Abstract

Humans are creatures who need each other. Human destiny does not all have economic adequacy, but there are also those who have shortcomings. Zakat is a means of distributing wealth from the rich to the needy. This research is a literature study using the descriptive analysis method to examine the position of zakat in sharia economic perspective and how to optimize the economic benefits of zakat. The scope of the discussion in this study includes the concept of zakat. position of zakat, zakat management, benefits of zakat, optimization of productive zakat, as well as challenges and opportunities for zakat development. Sources of research data were obtained from various references that include books, journals, laws and regulations, and other related references. The results of this study state that zakat is worship that has a major influence on the human economy. The strategy for developing zakat can be done through da'wah, utilization of information technology, and increasing productive zakat. Zakat has a very strategic function in the context of the economic system, namely as an instrument of wealth distribution. Public awareness is an important key in growing zakat itself. The findings of this study are productive zakat can be done for the construction of mosques, schools, da'wah buildings, to factories with qiyas as asnaf fii sabilillah. Zakat funds on the development are handed over to people who qualify as fii sabilillah as zakat mustahik.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population and has great Islamic economic potential. National development goals are oriented toward the creation of a just and prosperous society, this goal can be achieved by an economic system based on sharia principles. Although it has great potential, the Indonesian people do not yet have sufficient literacy about Islamic economics. Religious moderation is needed in the public education process so that literacy positively impacts the sharia economy. The concept and practice of Islamic economics still require development and are not free from shortcomings that make it not fully in accordance with Islamic law. People who have good sharia economic literacy will behave in a moderate manner, namely accepting the idea of ​​sharia economics with its various shortcomings while still trying to push towards a better direction from its compatibility with Islamic law and its existence in the economy. Keywords: Education; Sharia Economics; Religious Moderation; Economic Justice; Indonesia Abstrak: Indonesia merupakan negara dengan mayoritas penduduk beragama Islam memiliki potensi ekonomi syariah yang besar. Tujuan pembangunan nasional berorientasi pada terciptanya masyarakat adil dan makmur, tujuan ini dapat dicapai oleh sistem ekonomi yang berlandaskan prinsip syariah. Meski memiliki potensi besar, namun masyarakat Indonesia belum memiliki literasi yang cukup tentang ekonomi syariah. Moderasi beragama diperlukan dalam proses edukasi masyarakat agar literasi yang dimiliki memberikan dampak positif bagi ekonomi syariah. Konsep dan praktek ekonomi syariah masih memerlukan pengembangan dan tidak luput dari kekurangan yang menjadikannya tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Masyarakat yang memiliki literasi ekonomi syariah baik (well literature) akan bersikap secara moderat yakni menerima gagasan ekonomi syariah dengan berbagai kekurangannya dengan tetap berusaha untuk mendorong ke arah yang lebih baik dari kesesuaiannya dengan syariat Islam dan sisi eksistensinya dalam perekonomian. Abstract

Islamic Boarding School as an educational institution makes a great contribution in the field of religion. Education in Islamic Boarding School considers that man is privileged with the ability to think to understand the universe, himself, and the signs of God's majesty. Erich fromm’s view man is actually an organism (living thing) in him there is a process of energy or passions that encourages satisfaction in the around world. If viewed in the perspective of Islamic Boarding School education, santri as a human being who is in an existential dilemma who is experiencing confusion and trying to find a way to overcome the existential problem. More spiritually Islamic Boarding School education is needed and has a role in this problem. Erich Fromm in his Dialectical Humanistic theory gives a view that the man who is in existence has basic needs and character. The purpose of this study is to examine the thinking of erich fromm as a paradigm of human existence that never ceases to be dialectic in the world of reality of its life. The methodology in this research is a library research method, which examines literature sources regarding the thoughts of figures and research objects contained in books, journals, or articles. The results of this study illustrate that humans in this case who pursue islamic boarding school education should be given a guide to be critical in terms of learning or in matters concerning humanity. Because in the view of Dialectical Humanist Theory erich fromm is actually a critical attitude towards human problems, which is to try to relax things that look out of line (opposite) and find solutions. Through education, learners or students will be able to recognize themselves and those around them by understanding their uniqueness.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ilmiah merupakan kewajiban bagi seorang akademisi seperti dosen, mahasiswa, dan peneliti. Penulisan artikel ilmiah tidak lepas dari sitasi atau kutipan karya ilmiah penulis lainnya. Penulisan kutipan yang benar memerlukan pemahaman yang baik tentang gaya selingkung yang digunakan sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan. Dengan penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley maka penulis artikel ilmiah bisa mencantumkan kutipan dengan benar. Pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley sangat penting bagi mahasiswa. Kegiatan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley bertujuan untuk memotivasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah Mahasiswa. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 43 orang, peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Pelatihan ini menambah wawasan baru bagi peserta dalam pembuatan tulisan ilmiah juga memberikan kemudahan dalam pencarian literatur tulisan. Diharapkan dalam pelatihan ini, para peserta mampu melakukan pengelolaan referensi ilmiah dengan memanfaatkan Mendeley sehingga akan meningkatkan kualitas artikel ilmiah Mahasiswa Jurusan Hukum Tata Negara Islam (HTNI) Fakultas Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon.

