah sesuai dengan tugas pokok PAA, KPA, Visitasi, Validasi dan Verifikasi akreditasi. 1) BAN PAUD dan PNF Kaltim dapat memenuhi kuota akreditasi tahun 2021 sesuai pemetaan dari BAN PAUD dan PNF, bahkan melebihi dari kuota yang ditentukan yaitu dari 250 satuan menjadi 279 (ada penambahan 29 satuan) dan ada kuota sample acak sejumlah 74 satuan serta Sekolah Penggerak sebanyak 8 satuan, sehingga total keseluruhan adalah 361 satuan 2) Untuk Meningkatkan minat satuan PAUD mengikuti Akreditasi yang dilakukan adalah : a) Memberikan Reward and Punishment dalam kegiatan akreditasi merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi satuan untuk mengikuti program akreditasi BAN PAUD dan PNF, b) Memberikan kemudahan dalam mengurus perpanjangan izin operasional   satuan PAUD dan PNF yang akan mengikuti akreditasi, c) Memberikansosialisasi secara mandiri untuk satuan yang siap dan mau mengikuti akreditasi baik sosialisasi instrumen dan upload dokumen di SISPENA 3.1, Mendampingi satuan dalam proses pengajuan akreditasi.

Abstract

This research resulted in a data processing system application program for sports talent identification test results aged 11-15 years which can accelerate the provision of information about the classification of potential gifted children and recommendations for sports branches based on anthropometric data parameters and biometric data. The sample in the study was 50 students in Samarinda Kota and Samarinda Ulu sub-districts using the cluster area sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a talent identification test battery instrument. In completing this research, the author uses a database-based programming language in the Borneo Sport Talent software. The results showed: (1) Borneo Sports Talent Id can be used as a system for processing data on talent identification results effectively and efficiently, (2) Talent classifications were found, namely: 10% of children have potential, 22% of children have sufficient potential, 32% of children have less potential, and 36% of children have no potential, (3) Recommendations for potential sports: volleyball, rowing, soccer, fencing, swimming, gymnastics, and rock climbing, and athletics in running, jumping, and throwing events.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of character education management and the results management of character education in private religious-based private high schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that character education includes systematic-integrative based planning, implementation using habituation, modeling behavior, integration of extracurricular, intracurricular and co-curricular programs, formation of a conducive environment, as well as supervision through internal control in the form of rules and attitude books, while externally through visits House. The results of character education management in religious-based private high schools are knowing and experiencing multiculturalism which has implications for students’ attitudes of tolerance.

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this study is to describe: (1) development process of partnershipnetwork by applying strategy 7 Ps; and (2) the development process becomes an independentinstitution with partnership network. The research location is PAUD Handayani 4 BalikpapanEast Kalimantan. The research was conducted with qualitative approach. Collectiontechniques are interviews, participatory observations, and documentation methods. The datafrom the recording is transcribed and grouped and then analyzed using a flow model stage,which starts with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification.The result of the research shows that 7 Ps (marketing mix) strategy implemented by PAUDHandayani 4 Balikpapan East Kalimantan can develop partnership network and make PAUDHandayani 4 Balikpapan East Kalimantan become independent PAUD.Keywords: 7 Ps strategy, partnership, independent institutionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) proses pengembangan jejaringkemitraan dengan menerapkan strategi 7 Ps; dan (2) proses pengembangan menjadi lembagamandiri dengan jejaring kemitraan. Data dari hasilperekaman ditranskripsikan dan dikelompokkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tahapanmodel alir, yang dimulai dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan danverifikasi. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain a complete and clear picture of PKBM Management in PKBM Salsabila, Pasir Belengkong District, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a case study design, the main informants are managers including the Chairperson, Secretary, treasurer, technical resource persons and tutors. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and study documentationThe results of research, management and data analysis that have been done by researchers by describing relevant theories about PKBM management are: (1). Planning of human resource tutors and staff development programs is carried out at the beginning of the new school year through workshops. (2). Organizing the tutor and employee human resource development program is done by forming a committee and division of tasks and responsibilities towards the implementation of the program. (3). Implementation of the tutor's human resource development program and has been going according to plan. (4). Supervision in the implementation of resource development programs is carried out in the field or indirectly through reports at weekly meetings. (5). Source of Funds are: (1) Operational operational assistance fund (BOP). (2) Parents' participation funds, called Monthly Mandatory Fees (IWB). (3) Kepititian funds originating from the participation of parents of students (6) The form of giving Rewards in the form of incentives from the foundation paid every month. (7). Parental support in implementing PKBM management (8). Implementation of management, in principle, does not exist, but there is a component in the management function in the development of human resources that has experienced a few constraints, namely the implementation time of activities and financing support in ideal program planning is not yet maximal.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to improve the early literacy skills of children aged 5-6 years through the smart box media. This type of research is Class Action Research which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out in 1 meeting. Research procedures include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 15 students in group B at the Integrated Asiah Islamic Kindergarten. The results showed that in the first cycle after being given the action in the first and second meetings, it was seen that the increase was not too significant, namely in cycle I the average yield was 51.7% with the Start Developing criteria (MB) and after taking action in cycle II there was an increase of the average yield percentage is 80.5% with Very Good Developing (BSB) criteria