Abstract

Kegiatan menulis sering dianggap sulit padahal jika dipelajari maka kegiatan penelitian dan penulisan karya ilmiah merupakan suatu hal biasa. Kemampuan menulis mahasiswa perlu ditingkatkan sehingga bisa menghadapi peluang dan tantangan di masa yang akan datang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberi pemahaman yang baik kepada mahasiswa jurusan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (HES)  mengenai peran mahasiswa sebagai agent of change melalui karya tulis ilmiah. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah. Bahan ceramah dan artikel disusun melalui kegiatan penelitian pustaka. Sumber referensi diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dan referensi lain yang relevan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yakni mahasiswa memiliki banyak peran dalam masyarakat. Salah satu peran mahasiswa adalah sebagai Agent of Change atau agen perubahan. Mahasiswa perlu memiliki kapasitas keilmuan yang baik. Kegiatan menulis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa sehingga budaya menulis dan penelitian perlu untuk disebarkan. Sebagian besar mahasiswa jurusan HES memiliki ketertarikan untuk dapat menulis karya ilmiah dengan baik.

Abstract

Pandemi COV1D-1 9 membawa berbagai tantangan dan probematika sosial di tengah pandemi tidak hanya berdampak serius terhadap kesehatan masyarakat, tetapi juga di bidang hukum. Pandemi adalah perubahan sosial yang mempengaruhi kondisi hukum di masyarakat. Di satu sisi, dalam konteks perubahan sosial (social change), bidang hukum dan perubahan sosial saling mempengaruhi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research), yang memiliki tujuan yakni menelusuri dan menelaah suatu data atau informasi mengenai bahasan penelitian dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif analisis untuk mendapatkan suatu gambaran terperinci dari objek pembahasan. Dari penelitian didapat kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh perubahan sosial terhadap perubahan hukum, sebaliknya perubahan hukum juga berpengaruh terhadap perubahan sosial masyarakat. Hubungan antara perubahan sosial dan sektor hukum tersebut merupakan hubungan interaksi. Dalam kondisi inilah peran hukum sebagai sarana perubahan sosial penting untuk dioptimalkan.

Abstract

Abstract.  This study intends to examine the role of Arabic in comprehending Islamic law. This research was conducted to provide an overview of Arabic for observers of Islamic law, focusing on the elements of nahwu, shorof, balaghah, and mantiq. This is because the Quran and Hadith, the primary sources of Islamic law, are written in Arabic. This research was a literature study using the descriptive analysis method to examine the importance of mastering Arabic in the study of Islamic law. Sources of research data were obtained from various references that include books, journals, and other references related to the research theme. The result showed that Arabic is essential for comprehending the Al-Quran and Hadith as the primary sources of Islamic law. The Arabic language used by the Qur'an was much higher than the Arabic language that developed in the community. In Arab society during the Jahiliyah era, the Arabic language had reached its qimmah (glory) and was mature in terms of its grammar, vocabularies, uslub (language style), and balaghah. Al-Qur'an and hadith cannot be separated from Arabic, hence the accuracy with which both are read and comprehended will determine whether or not Islamic law is established.Keywords: Arabic, Al-Qur’an, Islamic Law, Spirit of Islam

Abstract

Slaughter is a halal condition that can be consumed by land animals. That is, these animals are not halal without the slaughter process. Some broiler chicken owners still ignore the slaughtering process in accordance with Islamic sharia. This research is a field research, namely research conducted at the location that is the object of research, namely Cigasong Traditional Market, Majalengka Regency. In this research the method used is interview.From the research, it was concluded that: slaughtering by Rabani Slaughter House in the Cigasong traditional market, which was slaughtered by Mr. Lalan's employees, the slaughtering process was in accordance with MUI Fatwa number 12 of 2009 concerning Halal Slaughter Certification Certification Standards. Regarding slaughtering of slaughtered chickens, the implementation of slaughtering carried out at Rabani Chicken slaughterhouses in the Cigasong traditional market has all been met with Halal Slaughtering Certification Standards. Then it is suggested: The owner of the slaughterhouse at the Cigasong traditional market must pay attention and ensure the slaughter, For the Majalengka Ulema Council should pay regular visits to the place of broiler sellers in the Cigasong traditional market against Halal Slaughter Certification Standards. Is it already running, implemented and implemented by every owner of the Chicken House.

Abstract

Fiqh Muamalah examines the relationship between humans in the economic field. An understanding of muamalah that is in accordance with Islamic teachings or the application of Islamic Economics is important for Muslims so the socialization of muamalah is very important to the community. The focus of service is da'wah about sharia economics to the congregation of Al-Munawwarah Mosque. Public awareness or understanding of sharia economics is very important because it is the obligation of Muslims to carry out all sharia, including in muamalah affairs. This service aims to preach Islamic Economics which has benefits, including 1) Mosque congregations can understand well about Islamic economics through the delivery of muamalah literacy. With a good understanding, pilgrims can practice economic activities that are in line with Islamic values or sharia principles and avoid prohibitions in economic activities such as usury, gharar, and maysir; and 2) Sharia economic progress can be achieved if all Muslims can understand and carry out economic activities in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

AbstrakHome Industry ini merupakan buku keterampilan yang berisi keterampilan praktis tentang home industry sehingga dengan modal keterampilan diharapkan dapat mempunyai keahlian. sedangkan industri dapat diartikankerajinan, usaha produk barang ataupun perusahaan. Jamur Tiram memang terbilang mudah. Tak perlu lahan luas, di ruang dapur pun bisa dilakukan. Namun, untuk skala bisnis, butuh tempat khusus seperti bangunan kumbang atau tempat terbuka. Nilai ekonomi jamur tiram tinggi sehingga komoditas jamur ini tak pernah sepi permintaan. Jadi, home industri adalah rumah usahaproduk barang atau juga perusahaan kecil. Dikatakan perusahaan kecil karena jenis kegiatanekonomi ini dipusatkan di rumah. Banyak hal yang dapat dibuat untuk melakukan usaha dirumah. Home industry juga merupakan kegiatan usaha yang mampu memperluas lapangan kerja dan memberikan pelayanan ekonomi secara luas kepada masyarakat, dan dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat proses budidaya jamur tiram sehingga pendapatan usaha menaik, dan dapat memenuhi permintaan Pasar setiap harinya. Kata kunci: Home Industry, Jamur Tiram, Kesejahteraan, dan  Masyarakat Abstract Home Industry is a skill book that contains practical skills about the home industry so that with capital skills it is expected to have expertise. while the industry can be interpreted as a craft, business product or company. Oyster Mushrooms are fairly easy. You don't need a large area, it can be done in the kitchen. However, for a business scale, it takes a special place such as a beetle building or an open area. The economic value of oyster mushrooms is high so that this mushroom commodity is never empty of demand. So, home industry is a home business for goods or small companies. It is said to be a small company because this type of economic activity is centered at home. There are many things that can be done to do business at home. Home industry is also a business activity that is able to expand employment opportunities and provide broad economic services to the community, and can play a role in improving the community's economy, reducing unemployment and improving the welfare of the community in the oyster mushroom cultivation process so that business income increases, and can meet market demand every day. Keywords: Home Industry, Oyster Mushroom, Welfare, and Society