Abstract

The background of this research is that children's ability to recognize number symbols 1-10 is still low due to the lack of varied teacher and media approaches. If this problem is not solved, it will have a low impact on knowing numbers and children will experience difficulties in their cognitive aspects. The purpose of this study was to find out the teacher's activities, children's activities, and their developmental achievements in the cognitive aspect in recognizing the number symbols 1-10 through various play activities using loose part media as a model in learning. This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach in the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) with research subjects of class A children at Teratai Birayang Kindergarten, totaling 12 children. The type of research data is qualitative research where the data collection method is obtained from observation sheets of teacher and child activities while quantitative research methods for collecting data are obtained from children's learning outcomes sheets. Data analysis was descriptive qualitative and cross-tabulation with indicators of teacher activity achieving a score of ≥ 27 in the "Very Good" category, children's classical activity with a score of ≥ 76 in the "Very Active" category, and the child's development results at least got more than or equal to three stars. From the results of the study it was concluded that using loose part media through these varied playing activities can develop children's ability to recognize the symbols of numbers 1-10. For school principals it is suggested to be able to provide guidance to all teachers, for teachers it is suggested to be able to practice the combination of models that researchers do at school and for other researchers it is suggested to be able to develop a combination of these models.

Abstract

This research is motivated by facts in the field which show that the ability to recognize letters in Group B of Al Ihsan Kindergarten is still lacking. Learning media available to introduce letters is still lacking, only using blackboards and LKA . The fun learning process to introduce letters is lacking and monotonous. In terms of language, especially the ability to recognize letters in group B children at TK Al Ihsan is still low. The low ability to recognize letters of kindergarten children will of course have a negative impact on those concerned. This impact will be greatly felt entering elementary school. So the researchers tried to apply the use of letter card media to improve the ability to recognize children's letters. The formulation of the problem in this study is how are children's learning activities in recognizing letters using letter card media? and how to improve children's learning outcomes in recognizing letters by using letter card media? The purpose of the research conducted was to find out an overview of the application of letter card media in improving the ability to recognize letters in group B children of Al Ihsan Kindergarten. The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were the children of Al Ihsan Kindergarten Group B1 for the 2020/2021 academic year, which consisted of 10 children with 4 boys and 6 girls. Based on the research results obtained, it shows that the ability to recognize letters in group B1 children has increased. This is evidenced by the results of the achievement of child development which has increased in each cycle, namely (1) in cycle I, the achievement of child development is 70%. In cycle II, the achievement of child development was 90%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of letter card media can improve the ability to recognize letters in group B1 children

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stages of development and improve fine motor skills in early childhood 4-5 years by printing patterned images with star fruit media. The subjects of this study were group A Tanjung Selor TK.Melati students. This research method is in the form of creativity to motivate the improvement of fine motor skills in early childhood through printing activities. The results of increasing creativity and fine motor skills in early childhood through printing activities carried out by using sponge media and star fruit to print patterned images are shown by achieving the following scores: Pre-Cycle Actions 33%, Cycle I Actions reaching 46%. And in Action Cycle 2 it reaches 81%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase thematic drawing creativity through the Lines and Coloring Techniques for children in Group B of Gelatik V Muara Jawa Kindergarten using the Classroom Action Research method which was carried out in two cycles, each cycle covering the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The results show the percentage of completeness of 12 children per cycle, namely 4 children (40%) completed and then given action in cycle I to 8 children (60%) which indicates that cycle I has increased slightly and cycle II 10 children (90%) have completed. So that the Thematic Drawing activities through the Line and Coloring Techniques can be increased in group B children at Gelatik V Muara Jawa Kindergarten for the 2020/2021 Academic Year.
